My consultant, Amy Bernard, was fabulous. She was so knowledged with the products and very professional. She questioned me regarding my needs then proceeded with suggestions for a design. She answered every single question that I asked and also explained in detail each concern that I had. I could see with her enthusiasm that she truly enjoyed her chosen profession. I could not have selected a more qualified representative than Amy Bernard.My application was shelving, backing and doors for pantry. Doors are not possible in a corner area; so they are open shelving.Chris and Sam were the installers. They were as professional as Amy. They arrived on time, reviewed the application and proceeded with installation. Both were skilled and knowledged with the product. They were friendly and responsive to any of my needs. They cleaned what little mess was made from their drilling. They even cleaned the doors and shelves before leaving. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.Three photos are posted. We had them design and build storage for our son’s bedroom and for our garage. I want to have them help organize every closet and space in my house! I worked with Amy on these projects and absolutely love her. She was extremely detail oriented and very professional. I plan to have them help me with lots of other spaces in the future.

I had three closets done, and it has made a huge difference in how our condo functions. Cindy Kelley in the Overland Park Office created a plan that tripled the space in the front hall closet so that we have some overflow pantry room in addition to being able to hang more coats than before. It all looks tidy and well organized, which is Cindy’s specialty, not mine. Our guest bedroom closet has shelves, built in file cabinets, and hanging rods. It s easily four times the storage. The third was a utility closet, which was pretty straightforward but increased the capacity many times over. Everything is high quality, and everything was completed quickly and expertly. Cindy was so easy to work and had many ideas that hadn’t occurred to me. All good!

Moved into a house that needed lots of work. The master closet was a disaster. Hired California Closets to design a closet for my needs and they did a fantastic job, with built in dresser, shelves, hooks, belt racks, sturdy clothing rods and shelving. The closet is beautiful and functional and money well spent. I highly recommend California Closets to maximize your closet space.

Before this we had already completed five projects with California Closets in two different states. This time we were building a new home. Since our builder used another contractor he urged us to work with his people...from the beginning of the project it was clear that CC was far superior in design as well as style so we eventually convinced our builder to use CC for our project.Amy was a pleasure to work with. She helped us create a beautiful closet that works really well for us. She and her team were responsive throughout the process and the follow up was great. Additionally, their materials and choices are far superior to their competition.We will definitely use and/or recommend California Closets exclusively in the future.

After dealing with another local Kansas City-area company who actually installed our closet system (original to our unit in a condo building), I wasnt happy with what they had to offer in terms of drawer space, so I made a call to our local California Closets store and asked if someone could come out and do a free consult. Ashley arrived the following week and before I knew it, she had measured everything and showed me 3-D images of what could be done with our closets. I was so amazed and the price was completely reasonable for what we were asking for. I am *very* impressed with the quality and service of California Closets and highly recommend them!!

Called this location for replacement parts as our local dealer was no longer in business. It was NOT a quality of the California Closets issue, but purely on our side. All of the people we spoke to at this location were extremely helpful and fast to assist us. The replacement parts were shipped that evening at no charge to us. Highly recommend!

My experience with California Closets is awesome. This is my 2nd wall bed installation and it went great. Ive also had closet organizer work done by them in the past and that was also fantastic. They arent always the cheapest but are always the best in my opinion.

I don’t have any experience with the company itself but one of their drivers did cut me off, flip me off and then proceeded to give me a thumbs up as I passed him. Probably not the smartest thing to do while in a company vehicle. Normally I’m not this petty and would just let it go but I had time this morning.

HIGHLY recommend! Lindsay was amazing through the process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone stayed in touch and was always on time.

I contacted California Closets with a challenging question. Can you take a room and make it a closet and an office? They answered the challenge with flying colors. Lindsey designed one side of the room with hanging close door cabinetry and the other side were drawers for clothes and office supplies. That side was complete with a pull-out drawer for the printer and 2 deep files drawers for files. Above the drawers are shelves for my collections and a place for my TV. From Lindsey to the installation crew, the professionalism was excellent. They were accommodating and cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated.

The whole process from design to installation was absolutely amazing. We can’t sing enough praise for Mike and the installation crew. Ten thumbs up and five plus stars ⭐️

We had California Closets install a Murphy bed and built in desk with shelves to transform a room into a home office and guest bedroom. It looks amazing and is very functional. Our first empty nest project was remodeling our master bath/bedroom. We initially didnt plan any extensive closet remodel but we are SO glad we went forward with the closet portion!! Amy designed an amazing master closet for us that maximized the space in ways we would have never dreamed of! Amy was able to find a way to design a full length mirror and an ironing station in our relatively small walk in! Everything is so organized AND so BEAUTIFUL. The installation process went great- the installers were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend California Closets and cant wait to work with Amy again on our laundry room.
