We want to express our sincere appreciation to Sue, the receptionist, at the Ottumwa store for Concept of Iowa Hearing. The wax shield on one of my husbands hearing aids deteriorated and we really needed to get one as he hears very little without his hearing aids. Sue went above and beyond of what was expected of her in order to find one in the office and I was able to apply it to the hearing aid. Thanks, Sue!!!

My dad will only go to Heather when he has issues with his hearing aids. She is kind, professional and has PATIENCE with my dad. She explains the issues my dad is having so he can understand. The office is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. We appreciate that we are offered refreshments when we come in. Sue has always been pleasant and helpful. We never have to wait when we come in to the clinic and we always get notified when its time to come in for a check up and I appreciate that. Heather is pleasant, polite and knows her job well.
