I ordered a cake went to pick it up from the Page/Overland location and the store had closed early for the day.No one contacted me and said anything. Still to this day no one called and apologized for this horrible service.I will never order from them ever again.The worst service I have ever encountered.

Tried to order a banana split they were out of bananas, asked for a waffle cone out of them. So I just got 5 double scoop sundaes and 2 had whipped cream and nuts the other 3 didnt and none of the flavors were the right flavor ones. They really really needs to be shut down.

Stood in line (second person in line) for over 20 minutes with no one helping us. Only 2 workers and they were both working the drive thru. About 15 people were in line in the store and over half left to go some where else. The ice cream was nasty because they left the doors open and it began melting. Also the place was really nasty! The girl that made my ice cream checked out the customers in front of me handled cash, then came over to make my ice cream with out washing her hands... Gross. And last but not least... Out of all cones kids cones, waffle cones, and out of 5 different ice creams... For a new place it sure did suck.

The servers are always nice but this place is seriously understaffed and has been for over 6 months. Every time I come there may be 2 people working (one in Dunkin and one in Baskin), but sometimes there’s one person doing both. The Ice Cream is great when they have more than a few flavors and there’s rarely ever any waffle cones which is annoying as heck.

Donuts and munchkins were great (5 stars)! The bagel-egg-cheese-bacon sandwich (1 star!) was too hard to chew, I was so far away to come back and complain!

THE SLOWEST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!! It’s so frustrating to have to wait in line for 10 minutes for a doughnut! Smh.

Came for icecream at 11 AM on Saturday and was told it would be at least an hour for them to set it up. No other customers and 3 employees:( glad this wasnt a special reward trip with my 6yr old. Oh wait...

I ordered a large ice cream and i only got a half of a quarter of ICE CREAM!!!!!! Their whipped cream is discusting same as their nuts. Worst ice cream i have ever had. Also for a better place is Andys ice cream.

I gave it 4 stars only because the cookies & cream shake I ordered was not very flavorful. It was more of a milky taste than cookies & cream. However, the young lady that took my order was so pleasant I disregarded the shake. In my opinion, having great experience always outweighs the food quality. I also tipped the young lady $3.

Such a wonderful Baskin Robbins. Cashier was super helpful, so much so, that I wrote the corporate office. Love the Pralines & Cream!

Basking Robbins is a classic for a reason. Combine it with a Dunkin for breakfast stuff and how can you go wrong? Always fast, friendly folk working this one.

If I was allergic to nuts I would be so upset. Asked for Oreo n cake and instead got mocha something with nuts!!!! Not the first time we’ve gotten the wrong ice cream. Spent so long in line and they asked us our order again after we already gave it to them. Will not be back. The employees there are as bad as the Jack in the Box a few stores down. Just no. Don’t do it. Get yourself ice cream and coffe anywhere else but here.

Of course its good....its Baskin Robbins ice cream..but... Its getting to be more pricey than its worth.Its a combo store w dunkin donuts which is cool.1st time just one young man was working the WHOLE PLACE. Very nice, but its a terrible employer practice to leave one person in charge of basically 2 restaurants. Plus... He was unlocking/relocking the door each time anyone came in bc as the only one there he didnt want to get robbed. He was very friendly and is the reason this location gets 4 stars because ...2nd time...3 employees but not nearly as friendly. 2 employees stood around not doing much, another was rushing us (no one else was in line...) To order and be done, although the young woman barely acknowledged the 2 requests for samples. One young man came to ring us up but instead of telling me the total, simply stood there waiting for me to hand him money. Just not the best service.

Very very poor service. I went last week and asked for a banana split an they said they had ran out of bananas. I went again yesterday and today and this time they were out of waffle cones. What kind of business is this that they don’t have enough supplies for their customers.

Went in this evening to get ice cream for the family. The girl working the counter was to busy as she called it multi-tasking to even get my order right. Even after telling her 2 times. Very disappointed

Went through drive thru to get ice cream at 9:30 pm signs said open but no one would come to take my order. I waited for 5 minutes no answer. I drove around to front saw employees hiding in back corner of the kitchen area. 1st time ever going to baskin robins and after that experience will not return if that is how customer service is there
