I can’t give enough credit to the general manager at this location. From the first day I walked into the store she has went over and beyond for me. We first went in due to being unhappy with the look of my morganite. I had already exchanged it once in Altoona. Carrie was willing to do whatever I wanted to make it right. We decided to just go with a different ring.We love going in there, she is always so helpful and never will pushy.We just got married and ordered ring last minute as a wedding gift and had the wedding band that needed some work done and she was able to pull strings and get it back in time for the wedding. We will always work with Carrie from here out. She cares about her customers.

I was so disappointed in this store. It took 15 minutes to get waited on and no one was busy. I was first told the sale wouldnt be starting until Saturday and could not be sold to me on Thursday. Then they told me they would put it on hold for me. When I went to pick it up they had forgotten. The saleswoman had short brown hair and a horrible attitude. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Williamsburg outlet girls were extremely helpful. They offered to clean my rings and showed several items to me. From now on the will get my business.
