They’re most helpful from the minute they answer the phone, up until after you walk out the door with part(s) in hand. I’ve ordered many different parts for multiple appliances over the years and they ALWAYS have them in stock no matter what you need. And the prices are super competitive. A lot of times, they’re half as much as what the online places all want, and a better quality. Shop around all you want, but you won’t find a better company to do business with!
