Shopping for bras is one of my least favorite things to do. But Clair de Lune makes the experience a pleasant one. Knowledgeable staff helped me feel comfortable when sizing and helped me to find the right bra for my body size and shape. The prices are not much higher than what you’d find in a department store but the service and product quality is unmatched. This is my store of choice for lingerie. The parking lot can get pretty crowded but spots generally open pretty quickly. We hope our reviews are helpful for learning about shopping, eating and playing in the area we live in.

Lovely ladies working here, they knew exactly what they were doing. Brie helped my grandma and me and made us both feel amazing, we bought several beautiful bras. They have a good variety and carry up to K size bras which is awesome and whats more awesome is the big cup sizes are still very pretty and sexy. We will definitely be back for more.

My wife came in to be fitted for a bra. She left and cried afterwards. She isnt a large woman by any means but felt like there were no options for her in the store that made her feel beautiful and supported properly.

Ive cried in dressing rooms trying to fit my 32 GG chest... Today I teared up again but with relief of feeling so damn good!! Brie did an amazing job treating each of the woman she was caring for (3? 4?) With prefect individualized care. Cant saw thank you enough.

The customer service is very good and the products are really nice. It’s great to find a pretty bra in large sizes! The shop is Small and charming, doesn’t feel like a warehouse.

When I went in store, I was helped and given a fitting room immediately. All of my concerns about how a bra was meant to fit were addressed and I was helped to find the perfect bra. I purchased one in store and ordered the same bra in a different color. That was a mistake. I was told the brand had a bra in nude, so I paid for it and left the store. I had asked while paying how long it would take to get in and I was told 5-10 business days. A week after going in store, I got a call saying they no longer carry the color I wanted. I decide to choose the color closest to the one I wanted, still from the same brand, because I love the bra I had purchased in store. It has now been over a month since then and I still haven’t received a bra. I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase before, but I am very upset with the ordering process. I wanted to order more bras when I went in store next time, but this has made me think again about doing so.

After being a long time victorias secret shopper, I felt a different atmosphere here. They told me I was the wrong band size, which victorias secret does not sell. They offered me a larger selection than soma had, and really took other parts into account when sizing me. They really made me feel good about myself in a new bra!

Ive been a hard-to-fit girl since I hit puberty. Im pretty busty and I never really found a bra that fit until I came into Clair de Lune. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I had a lady called Bridget introduce herself and show me into a room. They were spacious and didnt make me feel claustrophobic, and well-lit so I could see how the bras actually felt on me. She asked me what I was wearing - which I thought was a 42 DD - and she asked me to take off my shirt, which I did. She was very professional and brought me a few bras to try on. The first was a bit snug, but after that it was heaven! For the first time since my growth spurt, I didnt have back pain. Not only was she able to find bras that fit, she found some that were absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic service, selection, and staff. Plan to go back!

After years of struggling to find a good strapless bra I walked in and found Ana. She understood my frustrations and found me exactly what Id been needing within minutes. She worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the size and fit and could not have been nicer. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone!

If youre over a C then you deserve to spend what a good bra costs. The only regret youll have after buying a properly fitted and comfortable bra is that its hard to justify the cost of more than one but truly wish to own 10

After reading such great reviews I am disappointed and underwhelmed.The things seem to be good quality. However, I am literally standing in the store receiving no service. I came in right when they opened and I told the woman who greeted me I was shopping for underthings since I am getting married this weekend. (I wanted to buy things for under my dress and for my honeymoon. Probably 3 or 4 sets.) She asked my bra - size pointed at where that size bra is and then just left. I picked up a few things on my own ... a little overwhelmed. Didnt offer to start me a room, size/fit me, nothing. I am being completely ignored and I am the only customer in here.Ive never been so underserved in a retail setting. So disappointed.

The staff is always willing to help fit you although stock in my size and that of my daughter, is often unavailable.

I love going here in general, but went lately for my bachelorette and one of the women working was FANTASTIC and popped open some prosecco for us, was so helpful and welcoming, and really turned our shopping experience into an event. Loved her. Unfortunately the other woman working was fatphobic and kind of rude, she luckily didnt say anything directly to me, but had the nerve to make a comment to someone in my bridal party. Still gave five stars because I know that woman doesnt follow the stores usually very inclusive atmosphere.

Great place to find bras for sizes not commonly found in your typical lingerie store. I refer everyone here.

They literally have you try every piece before you buy it. They worked with me during my gastric bypass weight loss journey to have sizes each time I had to scale down (8 new sizes!), and again now that Im pregnant. I dont spend gobs there - though they dont sell cheap lingere- but they still treat me like gold. I have learned so much and they always help me walk away feeling beautiful.
