Love this place!! I have purchased several mowers here and always been happy. They really go the extra mile. Rick, Heather and Mike (the shop tech/delivery driver) are the best. The buisness is always very clean, organized and well stocked. They also have free popcorn!! =)Highly recommend!!

Went to have my blades sharpened, great price and did a fantastic job . However every time I come here the customer service is super poor. Like it’s an inconvenience for them . Would much rather drive to Sinclair in Bloomfield . Always A+ customer service there

Bought 2 new tractors, 4120 and X730 from this dealership. Had a fantastic salesman who on his own time helped us with the 4120 very happy with this tractor.X730 has had battery issues from the start, had it at the dealership numerous times, can be mowing then it dies, and wont restart.Dealership jumpstarted it and I got a bill for $75.44!! Not the service I expect from a John Deere. Have owned John Deere machinery for 50 years, and never had issues like with this machine, definitely something not right with the battery issues, even after the battery was replaced. We are in our mid+70s and dont need this.

While at the Iowa State Fair, we saw there were safes made by John Deere. We visited the Ottumwa Store and they showed us what they had and gave us information about them. They didnt have the size we wanted, so they brought 2 different safes from other Sinclair sites and let us inspect them. We purchased one and the delivery worked very well. Thank you for making this a great experience!

To start off this has nothing to do with service or the employees that work there ! I just want to say i think that it is very unfair to call someone at 8 am for a interview leave a message to call back (for one i was in the shower) and when you call them back they never return your call !!! so i assume by the way they did that no call back after you return theirs that it would not be a good place to work !!! apparently no communication !!!(And now after i wrote the review they harassed me with 2 or 3 phone calls about it ! very very unprofessional !!!) I always thought they would be great to work for ! I used to go to the one in Fairfield, Iowa all the time when working for B and C sales and service to get parts for the mowers.

Bought a lawn tractor did not deliver when promised, no call or good explanation after we called 3 times, still havent delivered saying hopefully 2 more days, seriously poor customer service

Had a problem with weed eater and they gave me a brand new one they treated me more than fair and the parts lady was very friendly and helpful!

Always a good experience.
