I was really pleased with how my fence came out.. level of work and details put into the fence was fantastic. Ken was a very pleasant guy to deal with andhe had a great sense of humor. He showed up on time, prepared, and finished the job faster than expected, his talent is off the charts.

They were awesome!! Answered emails and returned calls the same day. Quality was better than my expectations and I have pretty high standards! Workers who came to my house were very professional and tidy. Work was completed in the time frame given. Will definitely use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

Run as fast as you can away from this company! We waited several months to have our fence installed with Superior Fence only to be left with a fence that is not level in several areas and that was set inside of our irrigation system in some areas. Now our grass is dead in those areas. Mike the office manager told me I needed to read the contract better, they only mark out the public utilities, while irrigation is considered a private utility. The representative Jacqueline who sold us the fence told us that she put the fence where we asked for it to be. We went with their higher fence quote thinking we would have better customer service but we were terribly disappointed.

I had a fence quote for a fence to be installed at my house. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide insights on parts of the fence I had not considered. I was unable to get the fence due to budget constraints, but I have no doubt that their fences would be top of the line. I will definitely try to use them in the future.

My neighbor and I share a 31 year-old dilapidated wood fence that we decided to replace and share the costs. I had a horrible experience with another fence company. When my neighbor told me that he contracted with Superior, I researched and found the company to have an impeccable reputation.Yesterday, I inspected the fence. Based on my experience from the vinyl fence installed on the other side of the house, I can unequivocally say that English Paul and his assistants craftsmanship is beyond amazing and awesome. The fence is as sturdy and solid as a vinyl fence can be. The alignment is as straight as an arrow. The fence top beautifully conforms to the landscape. Applying the little I know about fencing, I would grade Pauls work as an A+. Great job!!!

We finally got our back patio and yard fenced in today and cant thank Nico enough for his hard work, dedicated to his craft and his charismatic and friendly stature, the fence looks amazing, its level, and it will finally keep people from walking along side our house at night. Thank you Nico! I will say from the sales standpoint, the measurement from the patio to the back of the property was portrayed as a 22 fence, but only after installation was it discovered the plans read 18 which we arent happy about. We specifically told the sales rep we wanted it further out to avoid a slight feeling of being boxed in too much. Beware if you are buying a fence to check and double check the plans to make sure the transition from verbal agreement doesnt get put down on the plans differently than what was agreed upon.

Update (6-2-21): We have talked to the company. There is NO material at all. We ordered the Hamilton Plus and they told that they had their own warehouse with material. If you want the extra sturdy vinyl fence, plan on it taking lord knows how long. I don’t understand why they are selling that type of fence when they don’t have any material.This fence company is not the greatest to work with. The gentleman who came out to our property seemed a little “green”. He was measuring where the fence was going but ended way deep in our neighbors yard. Didn’t seem to understand how to read the survey.We originally called him out to quote us for a wood fence, but after some research and thinking we decided to go with the vinyl. I wish he would have explained there were options for the vinyl and gave us better information about it. He quoted us for the basic vinyl fencing. After doing our own research we went with an upgraded better wind resistance vinyl fence.This is what really angers me. They told us that it would be installed in April. It has been rescheduled 3 times now. The first time they called and emailed. The other two just an email, no call. It was supposed to be installed tomorrow 6-1-21, and now it’s pushed again to the 14th. I searched my inbox and it’s an auto generated email that states “as per contract dates of installation are approximate.” Did i mention we already but half of the money down for the fence? 6K.I have a dog and two toddlers and am worried about them every time they go outdoors as we live next to a busy road. We started this process back in February .

After researching and contacting multiple fencing companies, my wife and I decided on Superior to do our backyard. Josh, a sales rep, was very informative and always quick to respond during our initial communication. From there, we continued to receive great communication from Kathy & Maria from their permitting and scheduling departments.When it came time to install, we had the team of Jason, Christian, and Tony. All 3 were on time (early in fact), professional, and quick. I would recommend this team to anyone who works with Superior.Ive only heard horror stories about fencing companies, especially ones that subcontract. Thats something you will not need to worry about with Superior.

I used Superior 10 years ago and needed some help on getting my daughter a fence for a wedding present, asked for everything to be done low key, asked for installation during their honeymoon, and you could not give them enough praise, they went the extra step, and if you want top service ask for Sharon, great team work Superior!!!!

The estimate was a fortune (more than my brand new roof) and it’s not even for the entire property. They didn’t have the type of fence in stock and I got an estimate for something I didn’t even want/like. Mark was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I didn’t want to let him in my house because They claim “no contact estimate” but the guy wouldn’t leave me alone once he arrived. When he called to follow up he was rude and bullied me about not being able to afford the cost and then hung up the call. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He also was two hours early to the appt which is disruptive and disrespectful. He also trampled my garden and plants.

Josh is a great fence guy, Got a lot more information from his appointment that the other 3 guys all together, They say you get what you pay for and this setup was great all the way, Irrigation was a problem but it was not their fault

Where do you even start with this terrible company. We were told they would contact us the week of install which never happened so we consistently were reaching out to them. The day before they respond product was not in the warehouse had to push install out. Finally they do the install and do your self a favor by inspecting in detail. They concreted only post they felt like and the others i can pull right out of the ground with 1 hand. Of course I would not recommend using them.

We shopped several fence companies in our area. Their team was responsive and extremely quick to get us a professional estimate. The entire process including the permitting was seamless and the fence looks absolutely fantastic. They also did a custom enclosure around our dumpsters at Bungalow Beach Place in Indian Shores. We will definitely utilize Chris and his team on all of our commercial properties going forward!!!

My fence was installed by Superior Fence & Rail less than one year ago. Recently the slats just started falling out. I have reached out to them 3 times. I have been told they have no one to fix the fence, and trying to hire someone.I have also been told they would be out within the week (never happened & no phone call). As of today, my fence is still as pictured and no one has called or shown up.One of the reasons I chose Superior Fence, was their 5 year guarantee on workmanship for their vinyl fences. Obviously this is not true. I would strongly recommend that you do not purchase your fence from them.5/3/19 The day after this post, someone finally came out and repaired the fence.8/25/20 Update: fence is holding up well and have not had any other issues to date.

Our install date was originally set for 5/24, but it got moved up to 5/5 which was originally great news.They ran over 1 of our sprinklers in the front yard with their trailer and knocked another one over in the back of the house.Our neighbors came knocking on our door the same night with pictures of their sprinklers demanding for them to be fixed. They installed our fence over one of their sprinkler heads and knocked down another.Today (5/6) a day AFTER the fence was installed USIC came to our house to check for plumbing, cable, and electrical lines to ensure they wouldnt hit anything. A little too late since it was already installed.We contacted the company and Mark told us there is nothing they can do and sometimes sprinklers are a casualty. They dont check for sprinklers because they have to make sure the fence is installed correctly.Ill never recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Called the Oviedo office of Superior Fence, spooked to Cassie, she arranged an appointment for me with Josh, I got a email and text reminder, josh called on his way, took measurements and showed options, said he would send it over, he left and I thought how long will this take (used someone else for a quote and you never get what you need) I got an email alert, a welcome letter, a breakdown cost analysis terms conditions, a page to sign, and a section for all the notes he included, I signed everything electronically and called in to pay deposit, roll on August 5th for installation, WELL DONE Superior loving it so far!!!

Nick and Nathen did a great job installing the fence. They were very friendly and worked patiently as the rain came and went a few times. We are very happy to have a place for our dog to roam freely without having to worry.

My wife and I recently bought a house and needed to enclose a section of the back yard for the dogs with approximately 100 of vinyl privacy fence. The whole process was quite seamless from start to finish despite our own unfamiliarity regarding HOA approval, building permits, etc. While the cost may be higher than some other options out there I am a firm believer in the adage You get what you pay for and couldnt be happier with the choice we made. We had previously rented a home in the Melbourne area and the gate sagged very badly which made coming and going with lawn equipment cumbersome. The installation was much faster than I had expected and the reinforced gate installation is excellent and we dont experience any sag at all - the bonus is that the fence even closes on its own when you release the gate except in the case of very strong opposing winds.

Gina was very kind each time we called to make sure things were a go for install. They were able to get the permits through even during a pandemic on time! On the morning of the install Juan and Julio were right on time. They were so kind and gracious. They even helped us to resolve a potential misunderstanding with our neighbor about our property line. They worked quickly and finished the job in one day. The fence absolutely transformed our backyard! My family would recommend this company to anyone.

Superior Fence just completed an aluminum fence for one of my customers. They did a superb job and I will use them again in the future for my pool fences.

- Did not have the material to complete our fence. Rescheduled install date multiple times. No apology or compensation offered.- Workers dumped concrete and dirt into our community pond, resulting in citation from the Homeowners Association.- Gates do not open freely, nor do they close themselves as promised by individual who gave us our quote.Very unprofessional. Not worth the higher price in any way.

I had quite the experience with Superior. I had an appointment set for 4:00pm, the sales guy, Ron, showed up unannounced an hour early and somehow managed to set the security alarm off. While I’m in a meeting at work I get a phone call and alert from my security company. Shortly after I get a call from Ron asking if I’m around. I reminded him that our appointment was for 4:00pm, not 3:00pm. He tells me he doesn’t think he’ll be able to meet because of a storm that was starting to roll through. I let him know that I had a landscaping company coming as well and when he felt comfortable to come on by at 4:00 or after. He eventually shows up, takes some quick measurements and leaves. He says he’ll have a quote to me by tomorrow. He does get a quote over but it was wrong. He quoted parts of the yard that is my neighbors fence and then somehow forgot to add a section where we wanted the fence extended. I responded to his quote letting him know it was incorrect. After nearly a week with no response I asked if he was interested in sending a correct quote and one that is a little more realistic. A friend of mine recommended Superior and he shared what he was paying for a vinyl fence with 2 gates. My quote for a cedar fence with 2 gates was significantly higher per linear foot than what Ron quoted my friend. When I brought this up, he let me know that wood fences cost more than vinyl. Some quick research shows that is not accurate and when I questioned him on this, he provided no response or explanation.Needless to say I have found a company that was able to show up at the right time and doesn’t lie or have enormous pricing swings.It’s worth mentioning that I sent a very similar message into Superior and never received any sort of correspondence back, it appears they have no qualms with this type of behavior.Maybe I was just an isolated incident.

STAY AWAY. Unless you want to have your house urinated on by one of their employees, that is. Yes, we fell for the sales pitch of we cost a little bit more because our installers are professionals and have been with us for years. So we agreed and paid a little more than the other bids we received to make sure our home would be protected and the installation done correctly. Instead, we witnessed their worker URINATING on the side of our brand new home in front of me and my one and half year old son. Let me repeat that, HE URINATED ON OUR HOME. Not to mention there was a portable bathroom less than 100 yards away from where the employee urinated AND we were home at the time, all he needed to do was ask to use our restroom and we would have happily obliged.After the incident we went back and forth with the office trying to get a call back regarding the issue. We wanted compensation to have our home professionally cleaned and disinfected where there is now urine. After chasing them for a few days, the office finally responded and claimed the worker had a medical condition that required him to urinate on our home. Then today (2+ weeks later), they offered to come out and clean the urine (this is an unacceptable solution, they are not a professional cleaning company and even if they were, they are not stepping foot on my property ever again). They then offered to have one of their partner cleaning companies clean it - but I would be an idiot to trust their recommendation after falling for their sales pitch.Asked what we wanted, I told the person I spoke with that we want a credit before we settle our final bill to have the area cleaned - to which he responded that I needed to take photos of the area their employee urinated on (not happening, our family has been avoiding that side of the home since this happened). Then he asked me how much I wanted removed from the bill to put towards cleaning and balked at the amount I requested ($300 to hire a professional to power wash and disinfect). He then asked me if I would prefer his first born child instead. At this point I realized they are not going to do the right thing and there is no resolution. So we are paying the remaining balance in full and I am writing this review to share our horrible experience.Unless youre the type of person who enjoys paying a little bit more to have someone urinate on your house, I would not recommend this business to you.

I called this company to install 12 feet of fence with two gates to my existing fence. Their sales department had the receptionist call me back two weeks later to say that after review they have decided that my job is too small and that I should call another fence company. I am in the retail jewelry business and if I ever said that to someone who called or walked into my store I would not be in business for long. Shame on you Superior Fence. If you are a customer who wants a fence company who cares about your business, no matter the size then don’t call this company.

The customer service is excellent. They installed a vinyl fence at my moms house and when my mom had some concerns about the gate they addressed the issue accordingly. Overall the fence install was a great job, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

As a construction pro myself, in a different field, I have to say, this company is amongst the absolute VERY Best in service, during and after the sale. If you have an issue (MY EXPERIENCES - after the sale,/install), their responsiveness is impossible to beat. They work Hard and Fast to make you happy. MY Only ONE downside, ask about the things not explained in the sale. - Product quality offered, including hinges & latches.They advertise 3 levels of quality fencing materials. Was not offered to me. I LOVE this company. Not necessarily the product(s) used. (80% is hardware- wasnt offered upgraded options). Advice, ask questions about products. 100% I would HIGHLY Recommend this company!!

We selected this company specifically because they had attractive, documented horizontal wood fence jobs that fit our vision. The salesperson, Mark was energetic and very direct about their reviews, professionalism, and commitment to superior service as a Home Depot contractor. Our experience quickly contradicted those claims the second we signed and paid out nearly $7,000.00 for our cedar privacy fence with two aluminum framed gates.Not only were we not sent a copy of the contract until we specifically called out and requested it (red flag), but the game of phone tag was constant. The communication within the company is based on an, Everyone has their role mentality, without a go-to project manager or semblance of interconnectedness between the roles. The branch manager, Chris, quickly got involved after discovering that their cedar supply was coming up warped. Literally forcing them to re-do multiple fence jobs. They offered us pressure-treated pine instead at the same price as the premium cedar material. They justified it by saying, This isnt any old pine, this is a full 1-inch thick board. So, we shrugged it off despite the green hue and sustainability factors. I did request a modest rebate for us to stain the fence ($750).After back and forth for months, while paid in full and no amended contract to speak of, we were scheduled, rescheduled, scheduled again, all due to miscommunication on their behalf. We were given one to two day notice of a new date each time. Mind you, we were coordinating with another company for stump-grinding that coincided with our old chain-link removal. Luckily we work from home and could accomodate the change-ups. However, when time came to do the job, the crew was displeased with the preparation of the property. Mind you, we paid an extra $1,000 to have trees removed that obstructed their work area (and then some! ~ we had a sneaky feeling they would find issues because up to this point they didnt seem too motivated to make the job even happen). We cleared the brush to their specifications. They said this job, insisted on multiple occasions, would only take a day. It ended up stretching over a holiday weekend where they left the materials strewn about our yard unprotected, laid on the grass (killing grass and soaking in the repeated rains of Florida summer). Trash was left over our yard, with our trash bins within steps, like they wanted us to know they hated our guts. Deep holes were left in close proximity to a well-traveled sidewalk where our chain link posts once were. There was no concern for the very materials they relied on for the job, the appearance of our yard over the weekend, and thankfully our neighbors understood. The crew would depart the site at lunchtime and not communicate whether theyd return. Multiple boards were put up warped after being left in the rain. The gates were entirely wood (save the wonky hinges/gate mechanism). And what do you know?! A month after their installation, a piece of wood split after a rainy day when we *lightly* led it to close. Par for the course.I called the company to see if they could repair the gate, which would involve literally replacing one plank. They told me Id receive a call in 48 hours, if not, to call back. I called back this morning after no follow-up and was told my request was in the system and I would hear back in 5-7 days to book my appointment. I dont care if they couldnt fix it for another month, but why does it take that long to even get an appointment date? This is what its like: the communication is lackluster, the management is skittish, the salespeople only care about your money, and the follow-through is totally held on the backs of their crew. It isnt cool.To the hopeful person out there thinking this company is worth your top dollar -- They arent. They should rename themselves Inferior Fence & Rail, and I know thats mean, but they had every opportunity to live up to their claims and failed to do so. Im moving on from this experience wiser and a bit handier with a hammer.

I was very pleased with my fence purchase from Superior Fence & Rail. The office was easy to deal with, the installers were excellent and there was a little punch out work that needed to be done (no fault of their own) that they took care of immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great job! Mark was the representative with whom all the planning was done. He was explicit and to the point, did not embellished or exaggerated what superior fencing responsibility would be, from beginning to end. I did have an installers that was not working out, I call superior fencing and Alysia, replaced him immediately. Mr. Julio came over and did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with the work and I have recommended someone already.

They use sub contractors like everybody else dont be fooled. Also once the job is finished they really just dont care, miscommunications and zero ownership on their part.

Cant say enough good things about Superior Fence & Rail. The entire experience, from the sales process to the installation process, was handles professionally and expertly.The sales person we worked with, Mark, was super awesome to work with. He was super helpful and knowledgeable the whole time. The sales experience was not high pressure at all. We could tell that all he really cared about was helping us to choose a fence that fit our budget and our aesthetic.The next part was with their back office, which was really great as well. They sent helpful reminder emails and worked with us in getting our HOA approval letter.The last part was the install and the fence itself, which were both exactly what I wanted. The install crew showed up right on time, and finished the job in roughly 4 hours, the exact amount of time they said it would take. The guys were polite, and did a super great job installing our beautiful new fence.

Superior Fence & Rail recently completed installing a vinyl fence and gate on my property. Overall I was very happy with the finished product. Jose and his installation crew worked hard to make the finished fence look great. My only negative is that the permitting took several weeks, but I do understand that they had to wait on the permit from the county. I would definitely consider using them again on any future projects.

Superior Fence did a fantastic job and we are very happy with our fence! We had just moved into our new home and needed the Puppy Picket fence (with the extra pickets) to accommodate our new puppy. The entire process from initial consultation to installation was professional and pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone. The installation crew of Tim, Juan, and Eddie were courteous, very professional and helpful with questions I had during the installation. The initial consultation with Josh was also a very pleasant experience.

Superior Fence was amazing during the entire process. We opted for the security vinyl after discussing it with our sales person. The fence looks amazing! They did a great job, the installers arrived 5 mins early of the window they quoted (which is a refreshing change from the norm) and they were wrapped up well before estimated time. The fence looks amazing, clearly the best fence in the neighborhood by far! I liked the checklist we filled out after doing a perimeter walk to ensure that we were happy with the fence.
