I would to share my experiences with Premier Windows. While I was president of our association with 164 unit owners we had Premier Windows installed all new security entrances doors for over 28 entrances. These doors were all professionally installed by their own installers. We then had over 13 slide windows installed in our garage area in the Old Two section of the community. Again top quality products and installation. So, I was now replacing windows in my own unit and came back to Premier Windows for the same quality, price and great installation by their professional installers. Premier Windows has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I can refer them knowing the great work performed.I love my new windows!!!!

I cannot express how happy we are that we chose Premier Quality Windows and Siding. We needed a new front door, patio door and two windows replaced. Premier installed new windows and a new sliding glass door. Steve was very knowledgeable and responsive. The installers were professional and did a good job of covering the floors and furniture, and cleaning up after themselves. My installation was in winter, which is not an ideal time to put windows and doors in, but it was painless and mess free. Premier quoted a much better price than another place for more features. Good experience all around.

Professional, polite, respectful, and honest! From Steve coming to measure the windows to his install team, the communication throughout the process could not have been better. The thoroughness of the install team is obvious and they could not have been better. Each day they were at my house, they thoroughly clean their work area and ensured we were satisfied. Upon Steve’s final inspection of the windows/install, he spotted a manufacturer error with one window and is replacing it free of cost. We will be using them again!

We worked with Steve to have our windows, siding, and rear patio door replaced. He was very professional and easy to work with. He could answer our technical questions about the materials and installation procedures that other contractors could not. We were concerned about the window replacement during the pandemic, but the installation crew was very professional and wore masks, gloves, took their shoes off and covered the floor and any nearby furniture. They were true craftsmen and did a quality job. They took their time and did the job right. The siding crew was also very professional, worked hard, and took their time to do a quality job as well. The crews were small so we could watch the progress and ask questions or make minor changes which would not have been possible with some companies that have large crews and bang the job out in a day or two. We are very pleased with the results. Its like we have a new house and have received many complements. We have already noticed a significant difference in the thermal efficiency of our house. I worked with Steve Garrison to have the windows in our home replaced. It was really top notch since he, as the company owner took us through all the options and pricing and didn’t try to oversell us. He was responsive to our needs and we ended up picking great windows at our price point. The installers were extremely prompt and professional and we have nothing but good things to say. They cleaned up after themselves and there were absolutely no issues with the install. We highly recommend this company and have sent friends their way.

Steve and his entire team are fantastic to work with. I am a repeat customer, having had my windows replaced two years ago and returning for new hardie board siding. Their pricing was very fair, Steve gave great advice about where to spend and where to save for return on investment, they were able to schedule my project earlier than projected, and they completed a day early once launched too. We finally decided to bite the bullet and replace 18 windows. Im a guy who does my research before making a decision on who to trust to do work for us. Youre probably the same since youre reading this review. I can save you a lot of time by suggesting you go with Premier for your job.We had an insurance claim that was covering the replacement of our old aluminum siding. We were also in need of new windows. We decided wed bite the bullet and have all the windows done, as well as the siding. This was going to be a big job and I wanted to find a single company who could do both of these projects in unison.After doing the research, on both products and companies I might want to do the install, we got a number of quotes. At the end of the day, Steve won us over. Premier had positive reviews, like everyone else we considered. However, at the end of the day, we really liked Steves approach, knowledge, and customer service. In addition, hes one of the few companies who has an actual brick and mortar location where you can go in and look at products, and discuss your project. Steve took a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had. He also made some suggestions that helped guide us in the decision making process of things like window type, exterior accessories, etc.Once we signed the contract, Steve gave us an estimated start time. He stayed in touch with us as products came in and also communicated progress of other jobs so we knew when to expect the official start date. His initial estimate was right on. Now, a company is only as good the crew who actually does the install. You can always be won over on the sales end, but its the skill of the installers that really matter. Peter and Stanley were the gentlemen who Steve had work on our home and we had a very positive experience working with them. They worked with us to navigate some tricky workarounds with our large deck and screened in patio, along with other decisions that had to be made along the way. While they were proactive in asking how we wanted certain things to be done, they were also very patient and helpful when we had questions as the work progressed.Like any large scale project, there are going to be issues to work through. We had some rotten wood in places and also had a piece of Fypon accent that had a little damage when it arrived. I firmly believe that the sign of a great company is how they respond when something needs extra attention or when a customer has a concern. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and found solutions for each issue we encountered along the way.Steve is a local small business owner who cares about his customers, is patient, and does great work at a fair price. The crew he assigned us, Peter and Stanley, were on time every day and did great work. What more could you ask for?We are so pleased and proud of our home after the work they did. In addition, weve had many compliments from neighbors, friends, and families. My wife and I, without hesitation, would recommend Steve for window, door, and/or siding project.
