Second time I have used this Car Star Shop and was very pleased once again. Doug and Brian were friendly, professional and proficient. Truck was done on time and returned to me totally cleaned up and show room sharp. Thanks to all the Pros at Car Star and yes I will continue to brag on the service and job well done for sure.

The team at CARSTAR Poplar did an amazing job making my vihecle look good as new! The fact that I got my vihecle back clean and detailed inside and out was beyond expectations. This was my first accident I have ever been in and these guys made everything from beginning to end so easy! When I dropped my vihecle off they had my rental ready to go and they handled all the paperwork with the insurance. I loved the text updates every step of the way! [Replaced driver side door trim to pearl vihecle, new driver side fog light was installed and front driver side trim was replaced]

Recently had my Ford Escape in for body work. When the job was complete, I was 100% satisfied with the work and have had no issues with it since. Very professional and trustworthy shop. Also.......really the best part about getting my vehicle back, was the complete detailing they did inside as well as out! It was washed and waxed, completely sparkly....but the inside looked amazing....windows were spotless, not a speck of dirt to be found! It was like having a brand new car again, which was nice after dealing with the stress of being hit and in the accident etc.... Thank you to all Carstar employees, I appreciate you all so much and will recommend over and over.

My car was the victim of a hit and run. Im not from the area so I was concerned about finding a shop who cares about my car as much as I do. I browsed the options through State Farms partner shops and decided on CARSTAR Poplar due to their 5 star reviews.They made the whole situation stress free. When I arrived to drop off my car they already had everything situated with Enterprise. It took them a little over 2 weeks to fix the extensive damage to my car and they kept me updated through the whole process.They did such a fantastic job! Thank you so much!

I was impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of this company! My car was as neat and clean as when it left my home. Other auto repair shops have left my vehicles in a complete mess, leaving me to clean grease and dirt from the interior. I also appreciate how they handled the return of my rental vehicle. I didnt have to inconvenience friends or family in order to return it. I especially appreciate how I was texted and kept informed of my cars progress every step of the way.
