Beautiful coffee shop in the heart of Ottawa. I tried their Jeremiah Joe Mocha (White Chocolate Mocha), Iced, with an extra shot of expresso. For me personally it lacked flavor and all I can taste was the milk. I wouldn’t let my one bad drink though deter you from trying the place. If I am back in the area I will give the place a second chance and order something other than a latte.

I had the Apple Vanilla iced latte. It was very delicious and refreshing. I would definitely go back to try other menu items! Very clean and modern inside. Lots of space to do work or read a book!

Honestly, I have never had a bad drink here ever! Its always delicious! I only give 4 stars because the prices are high. Youll pay around $5 for a drink. So its a fun place to go for a meet up with a friend or a celebratory dessert drink. I also think its adorable they do a coffee for kids so its like they can have coffee too. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Its okay... not a cool cozy coffee spot. Hit or miss with the drinks/baristas. wish there were more coffee and breakfast options downtown.

Made online order since you will not allow phone orders, was given delivery time. Never arrived. Made duplicate order same morning, received new delivery time. Did not arrive. Emailed and asked for someone to call, they did and told me the website gets glitchy. Was asked to please give them a 2nd chance but this was my 2nd chance because this happened a couple months ago as well. If I cant trust my online order to go through on your website I am not going to repeatedly try.

Cool place!

Real good. My only issue was the lack of filling my cup with my cafe mochas. Both times that I got Mochas plus a shot I still had way too much room left over in my cup. They should have filled the cup up the rest of the way whether it was with milk, water, or coffee,dont hand me a 2/3 full cup. . . Especially when Im asking for an extra shot.

So my daughter and I were craving our jj fix but neither of us wanted to go outside in the cold. To our surprise we discovered they now deliver... so we hesitantly ordered online for delivery. By far this was the easiest and quickest online order. Then within 15 minutes our drinks were hear. Both were perfect.❤

Jeremiah Joe’s is the best coffee I’ve ever had!! In fact, it’s so good it’ll make you say “Starbucks who?!” That first sip definitely gave me life and I would highly recommend this place to anyone, even if they aren’t a big fan of coffee. I just wish a location would open up closer to home, either way I would drive 2 hours again just so I can get a taste of that delicious coffee!

Woow! Amazing coffee, really really good. I got plain latte and it had kind of caramel flavor, so tasty! The bonus was an amazing downtown. I was planning just to grab coffee on a way to Starved Rock State Park, but couldnt resist and had a walk around the little cute downtown.

I have gone to Jeremiah Joe’s for years. Their drinks are delicious and the service is excellent. It’s a spacious coffee shop. They now have a drive-thru option at a separate location as well!!

Standing next door to Prairie Fox Books, that section of Ottawa might have made Abe Lincoln himself loiter for a moment.Jeremiah Joe shares space with a church, so its sacred space. Plus, a cupboard of free food for the needy sustains the homeless that live by the statues of Lincoln and Douglas, Washington Square Park.

As someone who cant have caffeine but loves coffee I usually dont go to coffee shops. But they have amazing decaf options here. I usually get the decaf blended vanilla latte and its amazing. My boyfriends mom goes here any time she is in Ottawa. Its one of my favorite coffee places.

Coffee is good. Baked goods selection is limited and over-priced, though that isnt unusual. Worst part is the service. Glacially slow, and apparently completely unaware that they could do anything differently.

Fast friendly service. Rode my bike from Marseilles taking a chance it was going to be worth the ride. Didnt disappoint. Well be back if in the area.👍

Rad coffee shop, with great art!

Good coffee but its extremely noisy in here. You cant even here someone sitting next to you talking without them having to shout. The closers LOVE to mop the floors around 7pm regardless of customers. I am surprised no one has slipped. They also seem extremely put out by people at night.

We always stop here to get a coffee when we are returning from Starved Rock. Great coffee, excellent service.

Wonderful espresso beverages. The location downtown couldnt be better. Its minimalist but also warm and cozy. Theres a barista named Stephanie who is super nice!!

Friendly place with decent coffee and good prices. Loved the $1 kids steamer! But there isnt much atmosphere. Its a big room with little decor. It looks a little like a coffee kiosk in an atrium of a corporate building.

I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot, they had it done immediately, how? They poured the ‘shots’ out of a ready made carafe. The coffee is not fresh, and I paid for shots of espresso, not weak, pre-made watered down coffee. It’s jus not good. And the line was SO long. Very disappointed.

Depending who makes it, you can either have one amazing coffee or in my case a great chi tea or an okay experience.But no matter we all have bad days, this place still my favorite and 8/10 I always rather get coffee here than anywhere else.

Nice coffee shop in center of Ottawa. Very spacious and has a lot of chairs and tables.Prices are a bit high comparing to Starbucks but still manageable.Coffee is ok and good selection of variety of coffee drinks. Also, there are small tea selection.There is not a big selection of deserts and/or snacks.Staff is smiley and friendly.I would recommend for a quick stop.

Fantastic coffee shop and more, right in downtown Ottawa. They roast their own beans on-site. Great snacks and atmosphere. Its sort of like sitting in the towns living room- folks from all over town gather, meet and enjoy themselves. Easy to find great place in a historic building- enjoy!

This is a very comfortable upscale coffee shop. Great meeting space. Lots of tables and available outlets. Coffee is great and scones are too!

The baristas are friendly and helpful. They have beautiful local artists on the walls. The locally roasted coffee was delicious. Delicious teas and pastries too. Definitely worth a visit.

Great place to unwind with really yummy cup of coffee, (not as pricey as some others) lots of room inside and out, unique, locally created artwork, really clean bathrooms, and a meeting room downstairs you can reserve. They have music on occasion. Its within walking off the movie theater, downtown shops and the Ottawa park.

I’m lactose intolerant, and I ordered a drink this morning that was supposed to have soy milk instead of dairy. This drink is all I have had to eat/drink this morning. As I am in my second hour of cramps and bloating, I don’t think that soy milk was used, despite my paying for it. I love this place, but people have to be more careful and attentive to orders.

Coffee is great. Love the local artists work hung all over. Add more!

I enjoyed the atmosphere at this coffee shop! My friend and I were visiting the area from out of town and just needed a place to have a quiet conversation. The coffee was pretty good. I wish there were “for here” cups and a compost bin.

Did not like iced latte at all, actually threw it away. Im not even sure they used espresso to make it, almost tasted like tea. Will not be back unfortunately. This is the second time Ive been disappointed with the taste at this place. Feel bad being a local business and all, but dont want to waste my money again, sorry.

So I am sitting there drinking my over priced coffee and there is a man sitting next to me. Not a bum dressed nice but drinking water. Lady walks up and tells him if you are not gonna buy anything then you must leave. And walks back behind the counter. I do not know how long he was there. So I walk up to the counyer snd offer to biy him a coffee. She ssys you can buy him a coffee but he still has to leave. Which contradicts wat she said. But ok. Just want everyone to know how poor they trest people their. I will not be going back.

Their coffee is expensive and just ok. The bathroom hasnt had soap in it for at least a month and its always crowded. Not my favorite spot. Brewed Awakenings in Morris is better.

Ive been coming here since they opened in 2002. Theyve always been good and continue to keep being delicious. The baristas are so friendly to everyone and the coffee is so good. I bring friends from out of town and they love this coffee way more than star bucks and other coffee shops!!

Wish I had one of their Cafe Mochas in hand right now- yummmmmers! They use Ghiradelli Dark chocolate in it and it makes all the difference, can stroll through the art gallery & enjoy a variety of art types/styles/artists. Annual events bring people into Jeremiah Joes & its cool even to take a breather outside on the patio or inside in a comfy chair with your head in your book or laptop or just people watching!

Great ginger-dark chocolate biscotti and hot mocha! Very inviting and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of space to find a seat.

I live out of state and come to Ottawa to visit family often. We have made a tradition of visiting this coffee shop when we visit. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the coffee just as great. I live the coffee and company. Highly recommended.

This place was fantastic not only was the coffee great but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly my friend left his phone behind on accident and we came back the next day not only had they saved it in the back but they’d actually fully charged as well. Will definitely go back again
