I love Headz N Threadz! I was trying to find something special for my Future sister in law’s bachelorette party. The staff at Headz N Threadz made customized tumblers for each of the girls. It was the perfect gift that they all loved.

I ordered several hats from Headz N Theadz and the final product was fabulous. The quality and design was just what i was looking for and i had no idea what i wanted. They designed the hat and the process from order to delivery could not have been better. GREAT JOB!

Terrible experience. They Thank you for doing business with small companies because there’s a lot of bigger competition but then their customer service is terrible. I purchased a Cardinals hat from them to match a pair of shoes I had. the hat wasn’t custom it was something they had in stock. I paid for two day delivery which was an extra eight bucks no big deal, I ordered on a Thursday evening (which the order did not go through till Friday), I gave them an extra day I waited until Wednesday and it hasn’t arrived I gave it a couple more days and I finally emailed them about my hat after almost a week, when I emailed them and let them know this they told me that “they were moving stores and the hat was in their storage containers and that they would refund my delivery fees and mail my hat out the next day”. I said this is something that they should have known before they took the order and the extra money for delivery and let their customers know something like this or shut down ordering for those couple of days. they mailed my hat 2 days later (not The next day as they had stated ) and (still didn’t receive my refund on my shipping fees as they promised) I still didn’t receive my hat until the following Wednesday so almost 2 weeks I waited for my hat and if I hadn’t emailed them and asked them about my product they wouldn’t have even let me know about the delay. Once I received my hat (it’s the same size that I wear for all my fitted hats) it was really small and tight I informed them that the hat did not fit and my experience with him was unpleasant and I wanted to return the hat for a refund and nobody responded to me at all after I’ve sent multiple emails. Sometimes small businesses have to go above and beyond to be able to compete with larger businesses to retain customers and to get loyal customers I’ve seen multiple reviews on here with less than one star and I don’t understand how big a small company you guys plan on staying in business if you aren’t doing what you need to do to please your customers. Although I know you can’t make everyone happy there are certain situations especially when it is your fault that you need to correct.. z

Having been born and raised in St. Louis, I am a die-hard Birds and Blues fan. I stopped in to see if they could make me something I wouldnt see on every other St. Louis sports fan, primarily winter gear. They offered to stitch the blues/cards logo on a scarf and I had to have it. There is no way I could get a custom scarf anywhere else for $19.99. It is so soft and the logo turned out perfect! Thanks again!

My husband paid over $200 to his LA Dodgers Jacket; I bought him for his birthday to have stones put on the LA on the front and the Dodgers on the back of the jacket. We picked the jacket up one evening; after never receiving a call it was ready. When we got the jacket home in the light; my husband noticed that the the Dodgers could be seen on the front. It looked like the jacket was closed when they applied the stones on the word Dodgers instead of opening up the jacket and laying it out flat. Now the jacket is ruined. And the stones are already coming off and he hasnt even wore the Jacket yet. Will update my post after we take the product back to see how this is addressed

Terrible experience. The manager promised 1 week service on my jersey that I prepaid for and after two weeks I decided enough waiting and demanded my jersey and money back. They claimed I didnt pay because I misplaced my receipt. Then he finally remembered I did pay because I brought up our conversation. He didnt apologize or anything. Never going back. terrible business

Awesome product and awesome delivery time!

Apparently they are the new vendor STL Authentics is using for custom Blues jerseys. They took longer than the old vendor and didn’t do the correct job of applying a nameplate to the jersey; instead they stitched the letters directly to the back of the jersey. I’m now waiting another 10 days, on top of the original six weeks, to get my jersey back. I’m -hoping- that when they unstitch the letters there isn’t any damage or else I just wasted $300.
