I had the unfortunate luck of rodents chewing through my engine wires. I left a voicemail to their service team on Thursday evening asking for a call back to schedule an appointment to get the wires repaired (and confirm if this was the reason for the engine light). I was concerned I wouldnt have my car for the long weekend.The team at Audi Ottawa called me at 9 AM on Friday with an opening as early as 9:30 AM. They got it diagnosed and fixed quickly enough for me to get the car back before the long weekend. By far the best dealership Ive had to deal with, ever.

The content of this review was originally submitted to Audi Ottawa’s ‘Customer survey’ July 6th 2021 and has so far been ignored.----------------------------------------------------All I wanted was an oil change, but my vehicle was due and booked in for scheduled 50,000km maintenance. I’m still uncertain what the $950 ‘maintenance’ included but certainly there was no sign the vehicle had been worked on when it was returned dirty, with squealing brakes and a burning smell when hot.My appointment was scheduled well in advance, early in the morning and (even so) the car was not worked on the day it was dropped off for service. Audi Ottawa informed us late in the afternoon we live too far away (30 minutes) for a shuttle or loaner car, and we would need to find our own way home from Ottawa. After considerable pushing back and refusing to accept this as reasonable customer service a loaner vehicle was suddenly found. Service was completed the next day.Audi Ottawa’s online payment system charged my MasterCard $946 repeatedly until it was maxed out while I was trying to shop with my son, but dealership still claimed they didn’t have proof of payment and charged my card again the following day. dealership called us several times asking for proof of payment or screenshots of our bank accounts showing pending charges. This was an issue on the dealerships end as MasterCard had reversed all the apparent duplicate, fraudulent looking charges.All i wanted was an oil change - I did not expect to spend multiple days on the phone with Mastercard and Audi being harassed about payments made on their buggy online payment system.
Of all the car I had the pleasure to own and drive, there is no doubt that my 2013 Audi A7 is the one that I enjoyed (and still do) the most. This is a fabulous car. However, I am not excessively impressed with this dealership. First of all, the cost for a basic oil change is outrageous. $270 + tx for the most basic oil change is significantly more expensive then all the other dealership that I have been too, including other Audi dealership. I am military so I move quite a lot and I have the opportunity to experience various dealership and trust me, service varies a lot from place to place. I thought that the fact that I was now in Ottawa was the reason why it was so expensive but it is still way more than Lexus dealership in Ottawa or my Audi dealership in Quebec. But this isnt the reason for my rating today. I picked up my car after having a brake line replaced/brake fluid flushed and maintenance completed. Service was closed and the receptionist gave me my keys. That was a nice $880 bill. Walking to my car I realized that the car wasnt washed. I inquired to service the next day to be told that their wash bay hasnt reopened due to Covid??? Ok ... but I am still paying full price for everything with a lesser service because you guys cant find staff??? Than looking at the service report, I realized that the tech mentioned that the undershield cover only have 4 screws left to attach it to the car. Nobody called me or asked me if they should do anything about it. So again I called service and they said that they could order the screws and bolts and could do it for $250. What???? for 10 screws??? Isnt it ridiculous to charge $150/hour to insert screws that they should be already placing when they do the oil change? Tried all day to get information but they were not returning calls to finally say that they are short staff. I did a quick search on the web to find out that most screws are about $2 each from Auto/Audi parts. So I asked them to provide me with the parts number that had to be replaced just to be sure that I was looking for the right parts and they refused, stating that it is policy. How can you not provide parts number to your customers so that he can know exactly what is broken and missing on their car? Obviously we know why!!! Well, let just say that Audi Ottawa just lost a customer because they refused to be honest regarding a hand full of screws and because they are so greedy. You cannot expect to charge big money but only provide half/service.

One of the most unpleasant experience with an Audi dealership. Mind you i gave them a few chances and went there about 5 times for oil changes and other maintenances but everytime it’s a disappointment.On my first ever visit, i had to do an oil change and i let them know that my battery needed to be changed. Atfter calling me to let me know my car was ready, they called me back to tell me that unfortunately they didn’t had time to do ANYTHING on my car because of lack of staff. On top of wasting my whole day, they tried to charge me 150$/hour labor for the diagnosis of the battery that needed to be changed when i was the one telling them about the battery in the first place?!Thankfully, after i went in there making my opinion known, James was nice enough to cancel that bill and offering me a discount and thats the ONLY reason i went back and gave them more chances. But im done spending my money there, i will go elsewhere to pay overpriced rates and at least be happy about the service im given.Bad customer service, no interest in you, your car or your business $. The staff is always changing, almost everytime i went i was serviced by a new staff member and the last advisor i dealt with was looking at me like a deer in headlight the whole time and when i went to pick up my car, he had the receptionist made me pay and gave me back my key even tho he was not busy and alone at his desk, he didn’t even came to see me to give me a follow up of what i asked him to check on my car.Definitely not spending 1$ more there since they don’t seem to appreciate or respect my money. Hopefully they will improve but i doubt it.
Stopped into the dealership to check out a Certified Pre-owned Audi Q3 for my mother. From the beginning, service was nothing but top notch. We were greeted instantly and was immediately introduced to Jeremy who led us effectively and efficiently through the sales process. Throughout the visit at the dealership, Jeremy was informative, supportive and open. Jeremy was able to provide us insights on any doubts, concerns or questions that we had. Additionally, Jeremy was very supportive after the transaction. Poor user experience.I was looking between Mercedes GLC 300 or Audi Q5.I went to Audi Montreal Road Ottawa and I wasnt impressed with my experience. I was passively welcomed by Brian While he knew I was interested in a Q5, I was never offered the opportunity to try one or to show me one. I had to ask to see inside one. How can you by such an expensive car without trying them?I went to Mercedez Benz Gatineau and I was offered to try the cars I was interested in without asking them and felt valued and respected without feeling judged (can he buy it or is-he serious). I finally bought the GLC300 and didnt regret it.I was contacted by Audi sales manager wrt my experience and when shared it, he never followed-up.Regardless of how much the car cost, how a person looks the service should be excellent all the time.

Just moved from Winnipeg to Ottawa and maybe I’m spoiled by Audi Winnipeg, but my first experience with Audi Ottawa was very underwhelming. The service advisors and shuttle driver were very nice, the building itself is an exact replica of Audi Winnipeg, however...1. Charged $90 to switch between winter and summer rims due to balancing and tire pressure reset. Tire pressure alert came on during the drive home. Makes me suspect I was charged $90 for just the 15 minute job of swapping rims which I could’ve done myself. When booking the appointment and when dropping the vehicle off, I was only verbally informed of the $95 tire storage fee, not the $90 wheel swap charge. Balancing wheels that already have tires mounted & balanced is strange to begin with and I would’ve opted out of that had I known I would be charged for it.2. Shuttle vehicle is a smelly $10k Dodge Caravan. First time ever I’ve had a shuttle so low rent from a luxury dealership before. My previous experience with Winnipeg Infiniti, BMW and Audi all had almost new luxury brand vehicles for customer shuttles. When my own vehicle is a brand new $90k Audi, it’s not an unreasonable expectation to be in a nice shuttle vehicle. Felt bad for the shuttle driver that he had to use an old vehicle that didn’t even have GPS.As mentioned previously, the customer-facing staff were very nice. But for everything else, my suggestion to Audi Ottawa is call up Audi Winnipeg and find out how things are done there.UPDATE APR 3 2018 - Jason, manager from service called me and issued a refund for the unnecessary wheel balancing and storage fee (they only charge the fee when the wheels are removed from storage, not when they go in). He is working on improving the customer shuttle vehicle. So as a result, Im changing my review to 4 stars. Thanks Jason!
Im sorry to say, our experience at this dealership was quite unpleasant. We were with Brian Peck. He and the team were knowledgeable about inventory and the market, and we went into the dealership ready to buy with reasonable expectations (I had thought we would be a pretty easy sale) but ultimately we found the level of salesmanship was quite poor, and we were generally not treated very well. Ive read all the other reviews and Brian and the team consistently receive very high reviews so Im at a bit of a loss for words... evidently our experience is an outlier.
You book an appointment to get you car serviced. They send you an email to confirm the date and time to pick up your car from your place and thats it. Nothing more. Nobody shows up. They dont even call you to tell that they cannot meet the expectations. You have to call and remind them that they have a work scheduled and that they are supposed to act upon it. Yeah, sure, they did say apologies, sincerely regret the inconvenience caused etc but they dont seem sincere. This indifference and who cares! approach has a cascading effect on my personal business and schedules. Now everything has to be rescheduled and who knows if the second appointment will be honoured or not!. Guess they have a lousy management system and running the show on a pen and paper system. If not, how can they miss an appointment that was scheduled 12 days ago?
Just picked up my S4 from here a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. My sales rep Massi was extremely nice and easy to deal with. Being from Toronto it wasn’t as easy as a local deal but thanks to Massi we were able to work everything out. Couldn’t be happier with the car and the service I received from Massi and the rest of the team at Audi Ottawa. Highly recommend checking them out and ask for Massi! He will treat you well!

Brought my car in for service before the long weekend, serviced and picked up the next morning. Overnight the rear bumper had been hit hard enough to remove paint and break part of the diffuser. Called to notify during the long weekend as soon as I noticed. Left a Vmail so thered be no argument of when it happened (no damage dropping car off, they did not do a walk through after service). No phone back. Waited a week for them to call back; called to check. No record of call and no proof of damage.Unprofessional, irresponsible, and I will never bring my car to this dealer or recommend it.I am cash out of pocket for a diffuser replacement and a bumper respray (since the damage was through the plastic) for their terrible service and even worse response.1 star isnt low enough. Avoid Audi Ottawa.

Came in for a recall. They said on the phone it’d be 1 hour. 2 hrs later, still here. It’s a very nice facility. Staff was very friendly. But time is time... And they made up for it so excellent customer service in any case.
I will preface this by saying that this is the FIRST online review I have ever left on anything. I have owned many Audi vehicles over the years. I love them. But I am appalled by the service I Have received at this dealership over the last year. Our family owns 2 Audi vehicles. Over the last year, this service department has made countless errors while servicing our vehicles and then turned around and blamed us for the problem. It takes weeks, to get them to return a phone call, and over a month to get an appointment. I am so disappointed in Mark Motors. This dealership was not like this in the past. I love Audi cars and intended on being a loyal customer. In fact, I have been for over 10 years. But I dont think I can deal with Mark Motors any longer.
I cant say that I ever expected to buy an Audi nor did I expect such a welcoming and satisfying experience. I had a few brands in mind to bring me back in the car world but thought I would have a little fun and see the new 2020 models. Michael made every effort to meet our budget and he accomplished that task! Within a couple days we left with a 2020 Q3. Three months later I am very satisfied with the Audi experience and can not think of driving anything else.

Just bought a 2019 Audi Q5 from there. I went there initially just to compare cars and did not have high expectation. The sales rep (Leah) was just awesome. She gave me a good price for my trade in and also got a good price on the new car. Leah was always available and answered my questions very quickly.The car itself was in good condition for a new car. After I spotted a minor scratch, their detail expert fixed it within minutes. After sale rep did not try to push useless options such as paint/fabric protection. Overall, excellent experience, especially compared to my previous Acura. If my new Q5 does it job well, I will buy again from them.

They were patient with me and answered all my questions throughly and professionally. They had many cars for me to test drive and when I found one in another dealership in the city they drove it over to the Montreal Rd. location for me at no cost. They had prepared the car very well for me and it felt brand new. I had then dealt with Paul in finance and he was very clear about the financial terms and conditions which made me more comfortable dealing with them. Both Michael and Paul kept thorough contact with me throughout the whole buying process and made it super easy. I would definitely go back to them for my next car!
