My daughter went to this salon today- October 29th, 2021. You can see the picture of the color the way she wanted her hair and how it turned out. Not even close!!! The front is PINK! $130 later and NOT even close. She should get a refund!

Got appointments for my kids for basic trendy short cuts. The stylists we booked with were apparently busy, so a 19 year old took it upon herself to take over. She reportedly took a quick look at photos theyd brought, and went to work. They asked if they wanted a wash, to which they responded yes, but were told that theyd just spray it quick instead. They are both crying now because their hair is so far from what they wanted. This is no better than a bargain center salon, with unskilled inexperienced people with no supervision, only more expensive. Very disappointed. Could have paid half this amount for this level of work.

They did a good job and very nice. Ill be back

Recently on my birthday 7/20/21 I went to get eyelash extensions. I was set up for a natural set but when I got there I asked can I get a long hybrid set and she told me that was fine she can do it. I got done and my eyelashes looked the same as I walked in. I have short eyelashes and mines didn’t look no different. I was angry because I paid $165 for my eyes to look the same and it’s 7/24/21 and they are already coming off it’s so bad. I recommend you to not go here and get your eyelash extensions they are over priced. Im from NYC and I would go there and get them done under $80 and Syracuse under $100. So I recommend not to go here for eyelash extensions, any other service maybe I wouldn’t know. Nice people, cute place, but bad service and outcome for what I got done.

I went to get my lashes done. It’s my first time getting it in Oswego. I didn’t have high expectations but I went in knowing it would cost me 2x asynchronous for the service I could’ve gotten in NYC. First my lashes weren’t there. Meaning she put like 10 lashes on my eyes and said my lashes were too short. I’ve been getting my lashes done for a while now and I’ve never had a problem with my sets. It was a natural set but it didn’t look much to me. I guess they do things differently over here. But I learned my lesson, never coming back. Would rather travel to Syracuse or back to the city.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service. My hairstylist was personable, experienced, and did great work with my hair- after not having it professionally done in over a years time, I felt confident walking out! I would highly recommend In VogueSalon, and I hope to come back soon for future styling and coloring! Thank you again!

If your hair type is a 3b and above DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here. The women who did my hair didn’t know how to blow dry It, straighten it, and let me not forget she didn’t know how to cut my ends either!! I left there looking like one of the troll dolls! I had to tell her what to do with my hair; aren’t you supposed to already know? She didn’t put any moisture into my hair so it was very dry. I thought you were supposed to leave a SALON looking good and feeling good about yourself? I didn’t get either. -5 stars out of 5 for me.My hair type is a 4b/c.

The reason I gave it a three star was not on Customer Service, but based on hair coloring and pricing. I asked for highlights with a honey brown tint. What I ended up getting was a pure blonde tint with damage and some brown tint at the ends. I was quoted 75$, but later after I arrived which was not a normal welcoming was quoted at 125$. I later had a friend help me color my hair in perfection and fix the damage without cutting off what was ruined. I was not too excited as I almost cried leaving. This town doesnt have a lot of options for girls like me. When I do take time for myself I dont want to be humiliated or degraded. Hair is hair. If youre licensed learn how to do all types of hair. Money is passed from all shades. I wouldnt recommend any friends or my own child. After realizing other issues from other friends... I soon realized what was done could be fixed.. I had to give it time.

My first haircut since March due to pandemic. I’m a healthcare provider and was super impressed with the salon following safe practices. Clear signage on the porch asking to wait outside for my appt. Hand sanitizer at the entry. Plenty of space between clients. All staff and clients wore face masks that covered both their nose and mouth. No sagging or neck masks here! Stacy, as always, is a terrific stylist. Thank you In Vogue for helping me feel good about my first post-lockdown haircut.

Love coming here. I travel over an hour to see Tonia and Stacy. It’s such a great salon and the most recent remodel is so nice.

I went in for a gel mani and spa pedicure this past Friday. My gel manicure is already peeling off as well as it being a terrible paint job in general. My pedicure had polish all over my cuticles and the French was sloppy. If I could post a picture on here I gladly would. Not worth the money I paid at all. Very disappointed.

Unhappy with my hair and looking for a new stylist, I searched Google for some local salons and decided to call In Vogue for a consultation. I spoke with Ashlee (at least 10 minutes) and ultimately scheduled an appt. with her. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and waited just a few minutes for Ashlee, who took the time to talk about what I wanted. When I left the salon, the color, trim and style were exactly what I had asked for! I was also impressed with the cleanliness, the atmosphere and friendliness of staff. In my opinion, the salon definitely has a high end look to it with affordable prices. Thank you Ashlee and In Vogue, I couldnt be happier!

I used a groupon to try out lash extensions for the first time. I work part time as a character performer so I thought getting lash extensions would be a great idea rather than gluing on fake lashes. Ally was my esthetician and she was AMAZING! She was extremely nice and fun to talk to. You want someone fun to talk to when you will be there for a couple hours getting your lashes on :) Anyways... She was so thorough, making sure each individual eye lash was perfect. At the end of it all, they look amazing! You can literally roll out of bed and go to work looking great. Trust me, I did! I highly recommend Ally and this place to try out! I will be coming back! Oh, and did I mention the prices?! Compared to everywhere else I have seen they are seriously the most reasonable for the budget we live on today.Check them out and request Ally!

Stacey is person that gets my sons long hair cut right every time. Only place I will take him for a cut. Had my hair done by many of the girls and it was always just right.

I go here all the time for my hair and eyebrows. I must say this has been the best service I have ever had at a salon and my hair is awesome. I get complements all the time! The place is always welcoming and everyone has a smile on their face. Its nice to have some girl time and get some great coffee when your hair is drying!

Monica has done an amazing job with my hair. I have long black hair, she helped me go blonde. They also have wine lol and coffee and water, what more can a girl ask for.

I had an appt with another place. They called me the day of to cancel. My husband got this massage and spa pedicure for me to help with my anxiety because I was going to have a pretty invasive dental procedure tomorrow. Originally they where my first choice but no open appointments. They called the masseuse on his day off and he came in. Amazing customer service. Thank you staff of in vogue

My favorite all time salon EVER. The stylists never failed to give me a fantastic look and exceed my expectations. I also absolutely loved that they offered nearly every service I needed in one great salon. If I still lived in Oswego, I would be using this salon.

I had the highlight my hair for graduation. They listen to me and did exactly what I needed and wanted. I loved my haircut from them.

I stopped by as a walk-in this morning to have my eyebrows waxed and left with a chunk of eyebrow missing. I dont ever take the time to write poor reviews, but this experience has left me rubbed the wrong way. As she was waxing she made the comment that my eyebrows were very light. I didnt think much of it as I knew my eyebrows werent perfect. After she finished she mentioned that I would need to continue to let me grow in (I had left them grow out after having them done too thin a previous time. At this point they were very over grown and messy) and fill them in for the time being. She held up the hand held mirror for a split second, said they looked much better, and pulled the mirror away before I could grab it to take a look myself. I caught a glimpse of them and again, thought nothing of it. Once I left and got in my car I saw what my eyebrows really looked like. If she had just been up front with me when it happened I wouldnt have minded. I know that my eyebrow will grow back. I even called and spoke with her and she still acted as though she didnt know. I just think that if this if your job, you know when you make a mistake like that. Unless, of course, you are just that careless.In any case, I dont recommend this salon for eyebrow waxing. Or at the very least, do not allow Kathaleen Hargrave to do them for you.
