Wouldnt use any other company! We needed all the signage in our medical office and surgery center re-vamped, as well as our door vinyl and outdoor monument. I had previously dealt with two other signage companies prior to finding FastSigns, and their response timeliness paled in comparison with this company. I called Fast signs to get a quote for our new location in Overland Park.I sopke to a gentelman by the name of Derek multiple times and explained to him what we were looking for and also sent him the picture and the address of the building. He sent me an estimate and when I decided to hire him to do the the job he changed his price and re quoted it for over thousand dollars more. Do not recommend this company.

We were participants at a trade show in the Overland Park Convention Center, and realized that we had left a key oversized graphic for our show booth in Chicago. The staff at Fastsigns came to our rescue.We were at their mercy and they could have really taken advantage of our situation. After all we were from out of town and the opportunity to gain future business from me or my company was minimal. We had our display company send them the graphic file and they had us up and running within the half hour, and at a very reasonable price.Thank you for your honesty, integrity, and great customer service!

Had a time sensitive job- failed to deliver a finished product on deadline. It would have taken someone 2 minutes to do quality control on this job to avoid the hassle which I experienced. When you are paying for $45 for a banner that can be ordered online for $10, you expect that the job is done well and on deadline.This is the first and last time that I will use this location. I have used Signs By Tomorrow which is nearby several times and not once have they failed to deliver as promised. Ultimately, I should have stuck with Signs By Tomorrow.

Definitely take your business elsewhere. After making multiple calls and emails to Kelly (with no response to emails), it has been almost 4 weeks and I never got the quote I had been promised. When I finally called again, frustrated, I was told she forgot and assumed I took my business elsewhere. I guess they dont need my business at all! As much as I want to support local businesses, this will be one I make sure our company never uses.

We needed a price quote for a couple of signs. We have the quote and a plan for signs.

My partner and I started with this company in February, working to get business cards and postcards made. It took three weeks for the business cards, and we had asked for updates prior to week three. When they finally came in, we decided to order postcards. Not only were the postcards printed wrong twice, which were paid for and returned to the store, they then sent me the proof for the third edit and I sent it back the same day with edits, and they lost my email. This was after three weeks of waiting again for a second proof. However, two out of five changes had been made to the proof, and they could not explain who dropped the ball. We will never use this company again, after waiting for almost three months for a product we have yet to receive.

Fastsigns at 95th and Antioch did a fabulous job creating golf balls and banners for us for a recent golf tournament.The staff was friendly and courteous and the customer service that we received as well as the turn around time was outstanding.I highly recommend this company to everyone.
