It is a Saturday morning just a little after 8 AM. I pulled right up. I was greeted by Chris and Marcus. They are both super nice. The service here is very professional and courteous. It is my first time here. I was getting an oil change. I stayed right in the car. My windshield wipers were changed and my windshield wiper fluid was filled up. This place was fast, professional, and their communication with one another was very efficient and productive. I would definitely recommend this business for an oil change.

Easy, good service. Went for an oil change dropped off my car they said it would take an hour, an hour later I received a call to come pick it up. Only bad thing was the first time I scheduled an appointment online I received a call 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time saying that the online system double booked services so I would have to reschedule. Other than that everything was smooth

So glad I got service done here! All of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, Chris gave me some great insight about my vehicle and the services it would need. He was very helpful when I came back a few days later with a nail in my tire, they patched it up and refilled the air quickly and efficiently. Affordable prices and friendly service.

Had a recent visit to Express for an oil change and It was an amazing experience. I had a pretty long day at work and I wasn’t in the best situation with the car but I was helped my Zachary and Monica who completely made my day better and helped me to understand more about my car. Went there earlier today to replace a driver side tail light that had gone out as well as a few other things, they were extremely friendly and informative. Monica went above and beyond explaining the situation to me and what I needed to get done with the car, Ive visited this place around 7 times over the course of two years [for general repairs, oil changes, and tire rotations] and not once have I felt let down for their performance. Definitely a spot you can trust

Well, had my oil changed here on Tuesday. And apparently theres been a leak. I just noticed Saturday evening but they are closed on Sunday and its pretty bad after having the service done here. This car did not leak a drop prior to this service. They replaced the filter and topped off the oil, but made it sound like that was a gift. For a 2 hour drive back to the shop,...No help, nothing to make it right. Pretty disappointed after being a regular here for a few years. Now I have a whole day of work lost for them to top off a half quart of oil, and a giant mess to clean In My driveway.*response to the owner. The tech talked to you directly. Or the manager, so throwing him under the bus isnt a great look. Yes it should have been caught, but it wasnt, I do understand, thats why I brought it back to you to fix. After all, I did trust you for 5 years of maintenance on this vehicle. Sadly the lack of care you and your shop provided was appalling.

BUT, Express Oil Change is my PLACE to go to. This was my second time back and I received the same EXCELLENT service that I had received the time before. The team members listed above helped me out this morning with my oil change, while providing great feedback on the maintenance of my vehicle. Not only did they not try to upsell products, but Chris showed me how to check my oil on my own to make sure it is still looking good and Gage gave me a few companies to checkout for new tires that are not Priced as high as the big brand name companies. They truly are GENUINE people and are there to HELP you and keep your car in the best shape that its been in since you first purchased it. Highly recommend this shop! Took both my cars here to have the oil changed and was in and out in 15 minutes! They had to remove a drain plug that had been stripped by the last shop that changed the oil and they were able to safely remove it without charging me an extra fee. The shop supervisor Chris, is very helpful and trustworthy which makes the experience stress free and comfortable. The entire shop is super clean and the employees at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and they get the job done right! 💯👍👍

I called ahead to verify that they had time to do an alignment on a project car I had just lowered. The gentleman I spoke with confirmed they were running a special and told me it would be $69. Ive been in the automotive industry and know this is a very fair price, and they have an in ground alignment rack which is perfect for a lowered vehicle.I show up, its Saturday mid morning, I expect it to be a little busy by now but theres only a couple cars on the mechanical side, and the alignment rack was free.They managed to get the vehicle aligned. They were unable to do any camber correction on my vehicle through no fault of their own. Overall though Im happy with the service I received and the price I paid for this particular service and would recommend allowing them to address your alignment needs.

I came to do a 10 minute oil change after one of my good friends recommended I go there and it did not disappoint. Chris was helping me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. They were extremely professional and welcoming. They were honest about what my car needed and explained the process of everything and what to look for (for my tires/oil). Being a girl I’m always so nervous to go to any car shops but I’ll be a forever be a customer at this one. Express oil change was an amazing experience! Very fast, very accommodating, and amazing personal service. I came here on a whim because Tires Plus is always super packed and after today’s quick and speedy service I may never go back! I highly recommend Express Oil Change as they also have a full service garage as well! And by the way the owner came out to meet me and was even on his hands and knees himself checking out my tire wear. This place is great!

Chris and Steve (and all the other great people there) were able to get my brakes and tires replaced within a few hours. Was almost confused when I heard how cheap the quote was but they are really there to help people out. Saved me from a lot more $ in labor and repairs. Amazing especially in a time like this. On Friday morning my husband and I wanted to get an oil change before taking a road trip for the holiday . We read about the great reviews about express oil change and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. Christopher was very thorough with explaining what all he did to our vehicle while preforming our oil change . Come to find out we needed new tires ! He got my husband out of the vehicle to show him why he felt we needed new tires and I’m so thankful he did . We purchased two tires that morning . Christopher didn’t just tell us what we needed he showed us . I feel comfortable trusting my vehicles with Christopher and Express oil change. I even had my granddaughter come in and get an oil change on Saturday and she said Christopher was so considerate that he guided her and her two year old into the waiting room with air conditioning while he completed the oil change because her vehicle did not have air conditioning. She then set up an appointment to have her air conditioning looked at! All around a delightful experience! Well done!

I have passed Express Oil Change numerous times and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the service. This is my 3rd time going to them because they have never used any scare tactics or pressured me to get a service I dont need. As a woman, I really appreciate that! Too many times I have had mechanic shops trying to sell me services that I dont need.. They definitely do care.My latest experience with them was exceptional:Last week I noticed that 4 tires needed to be replaced urgently especiallysince I had a road trip that day. Called and spoke with mgr Chris. Long story short, he was able to get me in same day for tire replacement, oil change, alignment, and fuel injection cleaning. I am very happy he suggested and educated me on the fuel injection cleaning. My car would feel like something was stuck when I accelerate sometimes. I didnt know that it could be the fuel injectors. Now my car is running great again.Icing on the cake: I had an appointment near walking distance, the owner drove me to my appointment since it was raining and offered to pick me up.They really treat you like family!I appreciate that they take the time to educate you on how to maintain and ensure longevity of your car.Thank you so much to the owner and his crew! I came here to have a hole in my tire patched after having a terrible experience at Tires Plus right next door to them. They were fast, affordable, and I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me everything under the sun like the place next door. This is the BEST place to get your oil changed (and more) in Orlando! Jarrod and Russ were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They made recommendations for repairs/replacements but were NOT pushy. Jarrod checked my air filter below the glove box for free and turns out it was a disaster and needed the replacement badly! They also checked all my fluids and did a safety inspection. I know other places may do some of these checks but here I had no wait, and the whole oil change, replacing 2 air filters, and a tag light, I was in and out in 25 minutes!! The first place I went to (with an appointment!)said it would be an hour wait even before they could get to my car! Jarrod even gave me a coupon at check out, and the owner, Russell came out and introduced himself to me. What GREAT customer service. I will definitely be coming back for my automotive needs.. Thank you!!

Came in on a Groupon for a wheel alignment. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, and the service was very quick. I generally hate taking my car in since shops generally try to pressure me into buying a bunch of extra services, but that didnt happen here and I never felt uncomfortable. Their prices seem good even without a groupon, so Id definitely come back next time I need service.

The Staff here at Express Oil Change, is both friendly and relatable. They even went to bat, when the local dealership(Peacock Ford) tried screwing me out of my own car. They definitely nailed what the issue on my car was before the actual technicians at the dealership did. The service here is super friendly and informative and open about what they find and fix on your vehicle. I have now visited twice with two different vehicles and have been very impressed both times. The most important part of the review is that I feel I can trust them on what really needs to be done. For my car, Ill be honest, I ended up doing a lot more repairs than I had expected, but they showed me each part and why, and let me tell you... Im so glad I listened to them as it was a game changer for how the vehicle drove.Just brought my truck to to have service done and with a brake question, they could have very easily talked me into having work done that I didnt need. The tech explained to me what the noise was and that the brake system was perfectly fine with no repairs needed.Its so easy to be skeptical these days and wonder if youre being taken, and its just great to have a place that you know you can trust to just simply do the right thing.Its a drive for me to get there, but Ill definitely be coming back.

I work in Oviedo so decided to stop at this location and from now on I will only come here! We had the pleasure of the owner working on our car and he was great...he offered us water bottles and let me know everything going on with my car and didnt try to sell me anything extra! He runs a good shop and you can tell from the way he treats you, the communication he has with his staff and his honesty!

Super nice and very friendly staff they were willing to break down all the reasons we didnt need to get the work we were planning on doing and they even offered to do a transmission fluid change which we thought we needed and after they checked it they decoded that we were perfectly fine with our fluid not only that but because they only inspected the car they chose not to bill us. We plan on coming here for any future work we need done like oil changes etc Id recommend this place to anybody who asked me.

I showed up a bit early for my alignment appointment, the car was taken in immediately and the work was performed quickly and professionally. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service. Both the waiting room and the work areas were spotless. Highly Recommend!

I was the pit tech. The owner manager Russ doesnt adhere to safety protocol. He would start cars without asking hands clear. The hood techs he trained also would start cars while Im working under them. This virus came about and he cut hours and didnt take safety precautions. In a drive through oil change he was letting customers get out of their cars and walk all around. One morning I had an anxiety attack while gettting ready for work. Less than a week later after 3 customers came and got out of their cars and one was spouting political rhetoric, I began having another attack. I said I needed a leave of absence. I guess he ignored me. He later sent a text out to everyone that was employed by him firing me. My neighbors said they didnt want to give a man like that their business. Just wanted to share that.

Came to this place for the first time and I will definitely KEEP coming back. It was only a 10 minute oil change. The people who work here are also the nicest! They check everything when you come in and also show you that your oil was full right before you leave, not like any other place that might scam you. The prices are a little high compared to many $25 oil changes but I would pay for the service they provided.P.s they also filled up on my washer fluid!

Great place to go for quick easy routine maintenance things for your vehicle. Such as oil change, tire rotations, light replacements, etc. They do offer other services such as full car tune ups and checks. But the staff is always super friendly and great at helping me out with any questions. I don’t have any reason to not keep coming back!

Exceptional experience here. Came in for an oil change with 15 minutes to spare before work, they got me in/out, conducted a full safety check, and did some complimentary things to my vehicle in less than that. Kept me well informed of what was being done, what they inspected, and always asked me if they were okay to do things before doing it. Unlike typical oil change businesses always hungry for money, I feel like here they tell you if you really need to attend to something or if you just need to be aware of it for the future. Overall, great experience, UCF student discount was helpful for my wallet. Would definitely do business with them again soon. Oh, and I made it to work on time!

Even though it cost me ten dollar more than I was expecting, I cost me five hours less, and while I was in a comfortable lobby waiting for about 10 minutes (felt like 5) hey checked a whole bunch of stuff and changed my oil. On the sheet of paper they give you at the end it tells you he systems they checked and what would need repairs which is very useful for keeping the car maintained.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and they are always fast and friendly. No pressure to purchase extras but friendly reminders. They also saved me on my way out of town a few weeks ago. They plugged my flat tire and got me on the road, when everyone else in the area told me it would be a 2 to 4 hour wait for a tire to be plugged! Keep up he good work guys!

These guys are great! I’ve never felt more “car pampered” than I did at Express Oil! They took all their time, checked everything in my car, did all the safety checks, even gave my 4 year a lollipop while we waited IN the car! Best part: no extra services needed!
