We are driving from NV to OH for our sons wedding when both Tie Rod Ends and a Hub went bad in our car. We pulled into Bill Walshs and they took us right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They fixed our car and got us back on the road.My husband and I are so very grateful and thankful for their professionalism and quick service.

I called to see about why my Chevy truck turn signals wouldn’t connect to a trailer I rented. Your staff said bring it in that day, and they’d have a look. Rather than be a serious repair, it turned out just to be a blown fuse, and they fixed it quickly. Had me back on the road in less than an hour. Totally professional and friendly from start to finish. On a personal note, the person who made a really great impression on me was Stacy, who absolutely had to be the friendliest person I’ve met at any dealership anywhere. Well done all around!

If I could give zero stars I would. My girlfriend and I went to both Bill Walsh Toyota and Bill Walsh Chevy to find her a new vehicle. The salesman at Toyota ran her credit 5 times without her giving him permission to do that which dramatically dropped her score. He also was not willing to show us any cars on his computer that were not at Toyota. We left there and went to Bill Walsh Chevy. She found one she liked and told Sam at Chevy what Toyota did. He went and talked to his manager and they said they would throw in a 2 year full coverage warranty for the troubles Toyota gave us. Come to find out later, they charged her almost $3,000 for the warranty we did not ask for. They said they were throwing it in for the troubles Toyota gave us. Horrible and corrupted salesmen that just wanted to take advantage of a younger female. Beware of this corrupted place!

My 22 yr old son asked to see/drive a truck today. The salesman refused to let him test drive it, and rudely asked him several times if he could even afford it. REALLY? My son makes 6 figures and bought his own home at 21. Maybe you shouldnt judge someone by how they dress. I bought my last 3 vehicles there...never again. BIG MISTAKE.....BIG!!!

The buying experience was great and Terry was a great person to deal with and they even met half way with the truck to pickup.However, the pre-inspection mechanics either need some additional training or they do not care. I received the truck with the engine light on, was told it was because of the aftermarket exhaust, but the truck had a programmer on it and I was able to pull the diagnostic code and it revealed the mass air flow sensor was the issue. We came to an agreement to for price on the MAF sensor and I would replace it. Next, 2 days after having the truck home notice a popping coming from the front end, tried replacing a few things and ultimately took it to a local mechanic and both front wheel bearings had to be replaced. The truck had a 3000 mile warranty from the dealership, but being 3 hours away I could not really utilize because the truck was unsafe to drive that far. I contacted the dealership hoping they would pay at least half of the quote, but I think they took advantage of being a long distance from the dealer to use the warranty and would only give roughly a quarter of the quote. I took whatever I could to help offset the cost. After the wheel bearings were replaced the truck rides a lot better, noise from the front end is gone, and the truck is a lot quieter in general.If you do buy from here, I would recommend taking the vehicle to your own mechanic or hire an outside preinspection service.

Its all about the money. Using an exaggerated story of the failure of the car manufactures to provide vehicles to the dealerships to sell, across all brands? What? What seems to be really happening is the dealers are using the Covid story and adlibbing more doom and gloom to pad their pockets with record profits. I was an unfortunate participant, I needed a truck and sure I could put it off a week or even 3 weeks but not 3 months or more. Once again the ugly, still so true, bad opinion, is earned, car salesmen/car dealers are the most untrustworthy, unscrupulous, rip off their friends and neighbors, sales force bar none

Took my car in to get fixed when I had and appointment and then they told me I wasnt in the system. After I left they called left a voicemail. Then I dropped off my car told I would get it back the work was only 1 hour to do still havent heard after several calls if my car is fixed takes forever to get a hold of the right people lately and Im missing important stuff due to this .
If you do not want to work on my car, just tell me. Dont tell me you cant find a problem, send me home, and then I can see the issue as soon as I get home and park the car. So, either you have a terrible tech or your group lied to me.Christopher Scott.

Chuck was my salesman and he was wonderful. He wasnt pushy, he was patient with me and he answered all my questions honestly. The finance guy was very pleasant to deal with as well. Just had some warranty work done on my 2013 equinox.Dealt with the same service advisor on all my visits for oil consumption checks and the warranty work itself, which was nice.Everything was excellent, customer service was 5*. Mike is a credit to the company.Always get my oil changed here every few months and the service is always excellent. They let me know what services I may need soon but I dont get hassled with pushy up selling on unneeded services. Which is why I prefer coming here.The lady at the payment desk was getting screamed at by a customer in front of me for something out of anyones control (Illinois taxes) and she dealt with it excellently.Got my serpentine belt replaced while my car was under warranty repair. Was told there shouldnt be any labor charge due to the belt already being removed during the repair so I should just be charged for the belt itself but I did end up getting charged $30 labor for the belt unsure what that was about. But it was still a good price either way.Will definitely be back. Thanks again.

The process for purchasing my truck here was awesome. Trevor answered all my questions and worked with me to handle the process from start to finish. They beat the price I had from a competitor, beat the financing rate from my credit union, and had the truck ready to go when I got there. Jordan worked with me to seamlessly handle all the paperwork, transfer plates, set up the extended warranty, etc. All of this was done over the phone and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, which included a lengthy training on all the vehicles bells and whistles. They also answered my questions after purchase about some functionalities and were always helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Went in for a free oil change. I was over charged for brakes needed on a car I put only 2000 miles on since purchase. I had to remind them twice not to charge me for the oil change.

They got us back on the road after sliding off I-80 during a storm!We were driving to Colorado and slid off the highway during a storm. Our GMC Yukon was damaged and we “limped” in to the dealership. The front fascia below the bumper was damaged and the car almost undrivable. Within two hours, the body shop had us patched up and we were back on the road. We made it to Colorado that night, skied for two weeks and just arrived back home in Michigan. The car will need a full repair, but we are grateful that Bill Walsh GM Superstore saved our day AND our vacation!

Do not use their body shop. The ladies are rude and the work is terrible. Had my car done there in July. Paint chipping and not taking responsibility for there terrible work. Then want to argue with me. Come on. They couldnt even put 7 dollar body clips in the bumper. Dont go here.

I am not much of a review guy, but wanted to share may experience at Bill Walsh. Terry Bentz JR, Zack Abernathy, and Jordan Abernathy are top notch to say the least. I havent purchased a car from a dealer since 2006. Poor dealer experiences in the past drove me to buy my last 2 vehicles private party. This time when i needed to upgrade I stopped at a couple dealers then a week later I hit the road on a saturday morning with 3 locations to visit after looking at cars online. I stopped at Bill Walsh first and man I am glad I did. I literally cant say enough about these guys and would recommend them to any and all of my friends. Terry and Zach know their stuff and Jordan in finance office didnt mind all my questions and answered them perfectly. My Wife is still in awe as to how smooth everything went. Took my brand new truck in for 1st oil change and they scratched passenger door and tailgate. Took it in to their body shop for repairs, when notified it was done went to pick up they scratched another door.I unfortunately let them try to fix it again and the color didnt match.THIS WAS A BRAND NEW TRUCK! Horrible, I had to get my insurance involved go to a different body shop,pay a $500 deductible, which I never got back. So thats what their free oil change cost me.

The Bill Walsh group as a whole is always fantastic to work with. Weve bought three vehicles from them, and each time was a great experience. They dont play games, or push on upselling (theyll obviously offer this or that at signing, but arent overly aggressive), and are extremely transparent. We live about 1hr away, but are more than willing to make the drive when we need a new vehicle; Ive worked with the folks at the Toyota, Sierra, and GM dealer; theyre all good and honest people.

I had a check engine light up and started to flash. Bill Walsh got me in expeditiously-thanks.The service was performed professionally. Unfortunately, two fuel injectors failed not long after my warranty expired. This was very expensive (nearly $1400). Just seems odd. Disappointing that something this costly failed with just over 36000 miles.

Bill,Our family has had our share of good experiences with several vehicles and purchases since 1994, before I was even born. You have taken care of an issue for us in the past, when no one else would. The reason for the 3 is because my Dad bought a 2012 Malibu in 2012. He asked if there had been any issues or accidents with the vehicle and was told no. a couple years later someone ran into him and the insurance would not cover all of the repair because they said that there was noticeable previous damage and pointed it out to my Dad. One of your managers verified with my that he should have been made aware of the previous damage when he bought the car(he wouldnt have bought it had he known). They repaired it and covered the extra cost, which was great. However, at the beginning of this year, my Dad noticed rust in that area. The car is not that old, and it is always parked inside. There is no rust anywhere else and should not have been any anywhere. When my Dad discussed this with your repair dept., he was offered a discount for the repair. It should have been repaired better the first time. It should not have rusted this quickly and it should have been repaired this time at no cost. Rust repairs may not be covered, but he originally bought the car after being told that it had never had an accident. Now that I am looking for my first vehicle, I am checking quality of all of the area dealerships.Thank you
Worst experience ever! I am about 6 hours away from this dealer. I found a specific truck I was looking for on CarGuru. I called and had many different conversations with a used car sales guy. I made arrangements to come buy this truck. I flew into the airport and they had someone pick me up . The plan was to buy the truck and drive home that night. When I arrived at the dealership I was not happy with the truck at all. The price of this used truck was over $30,000. The truck had 6 very very bad tires, a radio that did not work, a crack across the dash and much more wrong with it. Someone could have mentioned these very major details. Multiple people knew that I was flying in and driving this truck home. Those tires were so bad that I wouldn’t have made it 100 miles. They did offer to split the cost of news tires with me. $1250 bucks. WHAT? I had to get a hotel that night and rent a car to get home. It cost me 2 days and over $500 bucks to look at and not buy this truck. They offered no help or compensation for wasting my time and money. In fact they raised the purchase price of the truck to compensate for the new tires.

I was told once I bought my brand new car that I would receive an additional oil change on top of my two free ones because my car was used as loaner and oil was never changed before I bought it. Everytime I Call the service department to find out if I have that third one on file noone answers the call and I leave a message as instructed and nobody returns my call. I think as a business your customer service is sub par and for having a large name in the Ottawa community I expected better!

Huge disappointment!! Long review but worth reading! Shopped here years ago and referred my son there to buy a truck. Just like numerous people have said (and I ignored, giving them the benefit of the doubt), they no longer had it. Said they sold it or sent it to auction. Also said they didnt get it off the website yet even though my son pointed out that is someones job (or should be) Tried to sell him a more expensive vehicle of course. I felt bad recommending this dealership as a long time and local dealership, but I guess theyre really changed over the years, and not for the better.Oh and dont put the old sorry to hear, call us to make it right story. Thats just to make you look good too. Bill Walsh should be ashamed of this practice going on at his dealership.
Some dealers understand how to make a deal and the art of negotiating but not here. When you lowball a trade in and have over priced used trucks, Ill take my business else where. Which I did and beyond happy with the other dealer superior service!

I had purchased a car from out-of-state, and I wanted to have it checked out by Bill Walsh. I have been very pleased with Bill Walsh in the past, and this new, used car will only be serviced by Bill Walsh.

Brought my truck in for warranty work. Service writer had a good idea of what the problem was.He was correct, it was repaired quickly while I waited. All the Walsh dealerships seem to have excellent technicians.
We were traveling up from OKC when 4 hrs into the drive our AC went out (miserable 6+hrs) on a Friday (8/2).I called around to multiple dealerships in the area no one was able to get us in until late the next week and the Service Dept at Bill Walsh GM was able to squeeze us in Monday AM (8/5) AND the Enterprise rental stayed late Friday (as we got in past closing) to get us in a rental car WITH AC. They (service center, salesman from dealership, and rental car employees) treated us so well and were so friendly even though we were prolly less than looking modest with sweating for 6+hrs in 85°-90°F windows down car ride. The pricing was fair and they fixed my car the same day we turned it in. I would highly recommend this dealership/service center.

I had a very good experience with this dealership! I purchased a used pickup truck (10 years old) and my salesman, Chris, was very down-to-earth and laid back. They were able to work with me on price and provide very competitive financing options. I actually left after test driving and pondered the purchase for awhile, came back a week later and bought it. I appreciate the no-pressure, whatever-makes-you-comfortable atmosphere.Only drawback was the very same night I bought the truck, it had a headlight out. Went to change the bulb the next day and found out the plastic end of the wiring harness was busted and wouldnt hold the bulb in place. I informed my salesman and he did the right thing and arranged a time for me to bring the truck back in and get it repaired.Overall, I love my new-used truck and was very satisfied with my experience at Bill Walsh superstore! I would definitely recommend to my friends in the future.

Not enough stars giving...took a hour long drive there to see 2 different cars and soon as I got there we were greeted by Ann. She took great time with us and didnt tell us that the were about to close in 10 minutes. She spent over a hour with us showing us the cars and starting paperwork. I would most definitely recommend this place just because of her alone.

Had a great experience at the Bill Walsh Super Store, had my oil change. The service advisor Michael was very nice and got my vehicle in and the service Department did a great job. I also recieved a free car wash. I will definitely recommend Bill Walsh to everyone I know !!
These guys are insane. I brought in my 2008 Saturn Astra because I needed a new clutch. Parts estimate was $600, estimate for labor was $2,200... Thats almost $3,000 for a clutch replacement... When I asked why so much, I was told it was because they had to use special tools and extra lifts in order to do the work. Keep in mind, these are tools that they already have, but think I should pay extra for because they have to be used.Took my car elsewhere and paid less than half of their estimate. It was done in 9 hours. Bill Walsh either thinks theyre really bad at their jobs and it was gonna take over 12 hours for this job, or they think theyre way better at their jobs than they actually are and charge astronomical prices for labor.Never going back
Worked my deal via the phone and email - and it was easy and painless. Bought a 2015 Camaro convertible and I LOVE it. Paperwork was pretty much done when I got there (thanks Jordan A) and Zach Abernathy (sales rep) did a great job going over all the features once I got there. I would def work with the Bill Walsh again in the future.

12/12/18 called Bill Walsh dealership spoke to Julianne about a car I liked from their lot. She informed me that the car was available and scheduled me an appointment to come and see the car the next day. I drove 1.5hrs only to find out that the car was sold that morning and nobody bother to call me to cancel my appt. I will never buy or trust this dealership again.
I came in to get the oil changed, a belt checked and the button for my trunk release fixed.. Oil got changed, parts for belt and trunk button on order but one thing is wrong.. I bought a 2014 used car that day! So my 2012 is ready to go soon for the next lucky owner! I have really enjoyed that car but Sam(dealer) & Mike(Finance) gave me good advice and such a good deal on my 2014 that i couldnt refuse! Everyone at Bill Walsh in Ottawa have treated me and my wife really good! She bought a new 2012 4 months after i bought my first car from them.. very friendly and helpful.. They listen and check out any problems you have.
I was very impressed by the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.Kimberly Nolan made sure to answer all my questions, but allowedme to make a no pressure decision. I actually left the dealership tothink about it and came back to purchase the truck. She stopped whatshe was doing and resumed our discussion as if I had never left.

Very angry customer.I purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado.. The sales process was fine Sales staff was great!. I referred friends and even wanted to upgrade my wifes vehicle.. Truck runs great.. Till a month after Ive had it I get voicemails from the finance manager asking me to stop in to sign something.. I was going to stop in till I got another voicemail saying the finance company fell through!.. HOW AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT!.. Now the fininace guy keeps calling me saying I need to return the vehicle or redo another contract!.. Ive already gotten all the body work done to the vehicle put in upgrades to it and they expect me to just give it back?!?! What a total scam!.. Ill never trust this place STAY AWAY!..
