No problem with the staff. Its the computer system. Several times now, I have ordered online for in-store pick up. The system will take payment and say it will be ready in thirty minutes. When I get there, I learn it is coming in a car from another store and will be delayed. Often it is faster to just drive to that store. Until they get the online game figured out, I will shop elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, the manager was on his speakerphone while I stood there for over ten minutes, then got of the phone and didn’t attend to what I needed, then called a gentleman from the back of the store to help me as he got back on his phone, the gentleman name was Michael and he was a great help, outside of the Unprofessional manager Jay, I will not be returning to this location.

Not the usual service, the young man said hello, but was more interested in the video on his phone than offering to help me. I had to stand there. Finally I asked if he worked there. Wasnt wearing a mask, when I asked him for windshield wipers, he told me that he hasnt had good luck with installing the 3rd wiper and may break it off. Another employee was able to install the wiper w/o any problem . They didnt seem too motivated as before . I dont know why people dont take a vested interest in their jobs now

While on a trip from out of town, we had an unfortunate car breakdown. The gentleman who helped us was of Latino decent, which brought us great comfort since my father speaks limited English. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose and help us fix the issue so that we could get on our way. Not sure if they had public restrooms, but the gentleman allowed us to use them, and was very attentive and empathetic to the situation. Overall the genuine customer service is why I am giving this location a 5-star.

Went in to buy a battery today too upgrade my cars electrical do to the addition or several thousand watts of amp im having installed. They charged my a core charge. When I explained im not replacing im adding. I was told their is no way to waive the charge. If you can go find a battery well give you the 20 bucks back . Man gtfoh.

Horrible walked in and 2 employees talking no hi or how are you nothing. One was sitting on the outer part of front counter and the other employee was actually behind the counter but didnt say a word, they continued talking. The parking lot was dark. Only light was coming from the businesses not the light from the company. Got ready to check out and the packages were sitting under one price but ringing up something else. Not only that the packages were sitting in 2 spots with the price being cheaper. Then the same employee rang you out and got upset because they had the packages in wrong place.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I dig this store, helpful staff willing to help you find things in store, internet to store orders are quick and easy, they dont play on their phones of take calls while helping you or checking out unlike some places, this is my go-to store for auto parts.

They are not good to attend to very bad attention they had me waiting for a long time and a lady was very rude, she was not kind and I had to leave the store without being attended to and I had to go to a car near me, be careful with this location and I ask the supervisor to be more careful with people who hire very bad service and very racist towards me

There were about 5 workers in there two were working the rest were just standing around watching everyone work.
