I just called to order my son more contacts. We are new to the daily contact game. Alice was so kind and put me on hold, checked something and was able to save me money by order a bigger quantity! Thanks Alice! So appreciative. Great customer service.

The whole experience was great and everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Felt extremely attended to and not rushed in the slightest; was able to ask and have any concern or question addressed.The woman who assisted me with choosing frames was great even though I was very aggravating and the embodiment of indecisiveness.The set up was very esthetically pleasing and everything was very high tech in regards to the machines.Highly recommend.The only improvement I would be pressed to suggest: online appointment scheduling through the website. Currently, you can request and receive a call back to finalize. However, that isnt necessarily standard practice for the area. So they are not behind the times, considering.

The staff is patient, understanding and honest. Also best eye exam I have ever had, very thorough.

This place goes above and beyond!!I did not need new glasses but a coating another company had put on them was making them cloudy. They tried to clean them off the best they could!! I also took another pair and he adjusted them also!!Great place!

Every time I have called or been in this place the employees are rude, for the exception of the gentleman with the glasses and short dark hair and he appears to be in maybe his 40’s, he was polite and patient. These people need name tags! April should not even be on the telephones or dealing with the public, she’s very curt and rude! There’s another woman whose name I didn’t get, as again, they don’t identify themselves or have name tags!!! She had longer dark hair, appeared to be in her 50s, and she has clearly been out in the sun or in tanning beds too long. She acted like she had no time for me and has the personality of a snail, actually I think a snail has a better personality. The more positive reviews this place got, were from 3 to 4 years ago, they clearly had a turnover in employees. The whole vibe in this place when you walk in is MEH CENTRAL!! I did complain to one of the male employees, a couple weeks ago, he was very polite, The same man I mentioned above, clearly nothing has been done about the attitudes. I’d give this place a zero, but it doesn’t allow that.

Awesome customer service! My glasses were a year old and I got a bad scratch on one lens. They replaced BOTH lenses under warranty and put new nosepads on all at NO CHARGE! All my future glasses will be purchased from Eyesite!!

Just visited today! Was there just under an hour. Very thorough exam and staff was very professional! Dr. Alex was great and looking forward to getting my first ever prescription glasses in a couple of weeks!

If you want to spend $760 for a pair of no name frames and lensese this is the place for you.

My exam with Dr. McNamara was great. He took time and answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and 3 of the staff took time to give opinions to make sure I had the glasses that looked the best! No one has ever done that for me before!

Friendly, and great atmosphere. Best people, Patti is the sweetest And very knowledgeable with contact, John really knows the right style of glasses for your personality, face shape and life style, they have an array of great style of glasses to choose from.

Great resource in Ottawa. Had to have a pair of frames repaired and they did it while it waited. Came and talked to me about them after and adjusted them for me. Highly recommended.
