Looking for a decent washing machine for my sister, asap.Rant: She bought a “brand new” front-loading set from AJ Appliance in Ottawa, last year for $600 and has nothing but problems ever since. Now he’s charged her $150 to tell her it’s gonna cost $1000 to replace the drum. He’s saying they’re only good in Europe as they only wash clothes 1-2 times per week unlike Americans that wash clothes every day.He did offer her a top-loading washer for $300. Smh Shysters!This company is trash just like the owner. Dont bother wasting your time

Must have called on a bad day... man on the phone kept interrupting me and asking questions in a condescending way... then spent 45 seconds coughing and immediately after acted like i was the one delaying the conversation.. very unprofessional and unintelligent sounding on phone. Wouldnt know if they do good work or not never got that far.
