I hope I can give a zero star or negative stars. I have been picking up my prescriptions from here since it’s close to my house. Today I had some problems with my insurance and they absolutely helped NOTHING! Not only that, they were inpatient and even laughing at my problems. I think they maybe enjoyed having fun but I have to spend more than one hour to get my medicine. I have been to other CVS and that’s the worst experience I ever had. I know I will not step into this place ever again. There are plenty of pharmacies around and I don’t have to be treated like this.

The pharmacy is awful. The staff is rude, never pick up the phone, dont communicate with each other, and argue with my doctor (who has requested I transfer to Walgreens so he doesnt have to deal with this pharmacist). Now they will not honor a prescription coming from their own Minute Clinic, which is a joke. I feel there are some shady practices going on at this location... its no wonder they keep getting sued.

Currently on hold trying to stop the regular calls and texts to the WRONG NUMBER. Someone at the pharmacy keeps picking up the phone and putting me back on hold and I JUST WANT TO STOP THE CALLS AND TEXTS. Thanks to this treatment I will never use CVS again.

Horrible pharmacy service. Wait is too long and the pharmacist is not that helpful. I was told if I have time, I will help you.The pharmacy technicians are great.

Good morning I wanted to say that the Lead Technician Monica does a good job and more treats the patient as if it were family thanks for your dedication in your work I would like to have more like her

They never answer the phone. Put you on hold for a hour and dont even apologize for it. I spent 2 days solving my own issue cause they couldnt find my daughters prescription and the whole time it WAS there. Everytime I go here its issues.

Great pharmacy and staff

Joey was very helpful and friendly; when I asked him where to find an item he was willing to lead me to the isle and help me search. I also saw him being very patient with and helpful to another customer who was buying on sale, which wasnt ringing up as being on sale. Joey had a good attitude about it and went to the back to isle to check posted price, and sure enough it was on sale. The registers were a little under-staffed, but Joeys friendliness made my day.

Least competent pharmacy in the area. Orders aren’t ready even after they text you that it’s ready. Drive through is backed up because pharmacy staff do full consultations at the drive up window instead of directing people to come in.

Never had a problem with the pharmacy..I love the auto refill and if my prescription needs a refill I text yes and wham its done. The associates their are very friendly.. Keep up the good work.

This CVS Pharmacy has always been extremely helpful, courteous and quick on filling prescriptions. They are very thorough and make sure the customer is satisfied. The staff is easy to work with and friendly.

Waited one hour for a prescription to be filled when there were no other customers at the pharmacy. This is why I rarely go to CVS anymore even though I have been a customer for over 20 years. Never again.

My wife and I use this pharmacy often for prescriptions and have always found the staff friendly and accommodating. We recently had our flu shots given there and were very happy with the professionalism and help the staff provided.

CVS defrauds its customers dont go here. Needs to be investigated for ad fraud. All of them
