We are so happy with the results of our kitchen. The team from start to finish was amazing. Barbara helped us with all our design needs and set up, Hector did a phenomenal job with our tiling/paint/installations, the company owner Ronaldo was easy to communicate with and checked on the progress consistently. All demolition was very done in a very clean manner and they paid attention to all the small details that were important to us. Best price for a kitchen and all the products are top quality - solid wood cabinets. We had a functional kitchen (cabinets, counters and sink) in under 2 weeks, the total project was about 5 weeks.

We used Tile Metrics for our downstairs tile demo, re tile, kitchen remodel, ceiling work, along with upstairs and stair vinyl flooring, and staircase remodel. Everything was great from start to finish. The ladies in the office, Barbara and Anna were so awesome with communication, keeping us informed with the timeline, and getting situations handled quickly and efficiently when a few unexpected situations came up. We hired Tile Metrics based on all the great reviews on here. They installed over 1,000 sqft of floor tile, bathroom vanity and toilet and baseboards. The team was very accommodating to both get us started quickly on our job and worked around a delay in the project when the first tile came in and it was a different color than we expected. They helped get us in touch with the distributor to work out a replacement tile and quickly and professionally completed the job after the second batch of tiles came in. The end result was wonderful! We highly recommend this company. We had a great experience from start to finish. They were very responsive to all communication and always followed up with us. They completed a flooring project for our entire house over 3,000 sqft in 7 consecutive working days. It included demo of carpet and tile, and installation of luxury vinyl tile planks. They assigned a team that was dedicated to this job -- arriving each day at 8 AM and working until 7 PM. The quality of the work was very good. We are very happy with our new flooring. The company is run by very nice people who were really good to work with.

We had wood look tile installed in our master bedroom and guest bedroom. We had gone to many different stores looking for the tile we wanted, but couldnt find it. The office staff at Tile Metrics was very helpful in showing us the many sample tiles they have available. She ordered a sample of a tile that she thought was what we wanted and it was exactly what we wanted. The owner came out in a timely manner and gave us a quote. I was concerned about grout lines being too wide, he assured me that they would be 1/16 of an inch. The installers came out and removed the carpet and got started. The installers were very professional, clean, efficient and careful. Both rooms look amazing, and we are extremely happy. So glad we did business with them.

Tile Metrics did a wonderful job for both the tile wood floor as well as the counter quarts. There was a minor flaw on the counter due to a manufacturer defect but they addressed it right away with no questions. Within just a few days it was replaced. We have had so many complements since. Found out Tile Metrics rebuilt my Master bath for the previous owner before I purchased. Then the same person had Tile Metrics replace the floors and bathrooms of his new house. Then my neighbor told me he has done two separate jobs in his house and he wants to have him back for future jobs. This is a good sign.2. Prices are unmatched. (Lowest price out of 3 quotes. How can they do such quality work for such low prices? I was skeptical)3. Realistic and on time with start to finish dates. He started and ended on the days he said he would. This is rare in my book. I would like to take the time to thank Rolando and his team for exceptional service, efficiency, and value that was provided while installing our brand new laminate flooring. Buying a home could be a stressful scenario and we were in countered with a situation in which we had no idea that in the new home we purchased had a cat present, which our family suffers from cat dander allergy. We had planned to close on our house first and have his team to replace the carpeting with new laminate on the next day, but Rolando knew our scenario and saw that there was a gap on closing day and waited to the last signature to immediately start the process. His employee, Oscar, was efficient and fast ripping out three bedrooms and a common hallway of carpeting and replaced it with the new flooring in a 24 hour period. Even though he has full confidence and his team he sacrifices much of his personal time to ensure that each and every job is completed to perfection and customer satisfaction. Tile Metrics did about a 1000 SF carpet/laminate replacement with porcelain tile in my house. Rolando came out to my house and gave me a free, detailed estimate that was competitive with other estimates I received. Hugo and Marco were the installers and did a fantastic job from day 1 to completion. They cleaned up nicely and worked on a Saturday to ensure the job was complete without major delay. They were very respectful and courteous when working at my house. The office staff was also very nice and responsive. I would absolutely hire Tile Metrics again for my flooring renovations.Some advice I would give is when you receive your initial estimate, make sure you go over the the grout options (there are different qualities I learned) and ask what will be done with the more difficult areas such as entryways.

Communication was excellent and it so happened they didnt install everywhere they said they would. We came home to find the job incomplete. When I picked up the phone I anticipated a battle but was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to come out and fix it within days.This owner stands behind his work and that is a breath of fresh air today. Tile metrics took care of doing about 1000 square feet of flooring in our new house. We had numerous delays due to the builder taking forever to close on the house and tile metrics never gave us any issues on the constant rescheduling. The floors are beautiful and they worked with us to make sure we could get what we wanted at a price we could afford. When we noticed what looked like dust settling into our grout, they happily came back and redid the grout on all the floors to make sure we were satisfied. Rolando and Anna were always willing to help and we are extremely happy with our floors!

These guys did an absolutely beautiful job on tiling my whole house as well as the back porch. They were fast, friendly and, most importantly, they were careful and precise. Even my very particular, I might say finicky, handyman said they do beautiful work and I overheard him recommending Tile Metrics to another of his customers.

Rolando and his crew were available immediately and completed the work on-time and on-budget. The job was 1,100 sq. ft. of glue down bamboo demolition and installation of large format faux wood tile in its place. They also did about 40 sq. ft. of subway tile back splash. The floors and back splash look amazing. I left the crew at my house for several days and felt they were respectful to my belongings. We have a house built in the 1980s and needed to re-do the entire upstairs, floor and bathroom shower area. I called several tile companies and no one showed as much interest in the job as Tile Metrics. This job was not easy. The shower had a bench that was not level and we had some hiccups, but Rolando took care of everything and got it looking great! Rolando and his team completed a first floor wood-look tile project for us. They installed 8x48 white/grey tiles that look incredible. They completed the job extremely fast and exceeded our expectations. Since we were out of town for the job, Rolando sent multiple photographs during the job to update us on the progress. He even FaceTimed us to show us different variations and tile lay so that we could choose the lay that we wanted. Rolando listened to what we wanted and made it happen! We just had the house tiled by tile metrics. We shopped all around and their price was better than we had been quoted by other stores in the area . A friend had used them and said they were very good. They did a beautiful job on the tile and the new baseboards. I would definitely recommend them.

Rolando and his crew just completed a large wood-look tile installation and a bathroom remodel in our home. Tile Metrics was great, from the initial quote right through installation. We went from 12 to 20 and the new ones were installed at a 45 degree so that can make for a difficult install but everything was well done and it came out looking awesome. The new tile are porcelain with a travertine look and make a huge difference in how everything looks. The wood look tile in the sunroom are also nice and a few friends thought it was a wood floor at first. All the work was done on-time and they can back to fix a couple of small issues right away which speaks to the high level of service.

I recently had the Tile Metrics team install a considerable amount of porcelain tile flooring in my residence. Needless to say, they did an outstanding job! I chose the Florim USA Ecowood tiles and it turned out absolutely beautiful. It really changed the dynamics of my home.The installers arrived on time to the job site every day. They were courteous and treated my home with respect. The install of the tile flooring was absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough about this company. Highly recommended!

I hired Tile Metrics to install my kitchen backsplash and they did a fantastic job. Rolando and his team were caring and really went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Tile Metrics is an amazing company beginning with thier owner Mr. Rolando Puente, spouse, Barbara and staff. Rolando came to our home and provided us an estimate to remodel our master shower and tub. He provided us with numerous ideas on how they could remodel our bathroom, showed us pictures etc.. The quote was excellent. The two gentleman that did the remodeling task were very Professional, courteous, well organized and vey clean while performing thier work. It was amazing to observe Mr. David cut and install drywall, tile, plumbing valves to perfection. He is a perfectionist! He kept me abreast of all and any issue that presented itself during this phase of installation amazing thats all I can say! Once project was finalized, Mr. Puente gave me the name of a frameless shower manufacturer and installer. He also did did a perfect job in installing the shower door. If you are looking at having any remodeling work done in your bathroom, kitchen, floors dont stress out call Tile Metrics in Oviedo and sit back and observe the transformation of your bathroom or other areas. Mr. Puente and his wife Ana are very knowlegeable and honest people they take pride in thier work. Gracias Rolando, Ana y Barbara. You will see me again in the near future.

We used Tile Metrics to redo our flooring (2240 sqft) and we are very happy with the outcome. Rolando is super helpful & will answer any questions or concerns immediately. We went on to remove several soffits & added a backsplash to our kitchen. Beautiful work. This is the 2nd home we redo with him. Quality work & customer service.

Theyre very disorganized and poor communication skills. Rolando was so disrespectful toward me and dishonest about the porcelain tiles I originally ordered but they were ceramic tiles and supost to redo the shower and tub plumbing work with a license and insurance company but he let shower tiles installer to do the plumbing work! I would never recommend to anyone and stay away from this guy!
