Stacy and her design team listened to me in what I wanted and created 3 different designs for my group of my friends and I to choose from. One we made our final selection, Stacy had the t-shirts printed and delivered within days. Dalton Ink made the payment process seamless for my friends and I by allowing each of us to pay via credit card on their secure website. I highly recommend Dalton Ink to create your custom t-shirts.

Seemed put off that I was going to get bids from other custom t-shirt companies.There are numerous things to consider when picking someone you want to do business with. Price is one of them.I came into their physical location to meet them, look at their product, and see how it looked and felt and discuss ideas and what they had available for me.I got brushed off as soon as I mentioned I would be getting bids from multiple companies. I was told they were not going to be bottom nickle (sic.)Being given a card and told to email the information when Im standing in your store is not good customer service, and for me that is a huge part of the sale.

Our elementary school has used Dalton Ink multiple years for school spirit wear and club t-shirts and couldnt be happier. The quality has been great and Stacy has been very easy to work with. She even made it easy to add on last minute orders if needed. We love supporting this local business that does quality work!

Have had several printings and embroideries From Dalton Ink... from dress work shirts, pull over sweatshirts, zip up hoodies to winter jackets for the company I work for to several custom pieces for myself and friends personally. Every item has been amazing and either on time or ready ahead of schedule. I used to use a company out of state, no more... I will only use Dalton Ink for all of my custom printing and embroidery from now on.

No one should be treated with the disrespect you respond to your customers with. Im sure other schools, clubs, and sport teams will go else were for orders in the future. STAY CLEAR!!!! (-5*)

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI just called to get a quote. The woman I spoke to said she couldnt help me because I wouldnt give out my email to get a quote. Im sorry I dont want a bunch of junk mail. The woman referred me to someone else and hung up on me. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEY WILL REFER YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE. Im not sure how this company stays in business.

Was really excited about receiving custom shirts from this company for our Hospital. We had 2 orders, 1 order was cancelled by another department, however our department wished to keep our order. Stacy Dalton, the manager, said that she had already printed the shirts however she cancelled our order and refused to let us pick them up due to the other department cancellation. She was not flexible, not courteous, or understanding. It seemed as if she was holding a grudge against us due to another department. Poor Customer Service.
