I had a very pleasant experience with my hearing assessment at Hearing Life. Ryan Potter performed a couple of tests and then he discussed the results with me. He was very thorough and answered questions that I had. I would highly recommend Hearing Life for anyone with questions about or problems with their hearing.

I had a wonderful experience at HearingLife. I had hearing aids a handful of years ago through another provider and within the 45 day trial I backed out.This time around is totally different. The staff has gone above and beyond to make this journey very pleasant. Multiple solid tests confirmed and further revealed the extent of my hearing loss and its negative effects on my day-to-day living. Professional and courteous staff. I was equipped and trained in one week with easy access to contact them with any questions that pop up. They made it easy to deal with my insurance company. No fuss no muss all around.

Not having a single loaner while my hearing aid was sent out for repair was a shocker! But...The next time a hearing aid had to be sent out for repair Dr. Emily had a loaner pair there waiting for me! She sent both of my hearing aids away and paired the loaners to my current needs. I was even able to use the TV connection!Their new Doctor Emily is fantastic!
