Zachary Stone at this store is an excellent customer service rep. he went well and above what is expected of a hardware employee! I hope management realizing how valuable this employee is to the overall customer experiences who cross his path! when I came in he was at the register, he came out from behind his perch and solved all my lawn and garden needs, grass seed, insecticide and general advice. Thank you!

If I could have given this store zero stars, I would have. This place is the worst! They hardly ever have the products Im looking for! Unfortunately, I feel that I need to check their because they are closest to my home and work. Today I was looking for an extension for my Stihl combination tool. Their aisle of these tools is almost completely empty due to their failure to complete a store order. There was actually 18 inch spider web where the product was supposed to be, with a 1.5 inch spider in the web!!! The perfect illustration of how incompetent the owner and managers actually are! Man I wish these people would sell to a decent hardware store!

Zachary at this store went way above excellent service. I had a problem with a latch for a long and he had to innovate to make it work. He drilled new holes in the part to make it work. It took at least 1/2 hour and much of time went into times where they were closing. He was determined to make it work for me. This young man deserves commendation for his devotion to customer service.

Zachary at the Overland Park Nuts & Bolts was super helpful cutting wood for me. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find nails to match the project I was working on. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I love the local feel of this place. Service is great. Last visit Zachary went above and beyond to help me out. Only issue is their inventory. More than a few times I would find an empty slot on that one thing that I really needed. That said it’s always my first stop.

They come by their name rightly. They have E a huge selection of nuts and bolts. Very helpful staff.

This was my third stop looking for a specific set screw for my sink handle. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and told where I needed to go. Once there another employee Zach, could see me struggling to find the right screw and within just a couple of minutes found the exact set screw I needed. The store and staff here are incredible! Thanks!

I’ve been driving around all day trying to find a specific set screw and let’s just say I thought that I was truly screwed since it wasn’t carried by Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. Zach at Nuts and Bolts came to the rescue by finding the exact set screw I needed in minutes. Super impressed with the speed of service as well as his willingness to help without being questioned. Big props to Nuts and Bolts!

The store itself is fine. The website is terrible. For something called “shop nuts and bolts”, you’d think you’d be able to at least search for products on the website. If in fact you can, it is in no way intuitive. The easier you make it for people to shop, the more likely they are to buy.

Bigger than ACE and the same great level of assistance and help. I got exactly what I needed quickly, and thats all you can ask for. And they were open on a holiday!

Summer 19: Took my mower in for a general tune up and replace/fix pull string mechanism. Was told I would be called in two weeks. Didnt get a call so I reached out and was told to call in another week. After a whole month I decided it was time and picked the mower up to fix and tune myself. Would not have been frustrating if I was simply told straight up they wouldnt have it ready any time soon. Was also told one price over the phone and then another price when I actually brought it in. Maybe now its better but I still remember how bad it was over a year ago.

Very nice young people work in this store! All were extra attentive and one young man Zachary went above and beyond helping me fix my license plate which has been an issue since I bought the car two years ago. Highly recommend!

The nuts and bolts section is second to none. So well merchandised and things are well marked and easy to find.

I went in the other day to see if they could help me with a rethreading for some screws on a mounting plate for a piece of expensive equipment. The threads were striped but Zack was able to retap the threading allowing me to use new screws. He saved me alot of money and did a great job on this repair. If you have any difficult hardware needs do ask for Zack, he is the real deal.

Was looking for an adapter for my 4 angle grinder.Zac was very helpful in finding the right part, and making a repair on the grinder.If you need hardware help, ask for Zac.

This is an excellent store and Zach went above and beyond to deliver superior customer service helping me with my hot water heater problems.

2nd time Ive been here and just like the first time I was very happy with my visit. Everybody there was very helpful and happy to assist me find the bolts u needed for my table.

I had to make a last minute run to get some bolts and as I walked in the store, one of the staff member was very friendly and took me straight to the aisle and got me what I needed. On the other hand, the lady who cashed me out was not friendly at all. She seemed very annoyed and refuse to make eye contact. I understand it was close to closing time but The store was clearly still open for business. This is my first visit and probably last. I’d rather drive a few blocks down the street and pay more for nuts and bolts at Home Depot.

It really is worth it to shop hometown stores. They carry and service Stihl products and agree with all the 100 times better than the big box stores. Earned my loyalty today with above and beyond customer service!!!

Went in at 10 am on 3/25 to get mower blade sharpened. Was only customer in the store but was told by the guy that sharpened them it would take a day. I told him I needed it for the afternoon but with no response I told him nevermind. I then watched him stand around with his hands in his pockets for 20 minutes while I shopped. This place is a joke. He could have sharpened the blade in the time I was there, let alone by the afternoon. Lazy.

I brought my Stihl string trimmer in and Logan fixed it same-day. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Will absolutely bring my business to this store going forward.

Cheap parts, bought two identical bolts from the same bin with matching stamps, but ones threading was way tighter than the other, making it impossible to screw on the nuts I bought to match.At least they were cheap. My mistake for not buying spares I guess.

I run my own business so Im all over the place and there is no other hardware store Ill buy from but this place. I used to get the run around and incorrect advice from other places. But this place has always good to me knowledgeable and his above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend

Waited for at least 7 minutes at checkout and saw at least 4 employees around and NO ONE came over to check me out at register.I left....No time for nonsense like that.

Don’t bring your mower here for any type of service. They will rob you and then make you wait forever to get your mower back.

Good selection of bird feeding products and pet supplies and much more. I can usually find what I need here. Employees are very helpful.

Presidents son, Cory, was a spoiled druggie that made it to management out of nothing but pure nepotism. The kind of guy that would punch you for no apparent reason and then go insane if you punched back. Drove us nuts. You can at least count on the outdoor help and the guys in charge of keys and glass for good service.

I received amazing help (from Marty) at this store. He knew his stuff, and was very friendly and helpful.

Very honest and helpful. I brought my mower in and Dennis and Bob helped me get it working again.

They dont have any garden tools that made to bend or built to last with fiberglass handles. The tools have wood poles, and I am not treating that wood to last when they already make tools built to last.

Im bummed to only give three stars. This place is right by my house and staff is friendly. Unfortunately Ive been in three times and they didnt have what I wanted. First time a pour spout for 5 gallon bucket of paint, second a circular wall/ceiling electrical box plate, third a shut off valve for a refrigerator water line. Each time I specifically asked an associate to help me find and they never had it. So, for me, it was a waste of my time. Those are three real common things too. I hate that, because this store would otherwise be very convenient.
