They have a big variety of things. And its all nice stuff. If someone is looking to just start out they even have some nice furniture

My favorite store hands down

Fun place to waste an hour (and spend some money!). Cant remember a time I visited and didnt find something to buy. Today it was discount charging cables - one for iPhone and one for my Samsung - both together for $5.82, cant beat that!

Always a great place to go to even just look around. Great people and great attitudes.

I have been to this thrift store twice . My first visit there was uneventful, I purchased a bench, they helped me put it in the back of my jeep, no problem . On my second visit, I purchased a dresser, I thought it would fit in the back of my Jeep, no luck, it almost fit. They said they could hold the dresser for me for a week, give me a chance to make arrangements, to pick it up. They took my name and number, and gave me their number, they told me to call if I couldnt make arrangements, in that weeks time. This was during the big snows we had the end of January, beginning of February, my husband an OTR trucker was stranded in Portland. When I realized my husband wouldnt make it home before the 7 days was up, I called the store explained my husband wouldnt make it home, we were new to the state, and didnt know anyone here, who could help. I asked the clerk if I could just get a refund, she told me no, they didnt refund on items they had held. I asked what are you going to do with it, she said they would put it back on the floor, to sell it. They were going to double their profit on this item, I was going to lose my total investment, how is this right? When they told me they would hold the dresser for a week, they never mentioned if I didnt pick it up in a week, there would be no refund, and they would keep the dresser, and resell it . I could see keeping 10%-20% of my money for holding the item that week, and refunding the remainder, but not keeping all of it . I ended up getting on an Ottumwa FB page, and asked for help from a total strangers . I got on the page explained my situation, and thankfully a stranger helped me, actually a bunch of people responded . The man helping picked up the dresser, brought it to me in Richland, I did pay this stranger for his time and gas . I f I had not found help, I would have gone down there, picked up that dresser and sat it by the street, for someone to get for free, before I let Finders Keepers double their money on it !!! The sad thing is I really liked this store, and as I said I am new to Iowa, we bought a huge home here, we didnt have nearly enough furniture for it, I would have made many more purchases from Finders Keepers, but they have lost this customer !!! By their attitudes, and their business practices, I am sure they could care less that I wont be back .

This has always had the best gifts to give to everyone I know, from teacups to a katana, I never fail to walk out with something in my hands.

I would not consider this a thrift store yes they had a lot of cool antique items but the prices were way too high they wanted like $70 for just a basic dresser and then it just went up from there they do have some nice stuff if youre looking for some unusual items and you got some money to spend but if youre looking for a thrift store in the true Spirit of thrift store price-wise this is not the place the staff was friendly and they did have a lot of stuff but just not my idea of a thrift store I can go buy a new dresser for $70 and this was just a basic dresser

Great shopping experience!! I go in several times a week to shop all the new items and super deals that the vendors have brought for their booths and the owners have brought for the store. They have new, used and antiques. Furniture, appliances, dishes, clothing, knickknacks, and lots more. And best of all the employees are friendly and helpful. I recommend this business as a fun shopping experience.

Good place, good people

An interesting place to visit. You can find unusual items. Different types of books. Some areas are a little bit crowded and navigating the isles can be tricky but it is a fun way to pass some time and find treasures.

Lots of stuff, both old and new. Vintage, used. Great place look, never know what you might find.

Nice people working in there booths. Its getting more organized each time I go there. New things to see every time.

Under new management. Was cluttered and a lot of junk. Now everything is organized and has nicer things to choose from. We found a couch that was in great shape and actually fit us! Saved Hundreds of dollars over new. So big it takes more than a visit to browse whole store. Knocked off 25% on couch we bought.

Ill never go garage selling again. Its all right here. Awesome setups

I love this place! I try to stop everytime im in Ottumwa. Great prices and good quality to select from. You probably could spend all day there and still not see everything. Very nice people who own and work there.

The flea market prices vary wildly but the thrift store side of the business is always priced really well

I like the store a lot but it is really a mess except the part of the store that is set up for consignments, that area is neatly organized. I do think they need to clean up their electronic isle or lower their prices. The game systems have no power cables or controllers rarely nd usually do not work. I seriously dont think its fair to ask 70$ for an xbox 360 with no controller or power box or even 25$ for a portable dvd player with no charge cable. Other wise its a cool store. Two stars because every electronic I wanted to buy from u guys didnt work or u dont offer a way to test if electronics actually do work before u sell them all u do is offer a 3 day return which who knows what ull put some one through to get that refund so that 3 days is no good. Its better that u test electronics before u try to sell them
