I very highly recommend this company if your looking at starting a gaming parlor. They are truly professional, very friendly, and make sure that as a customer, they are their to meet and fulfill your needs. They treat you like family and understand their business is your business. They cant meet their needs if they dont first make sure that our needs are met, and more than met- met with a smile. The staff at Lattner are more than business acquaintances but thru our business dealing have become truly friends. No other gaming vendor in Illinois compares to them. Definitely 5 Stars.

O ⭐️I am giving this group zero stars... I was playing one of their games I won the bonus and immediately the game went into distress and required a attendant... it would not even pay out the winnings before the bonus. We waited 40 minutes for the attendant and he programmed the machine and waited then the game went into bonus and didn’t charge me the bonus rate for each roll it charged my full original bet amount so I had to deposit to play my bonus rounds and didn’t win 1 dollar in bonus I had to play for. When I protested the tech said that’s the way it goes this is Illinois . These people are liars and cheaters!!!
