Love this store!! Its great for your own purchases, gift giving, you name it! I went a little crazy here during Christmas. So did my boyfriend, lucky me! He bought me the prettiest earrings. We also have become addicted to the dark chocolate covered strawberry licorice! Cant wait to go back for more!

LOVE this store. I always make sure to take family and friends here wehn they are visiting. The store always looks amazing and has such unique items. Some things are pricey but I have never been in there that I couldnt find something in my price range.

Beautiful store, beautiful clothes and jewelery, but completely overpriced...Id have returned to buy a few items, even with the price had the customer service been of any value... the staff is completely rude. Stopped in, my first time, and the lady with the long hair rudely rolled her eyes at my child and me as he smelt soap... if you dont have any children, the soap I purchase is used on him, and we love buying expensive handmade soap for his sensitive skin... she quickly straightened everything up in disgust. It was soap, not glass. I politely brought her rude behavior to her and the other employees attention and was given excuses and treated very rudely. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a valued customer. If they have such a problem with people touching the soap of all things then perhaps they should purchase a display case or shelf behind the register and leave one bar of each fragrance out to test. Or just simply state on the door no children allowed. Im very disappointed my entire trip to the area was ruined because of the poor taste this shop left in my mouth. Wont be back. Though they dont care, they dont value customers anyway.

This place is adorable. Have only been here in December but this place is beautiful. Prices are not too bad for the quality of the ornaments and decorations. Really gets you in the Christmas spirit

We visited Ottawa from an hour and a half away and we walked through town and visited a few of the little stores with Deja Vu being one of them. We bought a maple chipotle grille dipping sauce and got home and realized that it expires in two days. When I called the store to explain they just said “oh it will still be good after that date” the lady went to ask her boss about it and he said the same thing. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t use a dipping sauce in two days and I’m not a fan of eating expired products. Very disappointed in the service here.

This is a fabulous store. I find things here I can find no where else. The people are kind and comsiderate and always make each visit a unique experience. I love this store as do all my friends

Beautiful store. Many lovely items that are reasonably priced. Staff is very helpful. I did find the many signs posted about watching your children excessive. Many great stores in Ottawa that have nice items, yet they dont resort to such signage.

Wonderful little store, friendly staff. Pricey but interesting items from lotions, candles to jewelry and stationary. A must see.

Visually its an outstanding display of merchandising . One of my favorite stores to shop because of the unique merchandise and how festive theyre !

Whenever we visit Ottawa we try to stop by at this beautifully decorated store. Every season you find new decorations, soaps, lotions, cards, jewelry, and some clothing. And much more! Usually the main floor is open year around, but there is also second floor we have visited before with some scarves, dresses, sweaters...

Amazing staff and the store was beautiful! Many great things to buy!

We stopped in and they were closed for a period of time...so we did not experience the feeling.....
