Very slow to load, had a 3pm appt, still havent even started loading me at 4:30pm.

Poor service I have appointment but stay on line no phone calls you have to come over and over again for ask available door.The excuse is that they will call on the CB okay but not everyone has a CB

I will never come back to this please again, I have been waiting for 5 hours to get a door, after the give me door, I have to stay like 3 hours to get unload, bad service, dont waste your time.

Quick, efficient dock workers. Had me loaded and out of the dock injust about an hour. My only complaint was that theyre not used to loading reefer trailers. They usually load box trailers so you have to be adamant about how you want them to load your reefer trailer. When they loaded my trailer I ended up being 100+ lbs overweight on my drive wheels and should have gone back to be reloaded but knew there werent any weigh stations between them and my delivery site.

They are very friendly I’ll give them that. To no fault of their own I am going to be waiting five hours because somebody in our company dropped the ball and missed the appointment. I can’t give them a bad rating on that but the good news is they have overnight parking in a real nice about it

Was loaded quickly but have to wait over two hours for the BOL i dont like spending the night a shippers. Will never accept a load from here ever ever ever again.

They work very well. The shipping guy is great, there is a parking lot. There is a CDL school nearby, frightened students are driving.
