Originally scheduled them to replace a single pane on my second floor. when they got here they said it was too windy for their ladder. which was understandable, so we scheduled them to come by the next day as a priority replacement. after spending the day trying to reach someone the guy that finally spoke with me was extremely rude and short, denied the scheduled time and called the person at their site that did the rescheduling a liar then hung up on me.
