This particular visit was not good at all. Extremely short staffed. My country fried steak was Very.. crispy and kinda hard to eat. I want to give 2 stars but the overworked waitress was bouncing all over the place as best she could. I felt sorry for her

Beaides the fact u can never find someone that works there. And all the price tags are wrong. And the dog sweaters are never where the store app says they are supposed to be it was a good visit. The cashier was very nice .

Need to Have more check out lanes open at night before closing I think it would be a lot easier for people than everyone trying to wait in a long line

It has a great selection of products. The customer service was very kind and patient and stayed overtime to help me. They are so understaffed. Of the 16 checkouts only 2 were occupied. The service was really slow due to lack of cashiers. I feel they need to reduce the self checkouts and ire more workers so speed service up. I was overcharged a few items and had to walk back to each to check prices. Turns out certain items are not in the proper place and labeled wrong. I also got underwear and the company that delivers them has 1 price and Walmart has their suggested sale price. WELL that must screw million of $ out of people because I wouldnt have noticed being overcharged if I wasnt OCD. The important thing was, despite wasting way longer in Walmart then I wanted too, I was taken care of eventually and got a full refund.

Continuously cancel online orders saying out of stock. 3x now. Just to walk in and find 7 of that specific item.. on a fn end cap front and center. Useless.

Came to get a watch band sized and they told me they only do this FOR FREE for watches purchased there. I literally offered to pay them to do it as I live an hour away and I was only in town on other business. Walmart seems less and less community oriented these days

Large variety of products and easy to move around. I suggest if you go to this store pull up your Walmart app its a wonderful time saver in locating items you want.

Love in store shopping,once you learn how to self check out you become a pro.I recommend, ringing up items such as food stamps,check, cash, card in groups in case of errors for easier corrections if needed.

Discussing!! My son wanted to go to cashier. The conveyor belt was so bad I had clothing and could not lay it on it!!! There at checkout was salad someone changed mind on sitting getting gross!! I took picture!! BAD!!!

Better than normal shopping environment thank you Walmart! First time in a long time I havent felt that my shopping was interfering with an employees social hour! The employees today were all smiling happy to help and even energetic much more pleasant shopping experience then any Walmart I have experienced in a while! Thank you Ottumwa Wal-Mart!

Friendly people and never have a problem with returns!

It use to be when you walked in to this walmart they have the shelves stocked, there is no trash laying around. Now the shelves are bare the price tags dont match their products, the customers or the workers leave their trash on the shelves, they dont have enough people to stay at one station so you could be waiting on the phone for photo lab 15-30 minutes. You have to have them paged TWICE to answer the phones. I understand being low staffed maybe if you werent horrible to your workers you would find more people to work for you. Js!

Drive up! Quick and everything was what I ordered! Husband went in to get a couple of items and they had checkers.

Obviously there is either way your rate could go. 1 being busy place, no registers open except self checkout, its messy, nothings in stock, etc. BUT. I like our Walmart, granted things arent ALWAYS stocked but majority of things I went after are easiest to get at Walmart. And cheaper than most places around here. Yes its busy, but its Walmart.

Hardly any cashiers. Lines halfway to the back of the store and they still wont open another register. Theyre trying to push everybody to use the self checkouts. Im sorry but I dont work for Wal Mart, and theres no discount for checking out myself. I will go to Fareway or Hy Vee instead unless theres absolutely no way I can get it anywhere besides Wal Mart.

Very big store. Went to check out about 8:30 and the store lights started to go off. The only way to check out was to use self-check out .The associate at the self checkout was very rude if you needed help, told us to move the cart, we had already moved out of way so he could assist us . Asked associate why lights were going off and was told that it happens every night at this time, for your the office to update .

CHECKERS NEEDED! When we have a cart full of products, we dont want to wait in a line for 30 minutes! And, we dont want to check ourselves out! I had over $200 worth of groceries and products! I wont be back until more checkers are available!!

Its Walmart. I go often. They are finally getting at least one person to ring up peoples groceries instead of having the paying customer ring up there own groceries.

Pick up order pickers take up every aisle and arent very customer friendly with the giant carts. People who still want to shop should be able to. They need a separate location for online orders to be picked.

Ottumwa Walmart never seems to have anything in stock seems like. An frozen & paper towel/toilet paper seems to bare all the time.

If you are in need of most any thing try Walmart if they dont have it theyre very helpful and they are more than happy to let you know where you might find it 😉

Something we need shelves were bare . Couldnt even get my calcium pills . Walmart needs to hire people to get the work done . Had to go to Dollar General to get my calcium pills .

This is located in Floris, AZ, and although they do not require customers to wear masks (and COVID19 was up 8% in Davis county (where this store is located) last week, all Walmart workers wear masks. Not a wide meat and seafood selection (I went to get trout last week and their only offering was a pack of fish due to expire THAT DAY. Where are the petite filet mignons I loved at my local Sebastian, Florida store? Lobster 🦞, crab? Fuhgetaboutit.

Self-checkout lines had 15+ people each waiting, the larger scan & go lanes were packed as well. Only 3 other registers open with the lines out to the womens wear. 20 empty check stands. I guess Walmart needs to open up their wallet and pay employees more than they are getting on the Corona enhanced unemployment benefits.

Its sad you have awome tasting chiken that nobody wants to cook up. Lies to me that they shut there fryers off so it takes ahalf an hour to cook some. I can see the steam come off the fryers . Wondering why you not selling a lot of chiken
