I am from out of town and came to Ottawa to visit. I stopped to get beer and was never greeted. The young kid rang my purchase up and stood and looked at me like i was a alien. I asked for a bag and he puy in on the counter and laughed. I opened the bag placed my items in it and left. He never said thank you or have a nice day. I will never go back again. Get a new job if you dont like yours. Oh and i did tell others so they dont go there and get treated badly

Pulled in at 9:58 (close @ 10pm) to pick up for someone else and was treated so patiently and friendly that I may start drinking myself. All jokes aside, the gentleman who waited on me answered my questions about type, size, and price as though we had all the time in the world and is a great asset to this liquor store.

Always great & helpful folks. If it isnt on the shelf they will make every effort to order what you want. Gas pumps now working 👍😸.

They always have a pretty good selection and they almost always offer to help carry anything to your car, they are helpful and courteous.
