I was looking for a nice U-shaped desk for my home office as I do a lot of video work there. I had looked at a few other stores around town, and the experience was very off-putting and disingenuous. Jim was fantastic to work with, a real, genuine nice person and he met every expectation and did exactly what he said he was going to do, and I could not be happier with the product that I purchased from him in October of 2021. Jim provided excellent service today at the warehouse off Santa Fe! I emailed Monday evening and he promptly responded on Tuesday morning with the information I requested. I visited the location today and picked out a great piece for my home office! Ill definitely be back to check out more of what they have available.

Jim asked great questions to understand exactly what kind of pain I was dealing with and he “prescribed” me the perfect chair.
