I just had the worst experience at this location than any Bed Bath and Beyond. I processed a return for an online purchase by BB and B guidelines. It was for a hair dryer that I purchased online. I tried it out, and it wasn’t what I expected. I packed it up processed the return and brought it to the store as that was one of my options. First of all, the woman at the register, and I wish I had taken her name, stood there looking at a piece of paper for in an exaggerated amount of time with nobody else in the store and no customers, other than myself. Finally, she asked if she could help me I gave her the hairdryer and the return receipt which clearly states the reason I’m returning but she asked me if I used it and I said I opened it, tried to packed it up and I’d like to return it. She she said “so you used it!”Then she processed the return (because really she had no choice, it was a legit return) and said put your credit card in there. I bought it over three weeks ago so I don’t remember what card I used. She then told me well if you don’t know the card you used, we can’t return it. No offer for store credit or a gift card. So I did the only thing I could do, I said we’re gonna try every card I have until one works. Ironically, the first card I used worked. I wrote this review for two reasons, one I’ve never had such a bad experience at any store returning something and I’m not the type of customer who would use something and return it. This woman was clearly having a bad day or decided that I wasn’t being honest with her. Either way that was horrible customer service.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a somewhat upscale home furnishings store with finer products, some of which can be a bit pricey but are usually a better quality. I have purchased many things there over the years and I have never had a complaint. If you have never tried them, stop by. Give them a look. You might be impressed. I definitely recommend them.

Getting more and more expensive. Sheet selection way down. $80 for a pair of king-sized pillowcases? Even the 20% off coupon doesnt make that affordable! Now they want you to have a membership to get good prices.

I have always loved this store. My last visit disappointed me. There are empty spaces on the shelves and what looks like junk collected from somebodys basement to fill the void in some areas. I had to go on line to complete my order. This was always a well stocked store.i. I hope it improves soon. I dont want to lose this store.

After several failed attempts to find curtains online at Amazon ( wrong sizes delivered, twice) we decided to go the BBY to find what we were looking for and walk out with something usable. We found great curtains at a reasonable price.

I shop at this store often. My husband and I did our wedding registry through this location almost two years ago and have always had great service. Today I went in to exchange a few items I bought online that all arrived broken. The manager apologized (even though it wasn’t the fault of his store) and took the time to go around and get all the items for me that I needed to exchange. THIS is genuine customer service.

Shopping 5 days before Christmas conveyed a diminished inventory. Sales must have been good for the company. I like the store but there are somethings unavailable. It would be nice if more items like Williams Sonoma which has fewer shops.

Many items no longer found in store. Have to order online. If Im going to be forced to go online, why bother having a store? The whole idea is that I can go get what I want, not order online and wait for broken merchandise to show up on my doorstep just to get stolen by porch pirates! Plus online doesnt replace having an item on your hand to evaluate. Half the time online items are not as represented. Stop killing retail!

I absolutely love this store.Sadly some locations have closed.(corner of rte1792/rte436) thank Goodness the Oviedo mall location is still afloat.Pricing is always discounted, and the cashiers were very courteous.

I couldnt find the beach chair on the shelf so I asked an associate. He was very helpful by ordering the chair to be delivered to my house. And he answered all of my questions.

Found everything we were looking for. Store was clean, but too hot. I was not able to finish my shopping.

I worked at the Oviedo location and I have to say. Manager Todd. One of the best managers I’ve worked with. If you don’t understand something He’ll sit with you and walk you through it until you do. Any issues I had I felt so comfortable going to him to speak on the issue. If I wanted to work there again. Todd the manager of Oviedo store would be the reason I come back. Great management from Todd.

Its a standard Bed Bath and Beyond. Theyre low on UCF gear and had no water in the cooler which are the two reasons I went in, so that hurt but overall a good store.

Great place to buy many different things. Always a coupon floating around also. From out door cooking down to a new dog bed. I love all the different towels they have and bedding which is normally always on sale.

Weve been shopping here for a long time, and were always happy with our shopping experience. Today, were looking for a pressure cooker and couldnt find one that we like available in the box. So, we asked for help from an employee, and he made it easy for us to get the item by ordering it online, ship for free, plus coupon of 20% off.

Theres definitely a lot to look at and its all stocked to capacity. I dont think Ive ever seen an empty shelf there. Most stuff is full price so it can be expensive, depending on what you want. I love the As Seen on TV section and the bath section because it has so much to choose from.

Today,I went to bed bath and beyond. I return a nutribullet blender that I have had at least 3 years I use it almost every day the blender wasnt working right,they replaced it was almost free,I dont shop there a lot but when I need new things I buy there because of there great warranty policy, this is a great place to shop. I shop here often for specific household items. I found exactly the rechargable vacuum I wanted on sale for a $20 savings. The 20 percent off coupon saved me another $22. The store is set up requiring a full circle walk through the building. The sound system playing sounded like static rather than music, so the employees have my sympathy. Yesterdays visit was below par for the noise factor. I couldnt get out of there quick enough to suit me. Usually I enjoy a leisurely browse through BB&B.

This bed and bath is always well stocked, but like most of their stores, customer service is almost non-existent. If the item is above your reach, you will spend more time finding someone to get it down than it would take to go somewhere else.
