Excellent service, they usually have parts that you cant find anywhere else!

By far the worst service Ive ever had. Not just once but over and over again. Ottawa Location is terrible, and Peru is no better. Multiply times Ive been told they have something in stock just to get there and find out they dont. And dont worry they can order anything you want as long as you are not in a hurry. I have been dealing with their lies all morning today. I went there yesterday for a M12 bolt. Which they did not have.They ordered it from Chicago store and said it would be in at 8am today. Here it is 12;08 and Im still waiting and being told the weather delayed it and then their truck pasted the Ottawa location so they had to send a driver to go get it. The weather REALLY. My company has over 30 semi in local area of Ottawa and Chicago and guess what not one of them has had any problems do to weather. And now as I call them their reasoning to me is THESE THINGS HAPPEN
