Within 2 minutes of entering the store, an employee yelled at my three little boys twice. Although high energy, they did nothing wrong. I was shocked by her rudeness and will not be returning.
Simply asked how the quality was on a press on nail product. I didnt need the employees rude remark of well why dont you just go to a salon and have them done. I wont go back to this location. I now order DashIng Diva press ons from their direct site and they offer free shipping.
I was helped earlier today by the most helpful employee I’ve ever came across. Her name is Lacy and she is a god send to anyone whom may have questions or in need of any suggestions in store while you shop.
Products are great. Employees stalking you through the store have made it to where I will not be returning and will drive to an alternate location. Cannot even find anything with someone inches from you. Not even 6 feet per COVID standards. Disappointing.
They always have what I need. They are nice professional and the store is always stocked.

I like Sallys. I do not like the Ottumwa Sallys. I wont go back. Its hit or miss on how helpful associates are, seems to be considerable turn over.

They are not doing curb side pick up. I tried to get curbside after I saw the sign posted that you are not allowed inside without a mask. Iowa does not mandate a mask. Neither does the CDC. The CDC only suggests a mask.
