My experience at Emily Hart was absolutely amazing! Caitlin made me feel so comfortable and confident from the first dress I tried on. She knew my vision completely and got me in the right dresses from the start. I did have a bit of a hard time making my decision right away, so they accommodated me amazingly and booked my second appointment for the next morning. After sleeping on it, I knew the dress I tried there was my dress! My family members and I came back to the store and Caitlin had the dress, veils and champagne waiting. Couldnt imagine getting my gown from anywhere else! So excited to see the whole look come together!

I had Caitlin as my stylist and she was AWESOME! She was so kind and personable and got along great with my whole crew. We found THE dress in the first batch she grabbed and she really just knows what she’s doing.Along with that, the atmosphere was nice and it was gorgeous and we had the upgrade for snacks and drinks and it was a good experience over all.

From the second I walked into this store I had a feeling this would be the place I found my wedding dress. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, and so are the women who work there! Shari is without a doubt the best stylist I have ever worked with. She picked out dresses similar to the photos I showed her, but she also picked out a couple of dresses based off of my own personal style. She did not know me personally, but within our ten minute conversation, she picked out the perfect wedding dress, and I said yes immediately.Trust me, if you are looking for a wedding dress, go to this shop. The women genuinely care about getting to know you, not just looking at the photos of wedding dresses you like. I am beyond thrilled with my experience here!

I have not yet gotten married so I can’t give the full package experience. However, literally my entire family has bought their dresses from here. Both of my sisters and now me.Thé experience was so good! I had brought in my mothers and grandmothers dresses and my stylist Sarah as well as one of the alteration seemstresses were so excited to try to incorporate them! I showed her my Pinterest board and she hit the nail on the head giving me dresses that looked right up my alley! I ended up finding one that was slightly different than what I thought I wanted, but had all the elements of my style. I cannot thank the incredible staff at Emily Hart Bridal enough for assisting in shopping for a wedding gown. The scheduling process was very easy, they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, as I do not live locally. The space is absolutely gorgeous and the gowns are breathtaking. The person assisting me was actually Emily Hart, which was such a treat!The thing I loved most about my appointment was how confident Emily made me feel in every gown I tried on. I loved how she always took a few moments with me in private in the dressing room to see how I felt about the dress before going out to get my familys opinion. She really advocated for me and reminded me that how I felt in the dress was the most important factor. I cannot thank Emily enough for her patience, her kindness, and her vast expertise in weddings. I felt so confident shopping there and am so grateful for Emily and her staff!

Loran was a dream come true when it came to helping me find my wedding dress! She was extremely personable and made the effort to get to know my personality when looking for dresses. I found my dress in November of 2019 so at that time I was able to pick a few dresses out myself that I loved and Loran picked some of her favorites for me as well. I ended up falling in love with a dress Loran picked out for me! It was nothing I would have pulled myself so I am so so thankful to have had Loran to help me find the wedding dress of my dreams!!! I also got my jewelry and veil from EH as well! I had my alteration appointments during ~COVID-19~ times, so I was unable to bring anyone with me, but they helped me take pictures and videos of how to bustle my dress. Im originally from Kansas City but have lived out of town for the last decade, so when my fiance and I got engaged I was pointed by everyone to try on gowns at Emily Hart.They were incredibly accommodating getting my appointment set up, and upon arriving into the salon I was so excited to get started. Wow! Where do I even begin.... Emily Hart Bridal is definitely the place to go to find your wedding dress! For years, my mom and I have driven by the shop and always thought the window displays were so pretty. My mom always said one day one of her daughters would get a dress from there and she was right! I had a fantastic experience at Emily Hart. Molly was my consultant and she knocked it out of the park! I tried on 5 dresses and number 5 was exactly what I wanted. She made the process fun and calmed my nerves immediately. All of the staff is so nice and attentive and truly make it a special experience. We had such a good experience that we went back the next day to find my mom her mother of the bride dress and yet again Molly KILLED it! She picked the absolutely perfect dress for my mom on dress number 4. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to dress shop here.

Absolutely the worst! Wedding dress was nearly a month late even though a 300 rush order fee was paid! No concern, thoughtfulness, flexibility or accountability demonstrated by this team. Staff blamed me and their own sales consultant and did nothing to remedy the situation. Then I had to pay another 200 fee for overnight shipping. They continued to the reference the 4 page contract that was signed. Why does purchasing a wedding gown take a 4 page contract. I have never posted a negative review before as I also own a business and understand the impact of negative post. Such a very special time in my life has been tarnished by this company

Emily Hart Bridal was an amazing and fun experience. It was the only place that I had booked to find my wedding dress and I couldnt be happier. Sara was my consultant and she was fabulous from the first moments sitting down with me and asking my wants/thoughts - to picking the one and taking measurements. It was a fun and relaxed environment, but Sara was very organized and knew just how to work our way down to the right dress. I never felt rushed or pressured. We ended the fabulous session with a champagne toast and happy tears. I cant wait to go back for my 2nd fitting.

I cannot share enough wonderful things about Emily Hart Bridal. She has an enormous selection of gorgeous and reasonably priced dresses, and the whole shopping experience is very relaxed and personal. I was unsure of the style I was going for, but she has amazing vision and helped me find the dress that was unique and perfect for me. One of the best days of my life (besides my wedding day!) was finding my dress at EH Bridal! I took just my mom not thinking of how special it would be and when it came down for me do decide between two dresses they let me take my time and really decide what I wanted to wear on my big day! My mom and I have done many things, traveled to many places just us two... but my YES day takes the cake for the most special memory I have with my mom. Emily Hart is truly an amazing person and I am so so thankful to have found her and all of her girls!! I had my wedding back in my home state of Texas... but will ALWAYS tell people to make a trip to KC to find their special dress. Emily Hart is a true gem!!

Emily Hart Bridal made my dreams come true. I honestly wasnt the bride that knew exactly what I wanted but Emily helped find the dress that made me ME! It was so easy to work with their staff and made wedding planning just a little bit easier. I was able to make a custom dress and veil that fit within my budget. I will say though, if you are searching for that option you must get in 6 months before AT LEAST (otherwise you are paying more for that time). Dress shopping during Covid is unsettling for sure but Emily Hart is incredibly clean, they require an appointment and a mask so I felt totally safe bringing my Grandmother and Mom with me. I found my wedding dress here it was gorgeous! I have had so many compliments on it. I loved trying on dresses and my guests enjoyed it as well! They made me feel very comfortable and did not rush me at all. I also found my veil here, which was beautiful as well! My seamstress was fantastic as well. It was altered beautifully! My bustle hooks did come unsewn at the reception, but I had a very heavy dress so I think that was the culprit. I still had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them! This shop has SO many dresses to choose from! They seriously have the best selection of all the bridal shops I went to. They had classic, chic, and some really fun, unique ones. I actually didn’t find my dress here, but my bridal consultant was so patient, sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. Unlike another bridal shop, I never felt pressured to buy and truly had a fun experience here.

We were in from out Arkansas for the day. And asked if we could get a last minute appointment. They were very awesome and were able to fit us in. Our stylist Molly Ann was so Patient and Kind. Was super helpful and I found a dress that I loved. She even let my little sister try on some flower girl dresses which made the day for the little girl! Overall an amazing experience and adorable store. Definitely a high possibility for my wedding gown purchase.

Emily Hart Bridal was wonderful. The attendants helping me select a dress were very informative and helpful in helping me select a dress. The seamstress was very speedy and precise! Emily was actually at the store when i was selecting the dress and offered her advice as well. The ladies at this store were amazing and so willing to work with me on what i needed. I loved the experience so much i cancelled my other appointments!

I walked in to EmilyHart Bridal without an appointment and was welcomed immediately. This was after being turned away from several other shops who wanted me to book several days in advance. Looking through the racks was so much fun, and my consultant was so easy to work with and so extremely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure, and once the decision had been made to buy champagne was popped! I couldnt have asked for a better place to find my gown.

I went to Emily Hart Bridal for my very first wedding dress shopping experience. Going into it I was SUPER nervous, I mean its very special day that Ive dreamed of since a little girl. I was also nervous because being a plus size woman I was worried they wouldnt have any dresses to fit me... My worry was true during my two hour appointment with Emily and her team. I explained to to my rep that I wanted a a long sleeve lace gown that was tighter fitting. I was given everything opposite of what I asked for and shocker, nothing fit ME. I walked out of the dressing room scared and shy to go in front of my family and every other brides family that was shopping for a dress because again nothing fit. When my sister and bridesmaid asked if they could look around the room to find something I liked since they werent pulling what i wanted, they were told they werent allowed to touch ANYTHING. Within the 2 hours we got through maybe 4 dresses because the dressing rooms are tiny and you have to wait for the lady to go hang your dress you had on in the other room and stand naked until shes ready to help you get in the next one. Also if you dont like the dress you have on, she will push you to let her custom design it. Every single dress I would tell her what I didnt like about it and she would push and tell me how she can make it better. Im not going to force myself into a dress Im not LOVING.All in all my experience was way less than great and super disappointing. Ladies, there are much better bridal shops that allow you to shop around and make you feel like a Princess!! As far as Emily Hart Bridal I cannot recommend.

Emily Hart was the best! I was getting married in the KC but lived a few hours out of town, so I drove in from out of town for my fittings and to pick up, and they were very flexible for all of it. I chose a dress designed by Emily, and it was so cool and personal to have the designer there in the store.

I absolutely loved working with EmilyHart Bridal! My sister found her wedding dress there, and I knew thats the team I wanted to work with. I loved working with Loren (and everyone else!) and I couldnt recommend it more. We found my dress, veil, jewelry, jeweled comb, and our flower girl dress. Its a one-stop shop!

Emily Hart has a very large assortment of gorgeous wedding gowns - I am SO glad I came to them to find my dress. Initially, I was so nervous to go and look for dresses; I had no idea what to expect and what was worse, was that I really didnt think I would find the perfect dress. My mother, soon to be mother-in-law, and sister-in-law and I decided to go to Emily Hart and just see what was out there. When we got to the store, I was pleased that Shari, the amazing dress guru, listened to what I was thinking and even asked if I had looked online or had any ideas. I told her that Ididnt know what I wanted (honestly) and that I thought I had an idea but that I didnt have a clear vision. I loved how my family and I were allowed to pin dresses that we liked and that Shari also went through and picked some dresses, based on my (very vague) descriptions, that she thought might look good. After a rough start of being super self-conscious and quickly realizing that I really had no idea what I wanted, Shari told me to hang in there and that she would find me the dress. Long story short, we found it and there was not a dry eye from anyone in my family! Shari was amazingly patient and helped to keep my spirits (and self esteem) up during a stressful time!! It was such an amazing experience and I am so happy that we got to work with Shari and that I found the dress. Emily Hart was the third place I went to and it easily stood out against the others. Samantha was great. She helped me try on 4-5 dresses and I just couldnt choose. Then on a whim at the last minute she ran in back and grabbed something from Emilys brand new line and it was perfect. It had a little bit of what I liked in each of the other dresses all in one. Emily Hart Bridal was just amazing and helped me find my dream dress! I went into the wedding dress search with anxiety as I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted or what would work with my figure. After going to different stores to look Emily Hart immediately put me at ease. Their shop is beautiful and is exactly the type of place you picture in your head when you think of the perfect wedding dress salon! Their staff was great from the first day all the way through to the alterations! They were the ones who pulled my dress for me. I would never have picked it but it was perfect! They were great with alterations - so flexible and priced well being totally transparent at every step. I cannot say enough great things about Emily Hart and their amazing selection of dresses and staff. You have to put them on your list when you begin your wedding dress search in Kansas City! They are truly focused on your happiness on your big day!

Well I definitely couldnt have imagine saying YES TO MY DRESS anywhere but @emilyhartbridal wow such an amazing experience! I am so blessed beyond belief! I couldnt have had a better experience with all of the ladies at Emily Hart Bridal! They were the first (and only) place I shopped for wedding gowns. During my first trip Emily herself overheard me telling my mom how I liked certain things about one dress and other things about a different dress. Before I knew it, Emily was right there helping custom design the wedding dress of my dreams! It was beyond anything I could have imagined and I cannot thank them enough!

Amazing shopping experience!! This was our 3rd & final shop we went to for the day & by far the best. Lauren was very helpful, efficient, intuitive, & insightful on what we were looking for. After a long day she still kept everyone upbeat & focused, & ended the day on an excellent note. Emily Hart personally stepped in to make sure that our bride was able to have her perfect dress, & we could not have had a better end to the day (champagne toast included)!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Emily Hart! As soon as I walked in I knew I was in a top quality boutique. You can tell every part of the experience has been thought out. From the cute little clips you clip on to the dresses you would like to try, to the comfy couches in the viewing area, it was perfect. The selection of dresses was just what I had been looking for. Some very contemporary and some traditional but all completely gorgeous! I walked in hoping to find one dress to love but found so many I wished I could say yes to more than one dress. Shari was an absolute doll. She was so knowledgeable about everything bride. More importantly she made me feel like the center of attention. Even though I am sure she was tired after helping me into a dozen dresses, she had the sweetest smile and biggest heart of anyone I had ever met. I also had alterations, steaming and bridesmaids dresses ordered through the store. The girls at Emily Hart are top notch every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Emily Hart Bridal!

Excellent experience and personal service! It was a pleasure working with Emily and her incredible staff! They went above and beyond to make sure the process was comfortable and created a friendly, low pressure environment. There is an Amazing selection of designs and my consultant, Sarah, was really in tune with what I was looking for which made choosing my dress an easy decision. I cant wait to wear my Emmaline dress! This was the last stop of a day full of wedding dress shopping and it was such a breath of fresh air. Emily was wonderfully patient and really took the time to find out what I was envisioning. She was willing to work with me in any way I needed to find the perfect dress and wasnt pushy to make a sale. She worked with me to customize my perfect dress! She even let my MOH try on bridesmaid dresses during the same appointment since we were all there. The alterations went fast and smoothly. The dress was a bit more expensive than I had originally planned for but it was worth it in the end for such a low-stress, smooth, and overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with the Emily Hart Bridal team. I am not a dress person and was incredibly apprehensive about the wedding dress shopping experience and they all made me feel comfortable. I found a dress I thought I really liked, but was unsure about different aspects of it. I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress. The staff at Emily Hart were helpful, patient, and professional from beginning to end. When my dress arrived in the store, all of my requests had been addressed(champagne color, shorter train, etc.), and they were ready to proceed to alterations. The alterations staff were so flexible and we did four fittings to get my illusion neckline just right. On my wedding day, I felt amazing in my dress; it fit perfectly and many guests said it represented my personal style really well. I highly recommend Emily Hart for brides looking for the perfect dress.

I went to Emily Hart Bridal to get my dress altered. The staff was so friendly and helpful. By the end, my dress fit perfectly and I felt so comfortable with the work done. They do such a great job with alterations and making you feel your best. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a dress fitted.

I am an out of town bride who traveled into Kansas for Thanksgiving. I had been looking around online and found Emily Hart’s website. I would first like to say that the website is well done and as a bride who likes to do her research online before going into any store I find that a well done website is usually a good reflection of the store. Emily Hart’s website is well kept and easy to navigate. I called and was so surprised able to get an appointment for Friday Nov 27. My appointment went amazing! The store is beautiful! Christmas music playing and the staff at Emily Hart were superb. The vibe and essence of the store was lovely. I worked with Brianna (not sure of spelling) she was patient and helpful, she helped me figure out the style of dress that would work well for my body being that I am so short, she was easy-going and supportive with each step taking time to listen to what I liked and didn’t like about a particular dress. She helped pull more dresses for me based on what I said I liked and kept a positive attitude throughout the appointment. My appointment ran all the way through until her next appointment came into the store, she did not rush me at all through out the process. Although, I did not purchase my gown here I absolutely recommend Emily Hart! My appointment here still stands out as being one of my favorite and most memorable bridal appointment ever!

Emily Hart bridal is a very cute shop with a lot of selection, but not the greatest service. I sent an e-mail of dresses I liked ahead of time, and when I arrived I dont think my consultant had even looked at the e-mail. I was given 5 pins to go pick out the dresses I liked, and then they were put in the room for me to try on. The consultant only picked one dress for me and it was nothing like what I was wanting. I was trying to find a dress while they acted like i was wasting their time. If you have a high budget and like doing things yourself, this may be the place for you, but I was not satisfied.

Emily Hart Bridal was my third bridal shop in KC in my search for the one wedding dress. Shari worked with me and she made my experience amazing! We tried on so many dresses and she helped me find the exact style that I want for my body type for the best day of my life. Thank you so much, Shari!!

I went to I dont know how many bridal shops for my wedding dress and the others just didnt compare to Emily Hart Bridal. The shop is beautiful and clean, and the staff is so nice and welcoming!! Im so happy with my beautiful dress I got here with the help of Emilys amazing girls, even Emily herself!

As a 65 woman, I was concerned how I could find my dream dress. EmilyHart was the first boutique I scheduled with and the only boutique I visited! Emily and her team made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The third dress I tried on became THE DRESS and the team got to work on customizing the dress for my body type.I highly recommend these ladies for your wedding dress!

Was here this past weekend helping my best friend find her wedding dress. Everyone was so sweet and nice and not pushy to sell there product. It felt like we were at home shopping they had comfy chairs and they have an adorable little puppy that walked around and was ever so sweet. My best friend said yes yo the dress here and the provide champagne for a toast after. We drove 4 hours and I dont think we couldve picked a better place to stop.

Shopping at EmilyHart Bridal was one of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding process. I knew I wanted a dress that I wouldnt see on anyone else and since the designer owns the shop I knew I was going to find a dress perfect for me. I was able to order a custom dress (putting together elements from 2 dresses already designed) that made me feel like a beautiful bride. I love that fact that no one else has ordered the same dress I had!Moree, the wedding consultant working with me, is awesome! She is so friendly and made sure we ordered the perfect dress of the big day. She also knows how to guide you through this process especially when you have a difficult time deciding one a dress, belt, earrings, etc. Everyone at EmilyHart Bridal is so kind and easy to work with. I would recommend this bridal shop and if I had to do it over again I wouldnt change a thing!

Emily Hart was fantastic and everything I hoped I would experience in finding my wedding dress. Emily, herself, helped me find a dress that was perfect for me. Upon trying on dresses I learned that my skin was very sensitive to many of the materials used in wedding dresses. Emily and her team helped me find something that kept my skin happy and fit perfectly. I needed a shawl as I ended up in a strapless dress for a fall wedding. The team custom designed a shawl from material that matched my dress and wouldn’t harm my skin. It was georgous! The team was so helpful and I felt like a star every time I walked through the door.

I was so impressed with the staff from the moment we first walked in. Our consultant was friendly, professional and attentive. Ms Hart herself made sure we were catered to.

A truly perfect experience. The ladies were generous, knowledgeable and the air was bubbling with happiness from bride to bride and every staff member in the room all three times I went back to try on my dress with bridesmaids and family members. They never rushed me and truly wanted me to have an amazing experience. Emily can put any dress together for you if you (amazingly) dont find one in their gorgeous selection of dresses! So cute!

Loren and the EmilyHart Bridal crew made my experience everything I could of dreamed! They were very attentive when I needed and very respectful when I just needed a quiet moment to myself to soak it all in! EmilyHart Bridal made finding my dream wedding dress so simple by customizing it for me! I had a very specific look in mind and was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for until I went to EmilyHart. After showing them pictures of what I was looking for they quickly offered their customizing services and the owner of the store drew up a sketch of my dress. Emily, Sara, Sandy and the EH Bridal team are amazing to work with. I went in for my first appointment not knowing what I wanted in a dress. Sara worked patiently with me and listened to my comments while trying on different dresses. She came up with a custom dress that was beyond what I could imagine. When it came in, Sandy worked her alteration magic and my perfect dress was a perfect fit. The team is wonderful to work with. I recommend every bride to visit EmilyHart Bridal when dress shopping.

I loved the staff at Emily Hart Bridal. Everyone was so sweet and helpful every time I came in. I fell in love with one of the dresses from Emmaline (which who wouldnt, they are all gorgeous) and bought that day. I wanted a dress that was unique to me, so I made a few slight custom changes to the dress. The cost was very reasonable, and it was better than I had imagined. I added custom beading to a lace only dress and because I didnt bring in any pictures, I was a little nervous, but the beading was PERFECT. I was anxiously waiting and called several times to make sure they knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and every time they were so nice and put me at ease. Again, the dress was perfect. It was definitely my dream gown.
