Good place, good food (large selection of items), and the staff is good to. Inside dining available also.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My son and I started with the Raceway, which was just so much fun for us. Then we headed inside to look at the menu, great selection. We got our items brought out to us in no time. While enjoying our ice cream we decided to do the go-karts again. Lmao was a blast and will return on the future.

Traveling from Alaska, I had to have a tenderloin sandwich!Someone told this was the place to get it and Im thankful for the advice. Great sandwich at a great price.Staff was friendly and the food was done fast. So tasty. I think I wolfedit down in even less time than the speedy service.Decor is very old school diner. If the drive-thru wait doesnt tell you anything.....then my review will. The shakes, malts, and frozen treats are amazing. Fried pickles and hamburgers are great. Thats all I have tried from there, but sure the rest of the food is good too. Everything has been made fresh to-go.... With no complaints.

If you havent ate there, its really good. And good ice cream .

First time ever going here decided to give it a try after a friend recommended. Called order in was told 20 mins until ready, waited another 15 after the initial 20. Literally got 7 corn nuggets in order for $4.25, got charged for the ranch I ordered with them but never received it. All food was smashed in a small brown sack and fries were 1/2 full at best in a small white sack of sorts. My tenderloin was weirdly positioned off the side of bun. To use the word disappointed is an understatement. I was super excited after all the hype Id heard about this place only to be extremely let down.

This place use to be my favorite place to go for Ice Cream, they have the best! But here these past few weeks they have gotten something wrong on every order! Went in tonight and asked for the same as usual which is a small twist in a dish with cookie dough and a twist baby cone dipped in chocolate.. The dish is always wrong but tonight they got it right and my twist baby cone looked like a slightly burnt marshmallow....Very disappointed with this new crew! Sadly will have to change my direction an go back to Grahams an give them another try..Sorry Kim! You gotta fix this.. I dont pay good money for these kind of mistakes.

I was picking up for a friend who just had hip surgery. Drive thru was fairly quick. I had to pull up & around their building tho when another car pulled up behind me. That put me right in the sun. I probably waited another 3-4 minutes & they then brought the hot food out. The bad thing was they gave me the shake before they had me pull up, into the sun, on a hot day. Luckily I didnt have to drive far too deliver the food. I have gone there many times. The malts are always good. They dont take debit. Prepare to take cash. Yes I would go back when I visit Ottumwa. They are friendly & generally fast.

Ice cream was so soft it fell on my lap when the kid handed me the cone and charged .11cents to put the rest of the soft cone in the cup. I recommend anybody but them.

Excellent ice cream and tenderloins

Came upon this place by chance and was glad we did. We ordered grilled cheeseburger, fries and a ice cream treat called an Avalanche. All were delicious. The hambuger was big and juicy and the cheese melted just right. The bun was fresh. The fries were the old fashioned crinkle cut fries that came to us piping hot in white paper bag, just they way they used to do it years ago. My daughter is a conniseur of ice cream blizzard type treats and she gave this one a hearty two thumbs up. The drive up window service - by a teenager- was great. We will make it a regular stop in the future.

Service was good, place clean but tenderloin was not as good as in the past. Disappointing. Ice Cream was very good as were the onion rings.

Food is good. But go cart track is not open during the week. Probably should say that on website. Especially if people drive here that live out of town to go cart race during the week.
