Our old refrigerator finally died. I stopped by Bridge City, found just what I wanted and in an hour it was professionlly delivered, hooked up and running. Highly recommend!!

The manager Chris had previously ran the Rex store and I had to go to the dist manager I order to get my warranty as promised. Then when I purchased a new washer, he had his employee at the time Clint load the washer upside down in my truck where it was too heavy and fell. So we ended up having to replace the washer on my own $ bc I knew he wouldn’t honor a warranty since he is a oartner in the sub quality furniture store he has now

Staff person was polite and helpful. Store was clean well organized. My main reason for the lower rating is it concerned me that none of the staff were wearing masks.

Bit pricey definitely proud of the furniture they have for sale.

I was only there to get a box since I didnt have one big enough. I dealt with thomas and he was super nice and even helped me get the box in my car.

Ended up purchasing a new wrap around couch Which Im more than satisfied with. They will deliver and even hold on to your purchase until your 100% ready for delivery..... Highly recommendP. S.If your not from around here, well even if you are. They put up an amazing Christmas light display with music, its totally worth checking out.

@Josh MartinI love Bridge City Tv and Appliance, and so does the rest of my family and my friends. We have known Chris for several years, and we have all been dealing with him for at least over 10 years. As a matter of fact, my mother called him a couple of weeks ago and was asking him some questions about her Tv. (My mother is elderly, and doesnt know very much about electronics) My mother got her Tv for Christmas last year from my sister that lives in Oklahoma. (Which wasnt purchased at Bridge City) BUT Chris tried to help her over the phone, and my mother (being old) wasnt getting it. He then went to my mothers home, and changed the settings on the Tv for her. She told all of us that the picture looks better than it did when my sister had set it up. Chris took his own time out of his day to explain the Tv and how to run it to my mother. ALL AT NO CHARGE! To me, it sounds like you are trying to take it out on the business that was trying to help you, because you made YOUR OWN wrong decision in trying to make someone else pay for your mistakes. When you said that you went into the store with your heart set on a gas stove made by Whirlpool, and they told you that they only had one unit left of the one that you wanted and it was the floor model. They sold you the floor model, because that is what you wanted, YET you say yourself, that there were some issues which they had tried to resolve E.G. the griddle that came with it was scratched, you said it yourself, it was the floor model, and you saw the unit that you were actually going to purchase. So to me, thats not fair to them, because you already knew and saw what you were buying. And as far as the broiler-droor, it soundsl ike the same thing. You saw it, you were able to touch everything, it sounds to me like buyers remorse. Your whole purchase and complaints sound very fishy to my wife and me. Regarding your problem with not being able to get one of your burners to light, why didnt you complain about that to them, because as far as I know, they have warranties on all of the prducts that they sell. And it would have been an easy fix for you. The same thing goes for your flame-heighth, if you felt that it wasnt working correctly, why didnt you call them or even better call whirlpool? The product still would have been under warranty. And as far as I know, every oven gets hot. And when you touch a hot oven, you get burnt. It isnt their fault that you wanted to touch a hot oven. I dont know of any appliance dealer that would just take back an appliance if it has been used and hooked up especially to gas without having it at least looked at by some sort of a service person first. I guess if you wanted to return it, you should have told them that before you had used it. I know thats what I wouldve done. As far as exchanging for another model, to me that sounds like you wanted to change your mind on which model you wanted to purchase. Your comment about the price, I do not believe at all. Because they have ALWAYS been very comparable to any other dealer. (including Wal-Mart and Menards) On top of that, we get great support from them, and will continue to shop there, as my family, my friends, and I have always done. So I suppose if my washer breaks down, instead of going to the laundromat I should go ahead and go to Bridge City or Menards and buy a washer then when mine is fixed I should be able to return it and get my money back? Or in your case, cooking my Thanksgiving dinner.
