Just an amazing experience. I took my 18 year old grandson in to select a new trombone because hes leaving for college. We went down to the factory store near the Paseo. The staff was so professional. Assisted him with his selection. Allowed him to play lots of varied instruments. Wanted him to have a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

I brought in our Grandfathers flute and piccolo for researching the heirloom pieces. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and even played them; it was as if Grandpa was there. What a delightful group of people. They gave me information regarding the pieces which was very useful as I had no documentation. Thank you!! Truly a Gem of a Place!

Incredibly nice employees! Its been 40+ years since Ive played a horn, they set me up and serviced my horn without making me feel dumb with my questions.

Mike is very genuine and happy to help where he can. I am very happy to do business with him whenever I can.About 4 years ago he refinished a Williams 6 for me and it is still in pristine condition. Great guy and quality work comes from his shop.

This place is great for instrument tune-ups and repairs. We have been going here for several years now for the kids clarinet and saxophones. Customer service is Excellent and many times our repairs are taken care of the same day. Prices are very reasonable and they are always willing to explain what is needed and what is not needed.

The good Dr. is an incredible musician and world class guy. He is always willing to take on a project, and is very fair in his pricing. Hes got a zest for what he does, and is the embodiment of someone who truly does what he loves and succeeds greatly at it! Theres no project too large for him, and theres nothing hes not willing to do to help someone out with their instrument. I will be returning again and again for his expertise.

This place is the best place to bring your brass horn or woodwind instrument! We have personally used it for trombone and clarinet service as well as repair service. They have repair technicians on site.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our school uses it and they even delivered my kids instrument there so that I didnt have to make a second trip to the store to pickup after it was ready. Now that is service!

B.A.C. Horn Doctor is the best in my book - both in the KC area and in the upper Midwest. Theyve provided quality instruments to me and clients as well as serviced many of our horns and weve never had an issue other than Man, this is great! or How did you get that working so well?You cant go wrong with these folks - give them a call or email them. If you are a pro/student who needs quality repairs or modifications, this place is for you. Mike and his team are THE BEST! If you are someone who just needs a convenient place to buy supplies, you may be able to find them online cheaper. Worth a stop either way.

Brought my instrument to be tuned, they broke it and refused to replace it. They cost me 120 miles worth of gas as well. Dont trust them.

I was surprised to find that the instrument I purchased for my wife was fake, BAC Music sold us a Hans Hoyer but when we took it to another shop for a tune up, because the sound did not quite seem right, we were informed it was a counterfit low quality horn. BAC Music basically scammed us out of several thousand dollars and refused to stand behind the fake products they are selling. Buyers Beware!

I first met Mike Corrigan at the 2012 NAMM Show and he was not only super friendly and cool but he also made great beautiful horns. I also heard a lot about B.A.C. Horn Doctor from my trombone playing friends Saunders Sermons and Jeff Bradshaw and they had nothing but great things to say about Mike and the Company. They took dents out of my trumpet even though I was having it chemically cleaned they were also very nice and they introduced me to my dream trumpet.
