Its very hit or miss. I had one experience that was fantastic and one that was not so good. Im giving the 2 stars because I had a good experience once, otherwise Id just give one. I took my youngest daughter recently and the woman never asked her what she wanted and barely spoke to her (maybe a total of 6 words). My daughter is only 14 and pretty shy. I so badly want to mention her by name but I feel like thats tacky. I know that some of the other ladies are probably wonderful but this one had the customer service skills of a warm rock. I would never recommend her to anyone.

The wax was good, she made a nice shape but she told me she was going to conceal redness and proceeded to turn around and grab a concealer tester off the display and use it directly on my face without even sanitizing or wiping a layer away. Im not shocked that I have a rash all the way around my brows.
