Very pleasant gentlemen, helpful, happy the store is located in downtown area. Very easy to get to.

We went in to ship something right near closing time, and he was so so helpful and patient. He helped us find the best and most cost effective box, and then helped us repackage everything inside, while being super friendly. We will definitely be using this place for all our shipping from now on!!

I’ve had several positive experiences when going into the store, but just got off a phone call that upset me enough to leave this review.I called with a question: “Is The Ship Yard considered a ‘The UPS Store’ location or should I go to a ‘The UPS Store’ directly?”The response from the employee that answered the phone: “You picked the wrong option. If you had picked the right option you could have dropped it off here, but you missed it.”The response was rude, accusatory, and unnecessary.A suggested alternative the next time someone reaches out with this question: “Good question - The Ship Yard isn’t considered a ‘The UPS Store’ location, but I do have some steps I could share with you to change the Amazon return options so that you could drop off here. Do you have some time to walk through those with me?”A little kindness goes a long way.

Dropped off a package for an Amazon return. Handed it to the fat Hispanic guy behind the counter, but didnt watch him scan it. Sure enough, 30 days later, Amazon charged me for the unreturned item. Next time Im in Oswego, Im stopping by to ask Fat Hispanic Guy if hes enjoying that warped Beasties Boys album.*Edit to respond*To satisfy your curiosity...there WAS no tracking number created, because my return item was never scanned by the employee.So its either still in your store, bouncing around in the UPS system or snuggled warmly in your employees record collection.
