Decent selection of just about everything. Definitely over priced. But they have lots of sales which simply bring the price down to a reasonable price. They also have a loyalty program and an app. With those, you earn cash back, rewards, and coupons. So, it seems to level out. If youre into crafting.... Go for it!

Soooo...Michaels is pretty cool. Sometimes their selection is a bit lacking and their prices have a tendency to be a bit higher than hobby lobby on some things. But its an easy and fast store to shop at...and the employees are friendly. If you dont mind comparing prices before you shop you can find some good deals.

Everything I need for creating and art supplies. Daughter can always find new activities here.

Michaels is only interested in selling kits or do bushed projects. They no longer carry basic supplies. Dont waste your time there.

Love me some Michaels! Got the dowels, piper-cleaners and glitter to use for my crystal Christmas ornament project (see photos). Of course, while I was in the store I found a ton of other items I ‘really needed’, such as cookie cutters, beads, gift boxes, and a puppy 🐩I only wish I made the ornaments on the tree in this picture😉

Great Christmas bargains going on right now I got a nice 4ft lighted Christmas tree for 24.99 and its a nice tree. I also 3 big jar candles because they were 3 for $9.99. Come check them out

Well.. Never before shopped here. Walked in the front door and headed to get one of their carts. Unknown to me that you have to step OVER a cart corral stopper to get a cart to shop. I didnt notice the stopper in the floor that is at least one inch high therefore making the floor uneven. Needless to say I tripped bad and hurt my foot, back, knee and pulled a muscle in my arm across my chest. Had to go to urgent care for treatment and follow up with orthopedic doctor. Wont go back here again with hazards for their customers. I went for yarn, not a survival course

Fantastic experience on Tuesday, June 1st. Its always such a well stocked store and one can always find helpful, friendly employees to assist with the shopping. We love our Oviedo Michaels.

Great place for reasonably priced custom framing. I have had several vintage rock concert posters framed there. They do a professional job, using archival materials, and are prompt, friendly, and courteous.

Found what I needed I called ahead to get some information but the young lady that picked up the phone was very rude. The Oviedo store has some very rude associates. I find myself driving elsewhere at times.

Michaels is a terrific craft store where you can wander around and find many things to fit your crafting needs. Their sales are almost non-stop, staff is knowledgeable, and if nothing else, download a handy coupon while in line

Now appears to be pricing lower than Hobby Lobby on items I regulary buy. Example items $6.99 at Hobby, $5.99 at Michaels.

I am thoroughly disheartened and very upset. An email received stated an extra 50% off yellow and green clearance items. It DID NOT state they had to be individually tagged. When at the register I was refused the extra %. The cashier was and has in the past had an attitude. A manager came but also stated they had to be individually tagged. I said keep it all and walked away. I will be sharing this experience with all I can and be notifying their corporate offices!

Excellent staff and place to find anything

Don’t buy dried herbs or plants from here. A few months back I bought a bunch of dried eucalyptus from this store. There were one or two moths that flew up when I was selecting them, so I rustled them to make sure none were in the bunch I selected. I stored them in a storage bin because the smell was very strong. I took down the bin today and immediately took it outside. Moths in various life stages in the box. It looks like a breeding ground. See the pictures for yourself.___Update: Apparently this is an ongoing issue and complaints are all over the internet about Michaels moth infested eucalyptus dating as far back as 2010.

Well they always had good brushes and they have to choose from. This time not so much but it happens. I usually go there first.

They didnt have any of the etching stuff I needed. It also took forever for me to find someone to ask. Then she didnt even know what they had. She should of walked, or even offer to, walk me over to the product I needed after finding out from a co-worker where my item was.

Great deals when you get the coupons. They also have military/ veterans discount and you can use Michaels coupons and combine with the veterans discount.

Its an older Michaels and isnt aging very well. Its very well stocked though and most of the employees are friendly.

They had a wonderful stock on vinyl which was also on sale for 40% off. Even with the sale they were relatively stocked with a great assortment of solid and printed colors. This includes both Heat transfer and regular adhesive vinyl.

I love my local store! All of the staff are friendly and helpful! If one person doesnt know the answer, they work as a team to get me the answers! The staff bother to get to know you and what you really need. I never feel like they are just trying to sell me something just to sell something.

Michaels is a nice hobby and craft store with excellent variety. They offer a selection of name brand products, and generic off brand products, both of which have exceptional quality. The store is organized in an easy to understand fashion, and the employees are happy to help you find what you are looking for. They also offer free childrens crafts on Fridays during the summer. I like to try to take advantage of their online coupon, which usually helps me save about forty percent on my purchase. This is a tremendous help when shopping at Michaels, because it gives them an edge on the compition. I never walk out empty handed.

Got a poster Ive had for about 15 years framed through them. They were attentive and were truly excited about the outcome. Though without the special running framing was pretty expensive but with the special it was very manageable. Will be returning soon to get another one of my posters framed

5 Stars for the store and the products itself but 1 star for the weird...experience that I had. I’m not sure what was going on, maybe the coworkers had a bad day or something I don’t know. Back in December, I went in the store and asked a cashier if they were hiring. This cashier was very friendly, he smiled and said how there was seasonal hiring but he wanted to make sure. He asks the other cashier across from him, “Are we currently hiring?” and there’s complete silence. I turn around and I see the cashier GLARING at me with so much malice. He literally does not say a word, and his eyebrows are furrowed. I turn back to the friendly cashier and he has a worried look on his face and apologizes. Even though it seems like a small issue it really bothered me. I don’t normally go to this location and I guess that day was a bad day to go.

Stood in line for 30 minutes to find out the one thing I wanted and went in for didnt work with a coupon. Looked on all the exceptions on the coupon before I went in and what I wanted was not on the list of exemptions. After waiting all that time was told couldnt use the coupon. I just walked out with nothing!

This is a nice neighborhood crafts store. Its clean and the staff though busy, are knowledgeable. Supplies are not as extensive as some other locations.

Its such a big store so I ask for help to find the paint for kids.And it was on sale!!

I love this Micheals. We come up from Miami to visit family but we always find something different than our Michaels in Miami. And the place is clean.

This store hires for seasonal employees, makes the employees work ridiculous hours and than dont even let the employees know that they are no longer needed. The employees usually find out by logging into to check their schedule and cant log in. Damn, at least be respectful by contacting employees letting them know they are no longer needed.
