My boyfriend and I were in town on vacation and I had been having trouble with my smart watch. On a whim we decided to stop in to see if there was anything they could do. The manager on duty was so nice and accommodating. After looking at it briefly she knew that there was a glitch. Since they did not have my current watch, they upgraded it on the spot! So impressed with this company! This is twice they have stood behind their product! Thank you!!

Walked into the mall at the stroke of 7 to get a battery replaced in a watch. The mall stays open until 8 on Thursday evenings. The two employees at the counter in the store at 7:02 refused to even come to the door to find out what I needed. It was my only reason for driving to the mall. Poor policy to close at a different time than the mall itself.
I hardly ever write reviews but service like this has to be applauded, I wish I would have got her name, but I called inquiring about engraving on a watch I purchased online and forgot to have engraved originally, she was super helpful and most importantly kind, when I got to the store she was patient and wanted to make sure I got just what I was looking for, I had told her what I had in mind but worried it wouldn’t fit on the back of the watch, she played around with three options and managed to make what I wanted work, making for the perfect gift. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and know how easy it is to get burnt out, especially during the holidays, so a huge thank you to the woman working today who made for a wonderful experience, happy holidays!
I ordered online. A whole 7 days later I get an email my order has been cancelled and “sorry for the inconvenience”. No explanation. I emailed customer service to find out why. I call once and was on hold over 35 mins and gave up. Called again a few days later and was on hold for about 20 mins to be told the item was out of stock is why they cancelled my order. Mind you I bought a band with it and got that....can’t use a band without the watch!!!! 7 days after the email I originally sent I get an email back to hear the same info I finally got from the phone call a few days before. Just a “sorry”. My order has also been cancelled for over a week and I’ve yet to get my money back. Very unimpressed at this point. Can’t even comment on the actual product but customer service is a joke and worthless!

Jenny was super helpful. I had been in previously and was directed to customer support because they didnt have a link I needed for my watch. Customer support never delivered or provided tracking info. Asked for a refund, not sure I ever got it, but went into the store and Jenni found an extra link in the back and brought out my watch all fixed before I knew she was working on it. No charge, much better fit, happy customer. Great customer service.

Not only is Fossil stuff good quality, affordable, and stylish (I think; Im not the most stylish man), but their employees here are helpful, fast, and reliable. A battery change? No more than five minutes. A watch band adjustment? A minute or less.And theyre low-key. They dont hassle you and they seem to genuinely know their stuff.
Awesome service and great selection
I bought a watch as a Christmas gift online. Wasn’t even from a Fossil store. Took the watch into the store because I couldn’t get the back on after putting a battery in. The people there were amazing, had no probelem helping me out. Didn’t charge me, was excepting to pay. On top of the great service, they gave me a free watch box of my choice! Mine didn’t come with one and even though I didn’t buy from them they insisted that I take one! Now my Christmas present is perfect!

Had the pleasure to have Joe (store manager) assist my wife and myself in buying a watch for me and my wife a hand bag. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk concerning my questions about the watch. I felt confortable about my purchase leaving the store. My wifes questions were equally answered.
My smartwatch was acting up and Carly pulled out all the stops to make sure I left with a fully functional watch. Super friendly and they know their products very well. Also when I originally purchased my watch the sales people were not at all pushy and focused on getting one that would work for me and my needs.... not on selling the biggest price tag.
Best customer service Ive ever experienced is at this store! Bubbly and inviting with an eager to please attitude is exactly what I expect from such a reputable brand. This is why Fossil is what I wear on my wrist!

My experience at Fossil was above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for a new wallet that hand a enough space for all of the cards I needed to be in there. Karley, the associate who helped me, truly wanted to help me find the right wallet. She had me try to put all my cards in several different ones that I liked and we came up with the perfect wallet in my price range. If it weren’t for the exceptional customer service I don’t think I would have made that purchase, something I would regret for this. With the great selection, prices, and service I experienced at the store, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I won’t be going anywhere else but there for any relevant merchandise I need.

Staff was very attentive. Asked what I was looking for and helped me find it. I asked about sales and he offered a discount for signing up for email offers. So I bought! Saved 25p/c. Not quite as cheap as the outlet mall would be but saved me in gas.
Carly was super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all which I love. The brand has such beautiful designs. I recently upgraded to the gen 4 smartwatch and will probably never own another smartwatch. The 2yr warranty is unheard of and the customer service at this store in particular is unbeatable.

This is a really great store, with very helpful and friendly staff. They have high quality, durable products that are trendy and and look vintage in a modern sort of way. The in-store selection is limited, but you can ship site to store if you want.
Not a lot of selection
Very friendly employee running the place, helped me pick out a new watch. I went with the Fossil Gen 5 smartwatch with a steel band, and the guy let me know it came with an accidental damage warranty as long as you have the receipt which is awesome, since I had no idea that was even a thing.

They will ruin your watch when changing the battery then tell you to ship it to get repaired and when you get it back the manager will make it feel like it was YOUR fault.
Great place for gifts
I’ve loved Fossil for years and been to many Fossil stores, this one was the worst. Woman working acted like a snob who didn’t have time for us. Granted it’s Monday morning and I’m not exactly looking glamours today but it really shouldn’t matter. Felt like she was one of the ladies working the snobby stores on Rodeo Drve in pretty woman!! I was waiting for her to tell me they didn’t really have any watches that would suit me.
