My wife went in to buy her candles and fragrances for the house. This place smells so good every time we walk in this place. It is inside the Oviedo Mall. She was able to buy what she want it. A bunch of candles and a beautiful candle holder. For a 3 Wick candle. I let her buy what you want. Happy wife happy life. The girls here working. Were very helpful oh, and helping my wife find what you needed. We goofed a little bit and laugh. Money Was No Object. Its one of the favorite things my wife loves to do thank you. Gilby auto mall with a little bit busy. But thats a good thing. Business is starting to thrive again. And Im glad that things are getting back so little bit normal. I still wear my mask. And Kudos on everyone who worked at. Thank you for your assistance and your patience. And I know you tried too hardest to find things but my wife requested. I know certain items are seasonal items. And you still try to find them for her. Thank you again Ill see you in the next two weeks.

Always had a great experience with this store and recently went in for a birthday present for my daughter. The salesperson whose name was Sharon was really rude to me! I saw her snap at several of the other salespeople, and even purposely run into one and knock her into a table full of merchandise!I cant believe this company would tolerate that behavior! I left without purchasing and will NEVER again go in there if I see that horrible person.

Theyve been discontinuing favorite fragrances for frutier smells. Not everyone wants to smell fruity. Why discontinue good selling fragrances? Their mid year sale didnt live up to prior mid-year offers. The selection was very limited. They didnt bring back good sellers like before. Their focus was more on their new coconut scents.

Heather was so lovely and was a great help. Would definitely go to this location over the others.

Located inside the Oviedo Mall, I love this location because it is much calmer and more organized than the Florida Mall location. They had plenty of merch, and all the same great sales. I found several Cherry Blossom items for my mother-in-law as its her favorite scent and she just celebrated her birthday.The staff is friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They offered a bag and help if I needed it, but didnt hover over me. I prefer to kind of do my own shopping unless I need something specific and cannot find it.Like many of their sister stores, they do the large bins for their sales. Im not the biggest fan of this method as it tips liquid items over and can make for a mess, and youll have to dig to see what all is in the bin.Overall: A-Great location with a calmer atmosphere and the same great sales!

I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s been really great. The past couple of times I’ve gone, there has been one employee in particular that has been rude to me each visit. She gave me attitude and made me uncomfortable every time she called me sweetie. It was just how she said it that gave me the heebie-jeebies. She was rude to other employees as well as myself.I went in the store with the intention to purchase, but she was to pushy for my liking and it just ran me out the door. :(

Thus is a good place. However the Oviedo .Mall is not a mall. Looks more like a flea market. Very unconfortable, nothing to see or to buy there.

They are very friendly and helpful. They listen to what you like and make proper recommendations. Not overcrowed, oh and they sanitize your hands prior to entering.

While the store and selection was on par with other locations, we were greeted quite abrasively by an employee while waiting in the line outside the store. We were attempting to keep 6ft distance however she kept approaching us with questions, even as we said we didnt need assistance with anything while we waited to go inside. At one point she started spraying a scent on paper and trying to hand it to us. during current times it would be much more appropriate to ask your customer prior to forcing something for them to hold from your employee. While shopping inside a second employee confronted me and asked if I was touching any of the product on the shelf. I stated we were reading the labels and observing the smell. We felt unnecessarily watched every step inside the store until we paid for our $200+ gifts that were all carried in the bag your employee provided upon entry. Based on this activity we will not be returning to this location anytime in the future.

My first time back into the store since the pandemic, and they are very organized and have a great system. They have everyone disenfect before they enter the store, and there are plenty of employees to disenfect the items that have been touched.Same friendly employees and helpful atmosphere!

I love this place especially when I get to use coupons for free items. Everything smells great and is nice and clean. I would give it 5 stars but prices are a little high unless you use coupons.

This is absolutely my favorite BBW location! It is never crowded, the associates are really nice, and it isnt claustrophobic like other locations.

I love shopping the Oviedo Mall B&BW because the ladies here always greet you and ask if you need help. I also love just chatting them up because theyre that sweet. Ive only ever had an issue getting my free coupon in the mail but they were quick to make me happy and ensured I received one every month. The store is always stocked and clean, and the ladies here work hard to decorate.

Went for a candle and left with hand lotions (I still got my candle) 😂 Charlotte was great! Very helpful and sweet. She gave us some good tips about the products.
