We choose Classic Shower Door based on the high reviews on Google. After our first visit I was comfortable with purchasing two shower doors from them. The showroom is not large but had all of the selections that we wanted and the salesperson was very helpful and patient in explaining the different options. The sizing and measurements were set up and they were able to come even earlier. The glass came in quickly and within two weeks we completed the process.. Very happy with the new frameless doors.

Our glass shower door came off the hinges while we were trying to remove hard water deposits.It was such a specialty door it took us forever to find someone that could fix it.By the time we found Classic Shower door company, we had lost some of the parts.They gave us a reasonable quote and came to fix it. Because it was special and since parts were lost we hadnt communicated the repair well. So the repairman needed to take it back to the shop to bring all of the new prt together.We still got the door back the next business day. Installed, complete, without the hard-water marks. And they didnt charge extra. The quote stayed the same.Not too many companies are as hardworking and nice as Classic shower door. And they can handle the most difficult shower hardware jobs. At a very reasonable price.

I bought a shower door there 6 years ago. For the showroom to the measurement,install was excellent. Great service!! They dont try to up sell u on a door u cant afford. So I completed another shower and stopped in today. Great service as usual. Actually offered a door that was 400 cheaper then the one I was looking at. I am going with the more expensive one. Great to know they havent changed. She said she would call me later that afternoon to set up a measurement. She did. If u need a door go there. Oh by the way the 6yr old door I have not had any problems. Keep up the great work!! Udate I added my last shower door.

What a great place!! I went here becausee they were the only store in town that had the exact shower door sweep I was looking for. A gentlemen took my old piece and disappeared for a few minutes, only to return with a new one, already trimmed to size! When I asked for the charge, he said .. Its on me. Hopefully we can we can help you out down the road.Not only did they have many wonderful fixtures, etc. that I noticed while waiting, everyone in the place was just delightful ... including Glaze, the family dog. What a class outfit!

My Plummer told me about this place. I have been trying to get a part replaced on shower door for several years. Everyplace I turned wanted to sell me new doors. Service here was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and produced the part I needed in less than 5 minutes. I installed it in less than 5 minutes. I Just read their information on cleaning products and I will be returning to purchase some of those. They know what they are doing in this industry and know how to do it!!!

We are remodeling our shower and our contractor said he was getting us his cost. When we went to pay for it they told us only our contractor could pay. It seemed funny to us as our contract said it was on us to supply this material. When we pressed classic shower about it she wouldnt offer any other information except that our contractor had to pay. The quote was on there invoice with our name and the contractors name on it. We didnt feel comfortable giving our contactor the money to pay it because the contract said we were to supply it so we went to another dealer and got it $300 cheaper. So our contractor was trying to screw us and the dealer was helping him by putting the extra $300 on there invoice. We would have to give him the full amount on the invoice then he would pay Classic Shower Door the lower amount and pocket the rest.

Great experience! We had two purchase for a master bath remodel. The first was an Onyx product for the shower and the second was the glass to complete the shower. Easy to work with, answered all of our questions, provided mock-up drawings, and reworked measurements with us to ensure we had what we needed for the Onyx order. When it came time for the glass, they came out and measured. They also talked through our options for glass types and where to put towel bars in the glass. Installation of the glass was quick - they were in/out with an hour - and the install team was friendly and polite. Highly recommend them!

We had a glass shower door and panel installed by Classic Shower Door seven or so years ago. It is beautiful, has been trouble free, and has never leaked. The sweep on the bottom of the door, which keeps water from leaking out underneath, had started to separate. I took it out to them to buy a new one and they made me a new one which involved getting it to be just the right length and rounding off one of the edges with a grinding wheel. They would not let me pay for it, although it took 10 minutes or so to prepare it. I took it home and it fit, and worked, perfectly. I am very pleased with them and their service

I was looking for shower door part and could not find any online. Went to Classic Shower office and they said right away by looking at part of the door that the manufacturer is out of business, so no parts would be available. However, might just been find to replace which are universal. This solved the issue and was able to fix the doors without needing to buy a whole new system. Nice to have a go to expert now for future shower door issues on other properties.

We had a 48 year old mirror that because of bad ends, needed to be cut down. My wife called and set an appointment to bring the mirror in for the work. Their offices looked very neat and clean. Both of the people I worked with were very friendly and customer service oriented. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs.

I have been a customer of Classic Shower Door since 1991 when I moved into a house that had a door installed by them. When I remodeled that bathroom in 2009 I had them put in the new door. They did a beautiful job. Recently, I remodeled a different bath and put in a box store door - I regret I did not have Classic install it. But they came to my rescue to help me make the door work like we wanted and the salesman gave me the handle and instructions I needed that I could not get off the internet.

I had a bathroom remodel last year and selected Classic Shower Door Company Inc. The product and installation was excellent quality and has been easy to clean. My reason to post a review is the customer service of Gina and Tammy. I called and shared that the plastic bottom lip connected to the glass door was starting to break away after a year in my home. They were gracious and gave me a new bottom water stop cover and took time to show me how to put it on the glass door. Classic Shower Door cares about their customers.

Wow. I was beyond impressed with this teams professionalism and outstanding customer service. I needed some education and materials to fix my broken shower door handle. Id reached out to two other companies in town who werent able to help. These guys and gals took valuable time out of their day to get me equipped and confident to take care of the repair myself while still offering to come out and service such a small job if Id rather. You usually only get the type of kindness and service I received when youre bringing in a big sale, but these folks were looking past revenue. They installed a frameless shower door which looks fantastic. The bottom of the door has a plastic piece which keeps waterFrom leaking onto the floor and can get worn out in time. They replaced this piece with no questions at no cost. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Walked in off the street looking for a strip of plastic for the bottom of my shower that was torn and portions missing. I was pleasantly greeted and asked what I needed, told them and the tech went back cut me off a 36 piece of plastic then proceeded to instruction me how to install and the pit falls needing to be watched for. I was charged NOTHING. Wow. Who still provides service like that anymore?
