I honestly waited to write my review until my friend who I recommended try them also had an experience to mine to make sure it wasnt a fluke. So NOW I can. I-AM-THRILLED! and so is my friend. They are extremely friendly, listened to truly understand what were looking for (we both wanted custom jewelry creating or changes) and delivered above and beyond the expectation. (Ive tried 3 other recommended jewelers and who are highly recommended and this was above that.) I will be returning to them and recommending to my friends.

Really happy to find a place to repair broken glasses! They did a repair for under $40. Much cheaper than replacing the frame. Kind and quick service. Will definitely return at the next opportunity!

Sam has repaired and refurbished jewelry for me, making it look brand new. He is helping me with estate jewelry, buying gold, and making new jewelry for me. He is professional and super fun to work with. I personally sold jewelry for 10 years with a local jewelry store, but prefer to go to Sam for any jewelry needs now. I am fairly new to the Kansas City area and was recently in the market for an engagement ring. I had heard of Sams business in passing, so I decided to check it out before turning to one of the Big Box stores. I cannot give Sam enough stars on this review. From the moment I walked through the doors of his store, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. At no point in the process of buying my ring was Sam pushy or out to get my money. He is a truest form of a gentleman and it is is very clear that he is in this business because he loves it and wants to serve. I was able to tell Sam exactly what my future fiancee was interested in and also what my budget was, and he worked diligently to customize a ring that was perfect for us, and within the price I could afford. He even stayed late one evening to allow me look at multiple diamonds, just so I knew for sure what I was getting. I have a ring that is a family piece and I gained weight and it got stuck on. I took it to another jeweler to cut off and fix it. They said it wasn’t fixable unless their jeweler wanted to do it and the cost would be VERY high in the thousands. My mom took it here and he fixed it. It fits and It took so good!! They know what they’re doing. I had another jeweler tell me he had to break the glass To put the battery in an old watch and then replace the glass Because it did not open on the back. It was going to cost a lot. I took it to professional jewelers and Sam figured out that was not the case. Smart, nice people doing a great job!

Sam custom made my wifes wedding ring. He was a huge help in picking out the right diamond. The ring he fabricated is totally unique. My wife absolutely loves it & has received countless compliments on it. Beautiful & built to last. Definitely a trustworthy jeweler. I wont go anywhere else.

I went to Sam, with Professional Jewelers, with a costume jewelry ring and he was able to make an amazing engagement ring and wedding ring. His prices were great and I couldnt ask for better customer service. He gave me the option to choose the type of metal used and I was able to look at many different types of diamonds, which he walked me through, and even let me inspect the diamonds under his microscope and choose the exact diamonds placed in the ring. If you need any jewelry Im sure that Sam either has it, can get it, or can make it. He is the only one that I will ever go to.
