It was late in the evening and my iphone was totally locked up on a zoom mode. I absolutely could not figure out how to take it off this mode and retrieve my desperately needed messages or make a phone call. So in a “desperate” attempt I went to the guys at 3C because I could not make it to the Apple store in time before they closed.These guys were so professional…..They took my phone and instantly diagnose the issue they had me up and going in a matter of minutes and I was able to retrieve my important messages and they save me a trip halfway across the city. Thank you guys (3C) you have a loyal customer for life. (Hint Hint 3 finger taps)

DO NOT LET THESE INCOMPETENT THIEVES REPAIR YOUR ITEMS. Took 2 iPad Air 2s in December to have their screens replaced and was quoted $400 if I paid cash which I never do because of the reason that I am listing. One of the screens (which happens to belong to my 16 year old son with Autism) has begun to malfunction after only a few months of use. The manager at the store states that they have no record of the repair and will not honor a warranty without a receipt. Though I take full responsibility for misplacing a receipt, I find it hard to believe that they have 0 bookkeeping to track materials order for repairs or purchases made by customers. When asked about this, the manager replied “I will not argue with you and I am refusing you service,” before hanging up the phone in my face. Pretty good way to do business huh? I will be taking this to Oak Park Mall expressing my concern with them allowing fraudulent businesses to remain a part of their facility.

I’m so mad!!! I got my screen repaired in November of 2020 and a couple weeks later, the screen fell off. It is very unprofessional. I spent nearly $300 and my screen came off within 3 weeks after the repair.

Don’t go here! Offered a 1-year warranty that basically doesn’t cover anything. My daughter paid for a screen repair with her own babysitting money. A super young gentleman handled the install on December 27th. He has since moved to California, I have been told. Two months later the screen completely scatters when she simply puts on her seatbelt. Not covered under warranty even though this is clearly the result of a bad install job. Save your money and learn from our mistakes!

The glass that was put on my phone popped off. I spoke to a person over the phone and he said there wasnt a problem putting it back on. I went by today and the sales person wanted to charge me 15.00 for another one. The glass wasnt broken or damaged it just popped off. I had the receipt and the glass but I guess they only have a 7 day guarantee on their work. Not worth 30.00 for the glass and 15.00 every week or so to get the glass out back on.

If you want anything resembling good service stay away from this store and the kiosk just down the way a bit in the same mall. I have seriously been trying to get a charger from these people for about a month. I also took my helicopter in for repairs, and they actually lost it for about a week, and when they found it they hadnt even done the repairs to it yet. Save your money for merchants who actually care about quality customer service.

These guys are VERY good at what they do, I used them to fix my iPhone that had a cracked screen front and back and the phone was even bent, apple said they couldn’t even fix it but these guys got it back to look brand new fully functioning again in two hours and at a great price. My phone screen was cracked really bad. Within 20 minutes my screen was fixed and it looks brand new again. No problems at all, great customer service, and reasonable pricing!!!!! I highly recommend!

My girlfriend had her phone fixed here a couple times. The very first time the screen was replaced was in October because it stopped responding and it worked great it was an amazing price and She was very happy. A couple weeks later a black bar appeared at the bottom but She had the receipt and it said that they will replace the screen if it stops working so She took it back and they replaced it no problem. But... the screen failed yet again and and Her and I were going to take it in the next day. She was charging the phone and next thing We know We walk back to where it was charging and the screen had detached from the side of phone. I just got back from taking it in for a third time today still under warranty but they refused to fix it due to the cosmetic damage of the screen coming off. I would understand their reasoning however while I was there I learned that there are two screws near the charging port that whoever fixed the phone the first time must have forgotten to put back in, after the employee doscovered that he then accused me of taking those said screws out myself and that it was my fault the screen broke. When I asked if there was a manager I could talk to instead of answering me he just replied with, “I am the person you are going to talk to.” I am VERY unsatisfied and find it very unprofessional that this employee tried to blame me for the phone breaking on account of a mistake when they replaced the screen. And I believe the screen should be replaced if not because of it no longer responding but because they failed to complete the job by not putting those screws back into the phone when they swapped screens. If this issue is resolved I will change my review and give five stars because until now I enjoyed my experience, but until it is I will make sure no one I know will get their phone replaced here as I feel I have been scammed and disrespected.Update: the phone was taken to the Apple store and apparently tech and toys had destroyed it so much that the Apple store refused to fix it and now a whole new phone has to be purchased
