I don’t know why so many bad reviews. Always have a great experience buying here and the employees are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

So apparently Baskin Robbins left this Dunkin Donuts location in December. Update your Google page!!!

Not only is the service terrible, they were out of everything we asked for! Now I know why we visit Kelly’s Ice Cream in Oviedo. Kelly’s is awesome!!

I miss when Baskin and Robins was an actual stand alone 31 flavor store. There is a good assortment of choices here. Never a long wait and the service is pleasant.

Came in, woman pretended like we werent there even though we waited patiently. I asked her about the the sized cups and she just said here. My friend looked at me and asked if I was ready and I looked at her and asked if she was ready to take our orders, she looked annoyed and said yeah. I told her my order and tried to make polite conversation to which she made some sarcastic remarks. My friend then asked her about some flavors and when he pointed to the second flavor and asked which one it was, she responded Yeah, okay, you want this one. I would have gotten her name, but since she already appears miserable, Ill save her the trouble. Im definitely not returning. lol

Sometimes people are parked along the drive-thru, making for a gift squeeze. Other than that, the coffee is pretty good. Window staff is always amazing 💖

I have never left here with a bad haircut. The shop has a laid-back and friendly atmosphere. Walk-ins are welcome and Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a haircut.

I requested 2 kids scoop cups for me & my son & they didnt even fill it 3 quarters of the way!! I take my son 2 Baskin-Robbins often as a reward 4 good behavior 2 have ice cream but..... There was so much air in the cup that my son looked at me sad after noticing. So I asked the other guy behind the counter & all he said was Yeah thats a kids scoop. I offered my son MY ice cream as compensation instead.Thanks 4 turning us into unsatisfied customers. If I could give NO STARS, I would.Well find our ice cream elsewhere from now on.

Do not order a cake from this place if you need it for anything important. I placed an order over 24 hrs in advance. Went to pick it up, and my order was not there. The person in charge at the time was incompetent, untrained to handle the situation, and had no customer service skills. He literally did not care, and would not provide a refund. Didnt even apologize once. After reading the review that was posted the day before mine, it appears we dealt with the same person. You cannot have someone in a leadership role that cannot converse properly with customers. I will not be returning to this location for any reason, and will not be ordering cakes from Baskin Robbins again.

The first thing is that the front door is close but, they dont have the courtesy of putting a note on the on the door that they only doing drive thru. Today they have a sale and they just charge $2 dollar extra b/c the employee was not aware of prices that start today. The employee cant override anything & he is the only one there b/c the other employee just quit. I dont recommend anybody going into that store. On 3625 Aloma Ave., Oveido

This place is supposed to have 31 flavors right? Every time I come here, literally -not exaggerating, they are out of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. And the one time I got something else instead, they gave it to me in a warm waflle cone which caused my ice cream to melt all over me....

Bad customer service and never have chocolate chip ice cream

Coffee was burnt and they said that they couldnt make any coolatas, lattes, cappuccinos, etc. I think they just didnt want to use the machines since it was 20 minutes to closing. Everything was stale and disgusting. Tasted like leftovers.

I was in the Basking Robbin of Aloma. I enter by the door at 9:46pm, my family and I were near and decide to stop there cause the site said they close at 10 pm not 9:45. I think it was the supervisor because the clothes she said that they close the icecream at 9:45 everyday but they could do an exception so I feel like they dont wanted to serve me anything. I ask for one scope of vanilla, another cup with snicker and praline and another scope with snicker and pumpking cheesecake. I think is not so dificult to serve five scopes of ice cream but dificult to her because the pumpking cheesecake was in the other fridge so she did two with the same flavor and the one with the scope of vanilla. I sugest not to have people like thos doing closing cause I have my own bussines and people like this doesnt think in the best for the store they just do what they have to do to go out early. If they close at 9:45pm I sugest to put something in the door that say it.

Great staff. It seems that every time I go. They never seem to have chocolate chip milkshakes 😑😑

If i could give 0 stars i would! Awful customer service, we went there like at 9pm drive thru and the guy who took our order had a nasty attitude, he was just plain RUDE!! I was scared that he might even spit in our ice cream how rude he was, We left and didnt bought any ice cream.

Customer service is very poor; one was more lost and did not know what there was, what he had or what he could do, it seems that he was new at work but here comes the most interesting thing, when he went to ask for help another employee arrives with the attitude of throwing everything away and doing things bad way which made us feel more than uncomfortable wanting to leave everything and go. I ended up eating the mantecados at my house since they literally took us out because they were about to close. Cozy, quiet place, friendly employees, chairs outside. The car service should improve your sound!
