I had the best experience at this home Depot. There was a guy working in the lawn and garden department, I believe his name was Will. He is also in school for horticulture and I could not believe just how helpful he was. I really appreciate that kind of customer service, you dont see it too often these days. He is so knowledgeable and gave me great advice.

Great clean store, always have what you need, Even Though The Wood PRICES could be better but it’s up everywhere unfortunately.

Very helpful at the register. Isles were a bit difficult to navigate with off of the carts full I assume loaded for pickup. Amy was a sweetheart in the window and door department. I would have given 5 stars but the 36x62 window that I bought turned out to be 32x54. It was a returned item that I was given a discount on, but it ended up costing me 3 hours to reframe and sheet. havent got to the drywall patch yet.

Organized. Love that the paint counter is easily accessible from the main entrance.

Convenient, nice folks just way understaffed which is why they didnt get a five star. Well that and this move of all box stores to automated check outs instead of people. Thats great if they move them to departments but you know they dont. Nothing against the people that are working there; they are doing the best they can.

One my favorite store to shop for work . We have a account here for work and we get to shop for all are jobs tickets here so its fun because its always something different for my jobs Wednesday at 6 coming from the next day outside work next day its bathroom floors so its always something new man you are shopping for Home Depot its like an adventure for us everything we get the body here charge the company love it

Experience was as to expected. Nothing out of the ordinary or astonishing happened. I cant complain about anything for not only my last visit but all my experiences with this businesses location have gone about the same.

Gotta love the Home Depot. Has everything you need. Great location, great customer service and helpful staff. They seem to have great prices on most everything you need for your building or home improvement project. Looking for a suggestion for your project, just ask. Staff is very helpful with problem solving to find the right product and the correct way to prep and finish your work. I highly recommend going to this location.

This store knows nothing about customer service. Within the past month, Ive cussed at by an employee, have had to make two trips to have there mistake corrected and today, 08/15/21 after waiting to order something, Im told I have to wait, after I already waited so he could get the lines down. As I walked away, he proceeded to help the person who arrived after I did. This does not know anything about customer service. Once, Ive used all the gift cards, Im not stepping in that store. Home Depot, Overland, MO sucks!

Due to in-store ineptitude, I’d recently begun using curbside pickup. My last order, I was left sitting outside until I finally had to leave for another destination, so I called in and canceled my order. This time, it doesn’t look like they care to be bothered to fill the order at all. I wish Lowe’s had more locations

Always good service here. I go there at least 3 times a week, usually more. Hardly ever have a issue with a employee or prices being wrong.

Wear comfortable shoes and prepare to be given somewhat strange directions on product findings. Hah!

I had six 80 lb bags of concrete ask cashier as I was walking to register if I could get a loader. She asked me if I had the money I paid for the items waited 10 minutes for a loader. No one ever came. loaded my vehicle myself. Spoke with manager on duty he said he would address the situation

The cashier was friendly but I purchased an LP tank for my grill. The automated kiosk is completely broken. It took about 20 mins to get someone to come and unlock the cage and then they tried to give me an empty tank. I know its a big box stores but a little personal service goes a long way. I will shop here in the future but only because its very close to home.

The female employee at the pro tool rental counter was excellent!!! We arrived a little early for our rental truck and she was very helpful and friendly and got us on our way quickly.

Went there to pick up light bulbs. Wasn’t disappointed. Always have friendly staff willing to help but also knowing the limits when they’re politely turned down. I like to shop by myself so I find it annoying when store employees try to chat every 3 minutes. Never had that issue at Home Depot tho. Lots of selection (light bulbs and other stuff) and cheap prices with great deals.

We went for plants. The garden center door was not open. So we had to go around. They had a good selection, but not what we was looking for.

In my opinion not as good as the folks over at the bridgeton pro desk and home Depot.However I would still give them a nine out of 10. Keep up the good work

Went right in and found a plant in 2 mins that was needed as a gift!!

I like that is close and easily accessible from the highway. I can pop in get what I need and pop back on the highway

It would be nice if when I have a question that I can grab a worker to help me. There is no one ever in sight to help.

This has been my second home since buying my house....took my last trip to this Home Depot since I will no longer be in the area. Loved how this one was never crowded and best time to go is 6am.

He is a good cleaning and updating personnel not very helpful even giving wrong directions as to where stuff was located

Very helpful and professional. All I needed was to have 4 keys made. I was directed where to go and was helped within 1 minute. Was also able to get little holiday succulent ornament for a friend.Its a smaller Hone Depot but the staff is friendlyn helpful and knowledgeable.

Good selection, and being a jack of all trades it kinda feels like being a kid in a candy store, ooh, I want that and that. Sometimes it takes some real restraint on my part to not buy everything including a kitchen sink. I dont like how more and more businesses are switching more and more to a self checkout. At least home depot still retaind some employees. If they ever went full self checkout, I would check out from shopping there.

Great selection, prices, customer service, and more. Home Depot has everything you can imagine. I bought a four pack of LED light bulbs on sale for half price with an Ameren discount grant, and that was half the price of my local hardware store. Ive bought spiral CFL bulbs for years and theyve lasted for years. This is just one example of how Home Depot is the big dog in terms of everything you need for your home.

Austin over the garden center is the best made my experience GREAT! He guided me around the store and helped me with my entire project very step of the way two days in a row. He is very patient and a expert in every area of home improvement. I’ve been to Home Depot for years and have been given a negative feeling about customer service but after my experience with Austin i look at the entire company completely differently. 5 stars for Austin!

Friendly staff but my return could have taken less time. When the guy got to me he moved with urgency and everyone I talked to there was helpful.

The associates in this store are uneducated, indolent, and useless. Asked to be shown to the pressure treated lumber that was not cedar, shows me to some soft Douglass fir and swears up and down that it’s pressure treated, took his work for it, cut one board and it’s stud grade wood. Never returning to this location

We bought a shed and we knew they only drop off at your curb of the house, so we expected to carry piece by piece to back yard, upon carrying the last piece we discovered it has a huge rip in it! So buyer beware. Rubbermaid 7x7 ft storage shed.

Couldnt find dehumidifiers. Rep in store sent me to wrong aisle. They should be up front with the airconditioners and fans.

I wish there was a choice lower than one star. I have shopped here for years. A recent special order issue has changed my opinion of this store. I will avoid ever shopping here again.

Young man at service desk was extremely helpful, however the floor workers were very.unhelpful and I was given a lot of wrong directions, one person actually told me they no.longer carried what I was looking for, but as I was leaving I found the door draft stopper myself at the front.of the store. Also it os very hard to find someone to assist with finding anything

I love the older gentlemen that greets you as you walk in. He knows that store inside and out and can always direct you to the right aisle.

Now being required to install app for curbside as the pandemic evolves so do procedures I guess. That information could have been provided when order was placed.

The salesperson helped me find what I was looking for.
